• Kirsty (8/5): - Very handy for the town of Bellagio, nice views, pizza restaurant nearby, ability to prepare food in the kitchen, access to an iron and ironing board. It's a bit of a walk from Bellagio if you have a suitcase, and there weren't any taxis around (we got the boat from Como to Bellagio). Google takes you up some cobbled steps, though there is an easier route along the road. However, there is a carpark for those who are driving. It was rainy a couple of the days, and the room was quite cold. If the weather had been better, we could have enjoyed the garden area and the chairs to sit out, which looked great.

• Eadaoin (8/5): Friendly host, amazing views, big climb - Very clean, spacious and private Not really a dislike but the steps to the apartment are tough and there is minimal transportation in Bellagio in general to accommodate lifts to and from the town centre so be prepared for a brave climb especially with luggage - however on a good day views are breathtaking

• Dina de Uruguay (9/5): Espacioso y hermosa vista al lago - La vista desde la ventana, la amplitud y comodidad del apartamento con buena calefacción. Subir desde el centro de la ciudad caminando son 15 minutos pero al menos 8 son por escaleras empinadas. No es para personas mayores o con problema de movilidad. Hay parking pago en la orilla del lago.

Siamo rimasti incantati dalla cura del giardino, una vera oasi di pace, e dalla vista mozzafiato che ci ha regalato momenti indimenticabili. La pulizia è eccellente, curata nei minimi dettagli, ma il vero valore aggiunto sono i proprietari: persone squisite, accoglienti e attente a ogni nostra esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente! • Clara (10/5): Vraiment génial, je recommande sans hésiter ! - Hôte très accueillant, l’appartement est spacieux et se trouve dans une très belle maison, le tout dans un superbe jardin. Le centre ville est vraiment proche on peut tout faire à pied ! Niveau rapport qualité/prix il n’y a pas mieux. En plus de ça, les 2 chiens ont été les bienvenue ! X

• Evelyn (8/5): Spacious accommodation with responsive hosts - Spacious, clean accommodation including laundry facilities and kitchen Owner picked us up from the ferry and dropped us back at the end of the stay. It's a 15 minute walk into town and uphill most of the way back, so would be difficult if you were not fit. Kitchen didn't have a microwave. Would have liked some kitchen basics such as salt and pepper to have been provided.
• Pedro Wlisses (10/5): Peace and space in Bellagio - The view is perfect, the room was clean and spacious, there is a lot of space to park the car. It is walkable to the center of Bellagio. Andrea was very nice and the check-in was as easy as it can be. We would definitely stay there again.

We wish there were some seasonings like oil, salt and pepper so cooking would be a bit more comfortable without having to buy everything for just a few days stay.

• Anikó (9/5): - Nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet, könnyű megközelíthetőség, kényelmes parkolás, szép kilátás a kertből. A belváros 10-15 perc gyalog, gyönyörű útvonalon, felfelé sem volt kifejezetten megterhelő. Érkezéskor hideg volt nagyon, de másnap a fűtést megoldották. Bár a nappaliban ezután sem működött a radiátor, így is rendben volt a hőmérséklet. A falak nagyon vékonyak a szomszédos apartmanok felé, minden nagyon hangosan áthallatszott. Az emeleten korán reggel mintha minden bútort átrendeztek volna, és ez nagyon zavaró és hangos volt.

• Silvain (10/5): Relaxed - Lets start with the great host. Very kind and we had a great arrival. The room is simpel but it has everything you need , for us this is perfect. Also the price is really good for that location with such a great view. We had two nights where we decided to cook for ourselves and ate it on the balcony. This was amazing. I slept really great and it was march so it was very quiet. Also the walk to the city yes there are stairs but we are young and we dont mind it has some nice views en peace. Great moment to have a nice conversation and just take your time you are on holiday anyway. Yes we loved this place a lot. Almost forgot the free parking space what is very convenient.

Un petit manque de matériel : ex : , papier essuie-tout (sopalin), ainsi que quelques éléments tels que sel, …. Et essuie vaisselle, seraient bienvenus. Sinon endroit propre et agréable.

• Tamillys (5/5): - Perto do centro é limpo Muita escada para chegar no centro, se você tiver algum problema de saúde ou mobilidade não te aconselho esse local, fiquei duas diárias nesse apartamento e só tinha um sabonete minúsculo para duas pessoas o apartamento era muito frio o aquecedor esquenta só o banheiro

• Péter (9/5): Kellemes hely, tökéletes környezetben. - Gyönyörű környezetben található a szállás, az apartman is tökéletesen megfelelt a várakozásnak. Nem új, de tisztaság volt, minden megtalálható amire szükségünk volt. A szállásadó segítőkész és rugalmas. Tökéletes választás volt.

• Patrizia (10/5): Nella bellezza del lago di Como - Casa la Rosa é deliziosa, accogliente, molto pulita e il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Vicino al centro del paese, pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungerlo attraverso discese, salite e scalinate molto piacevoli per chi ama camminare un po'. Valore aggiunto è il parcheggio gratuito in loco, non è più necessario utilizzare l'auto. Le finestre sul lago donano una nota di magia al luogo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio provvisto inoltre di un giardino molto curato e attrezzato di tavolini, sedie e lettini. L'appartamento è riscaldato molto bene e in una vacanza d'inverno è indispensabile. Non potevamo scegliere meglio. Tutto bene ma consiglieremmo un paio di cose perché sia ancora meglio: una seconda abat jour da comodino e una mensolina in bagno sotto lo specchio sarebbero comode.

Place de parking dans le jardin Erreur descriptif pas de lave linge, Appartement glacial à notre arrivée, 1ere nuit avec couette +couverture,. TEMPÉRATURE OK pour le reste du séjour. Pas de lumière dans le frigo, il fonctionne car il y a du givre dans le freezer. Un petit peu plus de savon et de shampooing auraient été bienvenu.

The location was a simple walk to the main town, quite a few stairs / hill but to be expected considering the area. This stay was great value for money N/A

Alcune componenti dell'appartamento purtroppo, non sono tenute bene. Camere totalmente prive di insonorizzazione seppur si debba dire di aver avuto nella camera accanto un livello di inciviltà marcato da parte di altri inquilini. Sarebe bene anche poter avviare il riscaldamento quando necessario. Per il prezzo richiesto, non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

• Fabian (4/5): Would only recommend it for one night. Not suitable for sel supporter. - The location is beautifull on top of Bellagio. You have a ver nice view over Lake Como and can reach Bellagio easily by food via the stairs. ( Not suited for People with restriction of motion). There is a parkinglot and a nice garden to chill in. The personal was very friendly and flexible on the Check-In. On the other hand the features of the apartment itself are very lackluster. First the Kitchen, the fridge is way to loud to be in a one room apartment. On one of the Cupoard a door is loose. There are way to few dishes. The Dining table is very small. Second the house is very badly soundproofed. Third the bathroom, although it had every equipment you need, it wasn't looking clean and was bit moldy.

• Alison (9/5): Fantastic break in Bellagio - We loved our holiday in Bellagio. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and in an excellent location. Very comfortable bed. The apartment is very convenient for the town. Marco was very pleasant and helpful. He speaks English very well, which did make things easier for us. Only a small comment rather than a bad point. It would be good to have a couple of household cleaners, cloths etc so I could have cleaned up better myself. Maybe an extra tea towel or two.

• Noor (6/5): Sweet place but tiring to reach and very cold in early Oct! - The host was so lovely and very easy to get in touch with! He was very flexible with check in times which was extra appreciated as we got stuck in the national train strikes which switched up our plans completely. He welcomed us to the property really nicely and gave us recommendations. The view is sweet and the area felt peaceful and bellagio as a base works great for reaching other areas. For us, the location was harder to reach than expected (understandably not through the fault of the host). We knew there would be steps but had underestimated how many and how uncomfortable they are to walk up after a long day as they are cobbled and slanted. In general they’re okay, but with even one carry on case as a couple of under 30s, we struggled coming up and almost dreaded the walk back to the accommodation each night. It also has parts that aren’t well lit so we would have to use our phone torches (it generally felt safe but the dark is always a bit spooky in a new place!). Our other main issue was that the room felt extremely cold to us. The host kindly explained that central heating isn’t allowed in the region until Oct 15th (we stayed here early October) and provided an extra blanket but we really struggled at night with the temperature. As the floors are all tiled, they were very cold on our feet, and we weren’t made aware of the lack of heating so had not packed appropriate warm clothing for the night. If there had been a space heater, I think our stay would have been much much more enjoyable. It would also have been helpful if the host explained that we should close the shutters outside the windows at night to avoid being woken up by the sheer curtains. Might be common knowledge in Italy but didn’t cross our minds as tourists! In hindsight, I don’t think getting a room with a view is as important for a trip to lake como as your days are naturally filled with stunning views everywhere you walk in the towns. If you’re okay with taking on the steps and pack warmer than we did, it’s can be a lovely place to stay though!
• Elena (7/5): Дорога от берега до дома была непростой, но она того стоила - приятно просыпаться с видом на горы. ) - Понравилось доверительное взаимодействие с собственником, вид из окон и вокруг дома в целом, чистота постели и полотенец, хороший матрас в спальне, в целом довольно опрятный вид дома и апартаментов, то, что был холодильник и фен, уютное оформление комнат. Можно улучшить состояние чистоты (запах) в шкафу, утеплить одеяло или добавить ещё одно - ночью было немного зябко, дополнить информацию о проживании, чтобы посетители были в курсе особенностей графика тишины, учитывая очень сильную звукопроницаемость стен (первую ночь соседи сверху шумели, уснуть была очень сложно, даже в берушах). Также, не помешает напоминание о необходимости переходников для розеток, или, например, тапочек, отсутствие которых было ощутимым, а также, например, списка экстренных телефонов - на случай каких-либо происшествий.
