- Philippe (6/5): Déçu par l’accueil et par la qualité de la prestation par rapport au prix. Mais correct. - Hôtel localisé dans les vignes dans un endroit très bucolique. Parking privé inclus. Salle de bain sympa. Bel espace wellness donnant sur un très beau jardin. Accueil peu sympathique. En tant que client booking, nous avons reçu une chambre côté rue que nous n’avons pas pu changer, nous pouvons le comprendre… mais il y a d’autres détails, la plupart des clients ont reçu un peignoir et les serviettes pour l’espace sauna… on a dû se contenter des serviettes trop courtes dans cet espace wellness. On a l’impression que c’est dû à la reservation via booking, donc une forme de ségrégation,ce qui ne devrait pas arriver. Mobilier de la chambre beaucoup plus vétuste que ne laissent suggérer les photos de notre chambre (chambre double supérieure). Literie très moyenne et trop molle. Petit déjeuner moyen pour l’Allemagne. En conclusion trop cher pour plus de 200 euros la nuit.

- Christoph (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt mitten in den Rebbergen! - Wunderbare Lage mit schöner Aussicht mitten in den Rebbergen! Sehr gutes Frühstück mit drei verschiedenen und sehr feinen Rühreiern. Die weichen Eier waren supercremig und in anderen Restaurants noch nie so gegessen! Leider können wir zu den 2 Abendessen, die wir im Hotel einnahem, nur die Speisen an sich rühmen. Der Service liess leider zu wünschen übrig. Am ersten Abend mussten wir 20 Minuten warten, bis wir die Getränke bestellen konnten. Dann kam auch noch der falsche Wein! Auf das Essen warteten wir wiederum über eine Stunde. Für einen Samstag und für ein Restaurant an dieser Lage, hatte es viel zu wenig Servicepersonal. Am Montag dachten wir, es würde dann besser gehen, weil nicht mehr Wochenende. Aber auch nach einer doch raschen Getränkebestellungsaufnahme bekamen wir schnell das Wasser, auf die Flasche Wein warteten wir wiederum 25 Minuten. Auch bei der Essensbestellung ging dann noch etwas schief. Sehr schade , denn wie gesagt, das Essen ist lecker!
- Melanie (4/5): Nie wieder, teuer & Preis Leistung passt nicht! - Die Aussicht Das Frühstück spärlich, kein Vollkorn, nur ein Obstsalat der nicht lecker aussah , für die heutige Zeit und einem Übernachtungspreis von 160€ ein lächerliches Frühstück, absolut nicht empfehlenswert . Auf dem Balkon abgebrochene Fliesenkanten & Möbel die man eigentlich auf dem Sperrmüll findet. Unter mehreren Zimmern inklusive unserem befindet sich die Küche ( Lärm , Töpfe & Pfannen inklusive Abzugshaube & Geruch ) bis tief in die Nacht ! Unmöglich & absolut nicht empfehlenswert wer es ruhig mag. Nachdem die Küche geschlossen hatte fingen die Nachbar einen Balkon weiter an zu feiern. Gar nicht schön !

- Jean-Luc (9/5): ich komme gerne wieder - Sehr schöne Aussicht, Preis Leistung sehr angenehm, schönes grosses Zimmer, Parkplatz vor der Tür, negativ war gar nichts, nur als Hinweis schreibe ich es dazu Ueber die Strasse kann man sich vom unteren Parkplatz 2 x 3 Treppen ersparen und den Koffer bis ins Hotel rollen, dann braucht man ihn gar nicht zu heben, nach 2 Leistenbrüchen ist das gut zu wissen

It is pretty close to the city of Baden-Baden by car but still far enough to be quiet. The breakfast was good with many different things offered. The room was big and the bed confortable. The plus were the shutters that works better than curtains in my opinion. The parking is big and you can always find a spot. The staff was friendly and English speaking.

- AL (9/5): - A good, modern hotel surrounded by vineyards. A good breakfast and a large parking area, although without the possibility to charge an electric vehicle. Attentive and polite staff at the reception and in the restaurant Everything was fine up until our departure. While I was carrying our belongings to the car, a housekeeper entered the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed on the door and took a bottle of expensive wine. With the help of a woman at the reception desk, we were able to get the wine back. However, the unpleasant feeling remained. Baden-Baden is not the kind of place where one expects theft from a hotel room, especially in such a blatant and foolish manner

- Maurits (9/5): Heerlijk ontspannen met uiterst vriendelijk personeel - Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam met alles. Ook het ontbijt werd in rap tempo opgevolgd en bijgevuld. Het was ook allemaal vers. De wellness was ook fijn. De openingstijden zouden wat ruimer mogen (van 15u tot 20u) maar alles was schoon en goed geregeld. Aanrader en ook in een mooi gelegen locatie.

Ein schöner Saunabereich mit ordentlichen Ruheplätzen. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Speisekarte für das Abendessen klingt auch lecker. Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei einzelnen zusammen geschobenen Betten die immer leicht auseinander rutschen.
