• JUAN DIEGO (6/5): - Is has a later than average time for check in and earlier than average to check out. The building was under renovation so there was a lot of dust. The toilet had no seat and the laundry machine was leaking, both things were quickly fixed but for a short stay you would prefer not to have to report these type of things. Very well located and the building has lockers to store the luggage.

One other gripe is the floorboards are quite thin and we could hear footsteps from apartment directly above. Great location, very convenient just a couple of minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia. Many restaurants in the vicinity within 10mins walk. 7-8mins walk to La Rambla.

We could hear our neighbors walking, talking, in our last night there was a party tell 3:30 AM. We couldn’t sleep. Also the hot water in the shower well take long time to heat up. And while you shower it could cut off and the water will be cold.

Although the apartment was street side, it was so quiet at night. The only minor thing was the property did not provide facecloths/washcloths, so if you are accustomed to using them, you may want to pack a few to bring with you. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Barcelona.

Walking distance to many restaurants and bar, and the Metro station is very close as well. Our last morning we found out our flight was delayed 2 hours and the apartment/hotel manager allowed us to extend our check out till 12pm and also called the taxi company for us to change our pick up time! That was such big help. I would definitely stay here again.
• Chau Suen (10/5): Good Choice - Good location and clean. Two kinds of room that i have been lived. The bigger 5one is great. My room is so big and the facilities are well equipped. However, the washer is on the ground floor that not so convenient . Overall this stay was very satisfactory and I highly recommend guess would try this.

The location was fantastic with lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. On a quiet street in Barcelona, you walk two minutes and you’re in the heart of downtown shopping and all amenities. Fantastic in every way, the staff were amazing as well as very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic and beautiful hotel.
• Wael (8/5): - One of the best locations in Barcelona! Staff are very nice and helpful. Apartments are in good condition and clean. The main drawback is that reception works only from 10-7 and since check in is not before 2 and we arrived early. We Decided to go to the outlet but had to leave early as we had to be in the reception before 7. If they could find a way to keep the keys even at a different location but where we have access 24/7, that would be great. I would stay there again and recommend the place.

The interior is nicely decorated with modern amenities. Two water bottles, tea and Nespresso pods were provided. They also have a kitchen with essential utensils and an iron and washing machine/dryer which were very convenient. Will definitely stay there again.

The apartment had everything we wanted for our Stay and Ekaterina at the reception made sure that we are well taken care of. Most attractions were a short walk from the apartment and the air conditioning (very important for us in hot July month) and internet worked great. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Barcelona.

Great kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The bathroom has most fancy shower I have ever seen is hotels. The soft bed is almost as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom. The staff is extremely helpful. The location is reasonably close to many tourist attractions, many of which within walking distance. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who plan to visit Barcelona.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great and wonderful stay at the Bas Apartment! - It’s a wonderful stay at Bas Apartment! The apartment is well equipped with appliances. They even supplied you with cooking oil, salt and pepper, paper towel .., The place is very clean. We stayed at the penthouse with terrace, it gave us an extra nice place for suntanning and relaxing. Ekaterina and Sophia are both very nice. Ekaterina went through the apartment with us in detail, showing us how to operate the shower controls ...etc. Overall it was a very pleasant stay there!!

• Jake (8/5): - Excelent property. Good location. Lockers for when you arrive early or check out and have a later flight. They have a Nespresso coffee maker and provide a few complementary capsules. They clean the room every two days. We found the apartment spotless and Katerina was very helpful. The only downside with this property is the shower which is this tiny capsule that doesn’t allow for a lot of room of movement and is baffling to have been installed for such a large bathroom. Other than that this is an excellent property

• Verified traveler (6/5): - This rental is well situated. Plenty of Restaurants and shopping by foot. A lot of character to the building. The front part of the apartment is pretty noisy but the back bedroom is quiet. The door to the front bedroom had trouble closing do to the damaged frame. I had a problem with the cleanliness but this is me. Old dirt on baseboards and so on. The walls in the kitchen were stained and cabinets where they kept the pots and pans had a very strong mildew scent. There was not one small spoon and only 2 large cups (more espresso types was available) We were 3 people and had to take turns with sharing the cups. We waited for someone to come to the front to let us in and had to call to see if they were arriving after a 15 minute wait. This lovely young lady arrived and was very friendly. She showed us around and finished our contract. I gave it higher rating because of it's location and the charm of the building

• Susan (8/5): Spacious apartment close to transportation - Apartment was larger for two people and had all the modern conveniences. It is close to great eateries in particular El Nacional and many cafes near La Ramblas.

We came with our children, and they enjoyed playing on the playground across the street. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was convenient because it was close to subway station, too, and refrigerator, washing machine were good, too. However, even though I noted that the check-in time would be late, I could not speak English and I kept getting in touch. But the staff was friendly and there was a locker that I could leave luggage after checking out.
• Mario (10/5): Great Apartments - We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and Paseo de Gràcia BAS Apartments were a big reason why. Even though checking in is a bit unorthodox because their office is on 4th floor and the elevator is very small and tight. Once we walked into the apartment we were very pleased. Not only was it clean and spacious, but it also was decorated nicely with the latest type appliances and features. The bathroom was spacious and well thought out. Additionally, the location is right next to Paseo de Gràcia which has all the high end stores and shopping. It’s also near plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter and the famous las Ramblas. The location is very safe not too crowded and with plenty of small little cafes nearby. Highly recommended this place.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Disappointing experience - I always give great reviews if deserved and hate giving negative ones but in this instance Unfortunately I have to. I was never able to enjoy my stay at this location. The reason? There is an ongoing taxi strike in Barcelona. Discussing with the administrators, the only option I had was taking a public bus from the airport to their apartments. I agreed to do that, mind you I was traveling with a minor and with an elderly person. But then they informed me that the bus was not even arriving at the station close to the apartment...so that I would have to take the metro. Now, if I could have I would have but with suitcases, a minor and an elderly person thru another country’s metro system was not possible or feasible and so I asked if they could refund me the stay. Their answer was no! If me and my family not being able to get to their apartment would have been due to something that was our fault, I would understand that but when it’s due to something out of our control and disagree and find this lack of customer service and human decency very disappointed! I then had to change flights, pay charges for these changes, and pay for more hotel nights at another country in order to be able to continue with my family itinerary. This was supposed to be a trip for my daughter’s bday so very sad that she was not able to see or enjoy Barcelona. Point of this review is that unexpected events happen and a great hotel or lodging place should always help and find a fair solution for clients.
