- Jack (2/5): DANGER! Only stay if an Emergency. - Roaches (bugs). No Shower towels. (Had to ask for towels in the room for 2 hours.) This is a 2 star Motel faking as a 3 star Hotel. Very loud with the location. Thin walls and road round about do not mix. Use earplugs just to sleep.

- Brynjolfur (10/5): Good value, excellent location, friendly staff - Trinity hotel is my favorite hotel whenever I am in Addis, which is several times a year. It is very well located, close to the airport and within easy walking distance of shops an restaurants. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This is a relatively small and inexpensive hotel that has been there for many years. Recent expansion and ongoing renovation only makes it better.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Upon arriving at the airport i had a very tough time finding the shuttle bus that was supposed to take me to the hotel despite making prior arrangements. The staff and cleaners are nice with the hotel located at a busy intersection across edna mall with plenty of shops around. The Achilles heel to my experience that lead me to give this hotel a poor review was that a few weeks after my stay i noticed that a white good quality dress shirt and about 2 litres of hand sanitizer that i had brought from Canada were both missing. All of this despite the fact that i consistently tipped staff there. I am disappointed by this and warn all guests to LOCK EVERYTHING UP. Including all of your clothing. I will never return to this hotel and recommend others don't as well. You've been warned.

- Mohammed (10/5): The spirit of my vacation - Wow😅 it was my first time staying a whole week in Addis, really I feel that I have left a family in this hotel I should come regularly visit. The whole staff were so kind, lovely and careful. I’ll never forget them. I send them from here 😍 love and appreciate.

- Mouawia (8/5): Stay at Trinity Hotel - The place is very clean, food was OK, I had defficult time with the person serving the food he does not understand English to order the food and they need some one at the resturant to understand customer's order Iwas having a problem at the first day with hot water, and the water fill up the tub, they really need to fix this problem when you take a shower meaning the water fill up the the tub but when I called the reseption, they resolved the issue right away. I would like would like to thanks the manager and each one at the reseption Sharon Mehari, Sharon Ghebremivael the night shift crew of outstanding job. Hiwot the morning crew and most of all the cleaning crew Elsa and the beautiful Berhan for their outstand job they do. Thank you everyone for making my stay confort.

- Laurence (8/5): Nice hotel, Nice location - I enjoyed my stay at the Trinity Hotel. The location was perfect about 15 minutes to the airport and in a lively area of Addis near two malls. Lots of restaurants/food options within walking distance as well as bars and nightlife. The hotel itself is very well appointed. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Lots of plugs for electronics though the wifi was better in the lobby than in my room. They have a nice bar and coffee shop in the lobby as well, and a restaurant on the first floor. The walls are adorned with really interesting artwork. I took several pictures. Again, a very nice stay at the hotel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Perfect location, cross Edna mall. I visit Addis Ababa every two years, there is a lot of changes going on. Very high raises buildings. Edna mall is become the new center for visitors and the locals. Trinity hotel is just cross Edna mall with very reasonable prices, around 30 dollars per night.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I've stayed here several times. The rooms are ok, cleanliness is good. They have a free breakfast that is alright. Location is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. They let me keep some of my luggage there. What I didnt like is typical, some of the electrical outlets don't work so you can only charge so many things at a time. Some of the lights don't work. In the cheaper rooms the bathrooms are clean but so small that its hard to get in and out with the inward opening door. And the big thing I have to complain about is they don't pick you up at the airport even though they say they will. I advise not waiting around wasting time looking for their van. They even send you an email asking what time your flight gets in which makes you think they will be there to pick you up, but its not happening. Just get a cab. Its only about a 5 minute drive to the hotel from the airport but you have to deal with cabs that want to rip you off for double the price or more. They are very good at giving you a ride TO the airport though.

The hotel is accessible to many things/places and staffs are always there if you need anything. The lobby being accessible to not only the customers staying at the hotel really creates a nice atmosphere and 24 hour security at the door made me love it even more. Room service was excellent the staffs really work hard.

The restaurant undercooked everything, so we didn’t eat there after 2 days, Expedia needed to explain continental breakfast better on there website, to us Europeans it was odd everyday. I paid for fast internet but only got 2mb at most, disappointing, mattress was to hard managed to get it changed but still hard, gave me a bruised hip. The tv was meant to have cable tv, I explained this 3 times, but never was changed, the tv was terrible, hardly watchable. A shame The view was very good from my room. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars, needs to improve to attract move guests.

- Seamus (6/5): Interesting experience in Addis - The hotel was unable to accommodate me on the night of arrival. However, they had booked me into another, nearby hotel (same star rating) for the night; unfortunately, on arrival the WiFi was poor and I was unable to access email. The Trinity was late in picking me up, which impacted negatively on my meeting schedule that morning. The room was ok (the mattress a bit lumpy but livable). Unlike the other hotel, where the water pressure in the shower was poor; the water pressure was high; so high, in fact, that the shower flooded turning the shower room into a swamp. Food was ok; nothing to write home about. Reasonable value for money. The staff were very helpful.

Then when I did come to the hotel I had to walk there and asked then if the room was ready. Then the internet did not work for the first 28 hours Iwa there this time was a very bad trip.

Also important is that there are malls nearby so I can buy things like bread and jam, oatmeal and other foods I like. The refrigerator and electric water pot work. For the price this is an excellent deal. This is a discount hotel in one of the nicer parts of town. It is a bit far from the Museums and so on, but it's advantage is that its near the airport.

In addition the bathroom is dirty both the new and old have black mold and drainage problems. Honestly way to expensive for no reason. I’ve stayed in better hotel in Addis Ababa for half the price. Not worth it in my opinion.

Hotel staff are really helpful and our room had a small balcony overlooking the main Bole area. Very close to shops, Edna mall restaurants and Bole Medhane Alem. Hotel is clean and comfortable with a small coffee and cake shop situated in the main foyer.Overall a very enjoyable experience.

They were really kind and, for the most part, helpful. however my stay was quite unpleasant due to the fact that you can't get a wink of sleep with there being no sound barrier between the hotel and and extremely loud neighbouring night clubs. Add the fact that there are no ironing boards available and the "only" iron is labeled in Mandarin and barely works. The complementary breakfast isn't bad... It's mostly traditional dishes but there's usually some French toast or pancakes with omelettes available as well. Again I can't reiterate this enough... The staff is very good but hotel not so much. Location however is close to everything so I guess it's really depends on your priorities(I.e., sleep or nearby shops and clubs).

- Tefera (10/5): Best staff, good for $ & great area for tourists! - The best front desk staff may be in all of Addis! I can say that because I have stayed in several hotels including Golden Tulip, Aphrodite among others during this long visit to Addis in 2017 and I found the front desk, security and doorman/women to be outstanding and hospitable folks. Great in hotel breakfast as well however, hotel is due for renovation and shower needs updating (too short for me and I am only 5'10'' on a good day. I would stay here again.

- engidawork (4/5): - The only good experience that I had was with the manager in the restaurant . He was very polite and attentive. The hotel has nothing else to offer. There is a huge building under construction next to the hotel and the noise from the site is like war zone. The website says free coffee and tea in the room but there is nothing in the room, the day I checked in they were cleaning the hallway carpets with a very loud vacuume cleaner at 6 pm in the evening and I couldn't sleep. I booked a suite with three beds so that I can talk to my family but they gave me two small rooms instead with no explanation, the rooms are very tiny , the towels were dirty and very old, the area is very noisy and if you plan to sleep before 3 am it is impossible. I took my family there to spend a quite time before I leave the country but it was absolutely a disaster, very disappointed.
- Jennifer (6/5): Good value for the price - The owner was very nice and attentive...friendly atmosphere. The waiter took quite awhile to get the coffee, but all agreed it was the best coffee we had ever had. Seriously. The electricity went off because it's just the way it is in Ethiopia, but they had a generator so it came back on shortly. It's literally across the street from a nice modern shopping mall, and a short walk to a beautiful cathedral. The beds are comfy. It's not like a perfect 5 star hotel, but good for the price. I would stay there again.
- Amanda (2/5): Room not ready until after 8pm! - My reservation said 1pm check in the hotel picked me up at the airport. We arrived at the hotel at 6pm. I was told it would be a few minutes it was being cleaned. After being told this lie for over an hour they admitted a man was in the room who was going to check out at 8pm! So they double booked the room and lied about it! They were just going to say a few minutes for hours. They were not sorry they acted like I was unreasonable for expecting a room at night after a long flight. There was no compensation or even a soda while I waited! Additionally the place is not very clean or well maintained. I have stayed in better places in Addis for this price. When I return next week I will certainly try someplace else.

- Marc (4/5): Paid for a triple room, only provided a double. - Having paid for a triple room for three people, there were only two beds. Staff were rude and unfriendly and didn't properly remedy the situation. My friend had to sleep on the floor with no sheets of pillows. The hotel is otherwise very old, dated, dirty and noisy. I have traveled extensively across Africa, and for this money I expected more.
- Travis Cristler (8/5): My location Ethiopia - From 1to10 . Ten being good. I will give this hotel a high eight . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and at a very reasonable price you can't beat that. less than 10 minutes away from the airport. great location very clean room. the only issue was Wi-Fi outside of that perfect !!!

- Radha (8/5): Good option near Medhane Alem and Edna mall - The staff were really friendly in the restaurant and at the front desk. They let me store my bags for the day after my check out and arranged a complimentary airport transfer for me that night.
