• LAFINE (9/5): Lovely - Très bien située, confortable et service irréprochable. Highly recommended place! The curtains are too thin, so if you’re sensitive to morning light, you better bring a comfortable eye mask.
• Snoussi (9/5): Even though we did not spend much time at the property, we felt comfortable and safe leaving our belongings in the room. - The location was ideal and very convenient. The property was neat, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. The staff were welcoming from the start, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful Galata view. The room design was not very practical, as the sink was inside the room which made the floor wet quite often after using it.
• Carolina (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Duo Galata Hotel. The location is very central and within walking distance of so many great areas, restaurants, cafés and attractions. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay and really made us feel welcome. They upgraded our room for free and had a special view of the Galata Tower! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. They also arranged our airport transfer at a very reasonable price. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade, über das wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos – es wurde wirklich jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Auch die Lage ist absolut top, man ist mitten im Geschehen. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Da wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, können wir diesen Punkt nicht bewerten, aber alles andere war perfekt.

The Galata area is very lively and also within a short walking distance to the bridge that leads to where the Grand Bazar and more touristic attractions are located. I would say it's a perfect spot to move around Istanbul. The room is great, and it was cleaned every morning with new towels. The reception is also a cafe, with great coffee and pastries, and the environment is super welcoming. I would definitely go back.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Galata Tower, with many shops and cafés nearby. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, clean, and comfortable. Due to a change in my schedule, I arrived earlier than expected, and the hotel kindly arranged an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the housekeeping service was excellent. They also arranged an airport transfer for a very reasonable price, which made my trip even more convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this hotel in the future. • Linus (9/5): Immer wieder gerne! - Außergewöhnlich gute Lage vor Allem für Erstbesucher. Einrichtung der Zimmer vollkommen in Ordnung und ausreichend. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Leider keine vollständige Abdunklung der Zimmer möglich, da nur fast blickdichte Plisees verbaut waren.

Hava alanından metro ile geldik ve metro durağına çok yakındı hemen otele vardık. Odamız biraz ufaktı ama temiz ve çok güzel dizayn edilmişti 202 numarada kaldık yataktak direk galata kulesini görüyorduk çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Birdahaki sefere düşünmeden yine aynı otelde kalırım. Tavsiye ederim fiyat olarakta civardaki otellerden daha uygundu biz memnun kaldik. Sizde şans verin 🤗

The location is incredibly convenient, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. Breakfast deserves a special mention — we had vouchers to a nearby café, and it turned out to be one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had in the city. The staff are true professionals: kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Every morning they chat with us so warmly and effortlessly take care of any questions we had. You can really feel how much love and care they put into what they do. We honestly didn’t expect to fall in love with this place so much. We’ve already agreed that next time we’re in Istanbul, we will definitely stay at Duo again. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends — it truly feels like a hidden gem. • Keti (10/5): Amazing experience in every detail. - The location is perfect. It was near the Galata Tower and minutes away the parts we wanted to visit, the train and the ferry stacion. The rooms were cozy and clean. The breakfast was abundant and super tasty. I loved the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely will recommend it to friends and family.
