• Sonja (7/5): TOP Lage, Betten O.K., aber noch ganz vom alten Schlag - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung, die Lage TOP - sehr nahe an der U-Bahn Hietzing und nahe zu allen Cafes und Lokalen, sowie zum Park Schönbrunn. Es ist alles sehr alt und altmodisch - die gesamte Einrichtung. Frühstück ist trotz des nicht so niedrigen Preises zusätzlich zu zahlen. Es gibt keine eigenen Parkplätze - alle 3 Parkgaragen in der Nähe waren (an einem verlängerten Wochenende) tagsüber natürlich voll!

• Hans (9/5): Wir sind in dem Hotel zum 4. Mal abgestiegen und werden es wieder tun. - Die Lage gleich neben dem Schloßgarten von Schönbrunn und unweit der U-Bahn Station Hietzing ist hervorragen. Der Tipp im P+R Parkhaus in Hütteldorf das Auto abzustellen war super . Sehr günstiger Preis und erheblich billiger als im Parkhaus nebenan!

Excellent bakery just around the corner. But most of all - best Italian restaurant in German speaking region also - Passione Da Ferdinando just around the corner. No adequate parking solution. Street parking paid by hour and full. Hotel management didn’t approach near by parking garages for some special parking fee and hotel guests parking vouchers. So, you will pay 45€ daily parking ticket at garage around the corner.

Nádherný bol Palmový dom, Madame Tussands ,Stephans dom.... Všetko OK, nemám čo vytknúť,akurát sme sa čudovali nikde sme v reštaurácii nenašli v ponuke polievky!!!

Die Lage war für meinen Aufenthalt perfekt, aber auch für Städtetouren gut gelegen. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter. Es gibt keine Bar oder Getränkeautomaten. Man muss sich also Getränke mitbringen. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8. Für berufliche Reisende etwas spät. Aber es gibt einen guten Bäcker mit Café direkt um die Ecke.

Aber wir haben immer gut geschlafen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war auch nett. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass wie zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt zum Frühstück erscheinen sollen. Wir haben einmal um 9 Uhr und einmal um 8 Uhr gewählt und zu beiden Zeiten meinte die Rezeption, dass es sehr voll sei. Tatsächlich waren allerdings nie mehr als 5 Leute im Speisesaal

• Özge (3/5): Leider war das Hotel sehr unangenehm! - Die Lage war sehr schön als wir ankamen, hieß es, dass unser Vier Bettzimmer einen Wasserschaden hat und deshalb wir das Zimmer nicht bekommen ohne bevor eine E-Mail zu schreiben und Bescheid zu geben, wurde das direkt im Hotel gesagt. Daraufhin wollten wir natürlich ein Vier Bettzimmer, da wir zum Junggesellenabschied dort waren und zu viert zusammen schlafen wollten beziehungsweise am Abend Zeit verbringen .Das Zimmer für 4 Personen war definitiv zu klein! Das Wasser zum duschen fließte bei der Erstnutzung gelb und beim letzten Tag dann auch wieder gelb das war ekelhaft. Reception sehr unfreundlich. Eine Klopapierrolle war im Zimmer. Daraufhin fragten wir, ob wir noch welche bekommen, da wir zu viert im Zimmer waren. Leider bekommen wir die Antwort, was wir mit dem Klopapier machen. Im Zimmer war eine Wasserflasche. Eine Wasserflasche soll für vier Personen reichen.?

• Andre (2/5): - Eigentlich nur die Lage!.. Lage ist sehr gut! Zimmer nostalgisch,einfach gehalten, aber die Betten waren nicht gemacht, fanden Haare vom Vorgänger, das geht einfach gar nicht!!!! Das Frühstück ( extra pro Person € 17 !!), war einfach nur schlecht!!! Das Esszimmer furchtbar, das Buffet war einfach miserabel, keine Auswahl, alles schmeckte irgendwie alt, war das schlechteste Buffet das ich je in einem Hotel im deutschsprachigem Raum hatte'!! Drei Sterne sind ein Witz!!
