• Tayla (6/5): Not worth the price in my opinion. - The location was great. I was checking in after-hours and the process was outdated. I had to wait for the caretaker to come and let us in. It costs $25 for them to unlock a room that had an additional bed in it. Had I of known I would've just had the baby in the bed with me as it wasn't even a cot. The facility was outdated and as was the check in process. Extra money to park your car, I would've just kept my car parked on the street had I of known. When checking in, the reception smelt strange. The hotel is right next door to what appears to be a retirement home. I did not feel the cost matched the facility. The washing machine in the room was broken.

• Cathy (5/5): Good location for Brisbane Hospital - Location was good for my purpose, close to the hospital. The apartment was spacious and the bed quite comfortable. No coffee pot or pod machine. While there was a microwave, there were no microwave dishes other than dinner plates and bowls. The shower cubicle was black with mould all the way around the frame on the floor. The base of the frame was badly corroded, too. It was the worst mould and corrosion I have seen in a shower/bathroom.

• Philip (8/5): A great place to stay. Surprisingly Quiet. - Considering the location in the middle of major roads and freeways it was surprisingly quiet. The apartment was clean and well airconditioned for the hot climate. I was particularly impressed by the way the reported faulty microwave and powerpoint were promptly fixed by a competent serviceman. The gardens were very relaxing and pleasant and gave the impression that we were not in the middle of a city. The reception person wrote the room number in Nepalese characters for "4" as "u". I also had difficulty in understanding what the person was saying. It seems that I need to take a course in international languages to identify the English version of our room number. I didn't like the fact that car parking was not included in the price. Fortunately our family members own a Unit in the complex with a car park we could use.

Was like a lovely oasis away from the hustle and bustle. I will be booking again when we have to come back. We did have a view of the expressway but the noise was fine with the double glazed windows

We didn’t have internet connection for streaming apps on the television and our allocated (paid) parking spot was taken by someone else on our return to the apartment last night. Staff didn’t seem to care and weren’t helpful in fixing either situation which was very disappointing considering the amount we paid to stay for just one night.

• ChrisLG (8/5): A comfortable property with beautiful, well-kept grounds, a fantastic pool, and good security. - The apartment was very comfortable and good for two people who don't want to share a bed. Having two bathrooms was fantastic. The shower fixture in the ensuite bathroom was broken so it had to be hand-held.
