- Ces (5/5): Nice renovated room. Modern look. But small and really bad ventilation. - Great location. Close to stores and train station. Room was new and renovated. It felt so new. But very small. If you're not typical japanese size, it's hard to move once you enter room. Shower partition made the space VERY small. Even for japanese standards. They provided kids amenities. Separate elevator for the public bath area was my favorite part. Other hotels don't offer this. It's very convenient and I felt comfortable. The room smelled like sewer water. Ventilation was not good. I opened the window but it made the room smell like food -_- came from the exhaust fans in from the front of the building. 2 very flat and small pillows.

- Alexander (3/5): Nicht nochmal. - Es hat nach Abfluss gerochen in 2 von 4 Zimmern, alle Zimmer haben nach altem Zigarettenrauch gerochen und es waren Ablagerungen von Nikotin an einigen Stellen vorhanden. In zwei Zimmern waren die Bettlaken dreckig. Die Aussicht war überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf einen Innenhof war das Highlight. Uns wurde der Rest noch gegeben als dann die Lüftungsanlage, im besagten Innenhof, von einem Restaurant angegangen ist und es im Zimmer nach altem Fett gerochen hat. Nachts kann man nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemanden empfehlen. Es war ein Ausflug ins ungewisse und ging nur 2 Nächte.

- JUNKO (9/5): 快適 - 朝食の場所が広かったこと、朝食もおいしかったです ホテルの枕が高くて苦手なので、前もって電話でバスタオルを余分にお願いしました。当日、チェックインの時に渡されると思っていたら、すでに部屋に用意してあるとのことで、配慮が嬉しかったです。 女性専用のアメニティも、あると嬉しいと思うものが入っていました。 チェックインは１５時からと言われたので、受付もそうだと思い、ロビーに座って待っていました。後からきた人が受付をしていたのを見て、あわてて並びました。受付だけはできることを知らせてほしかったです。

- Exドク (2/5): 愛悪 二度と行かないだろうな・・・ - 朝食会場はいい 食事もまあまあ 大浴場は広くてOK[ 大浴場の床が滑りやす。 全面的にすべる。 脱衣所のロッカーのキーがないものや壊れている。 場末の温泉宿か？？ 風呂にウォーターサバ―があるけど、2晩とも紙コップが出てこない。 スタッフ見回りしてないだろう！ 部屋がめちゃくた狭い。 荷物を置いたら隙間がない。 テーブルが狭いから部屋でパソコンやzoomがしにくい。 アメニティがほとんどない。 大浴場に行かないとスキンクリームすらない。 カードキーを職場に忘れてきたら、「返却がないと1000円」と言われた。 カードキーで1000円はとりすぎだろう。 名古屋市内の他のホテルは紛失しても無料で再発行してくれている。
