• SAKURAI (8/5): ゆったり過ごせて良かった。 - 部屋が広く、掃除もきちんと出来ていて綺麗でした。 スタッフの方もとても親切丁寧でここのホテルで良かったと思いました。 お風呂が広くて良かったんですが浴槽がちょっと古い感じでした。 シャワーの圧がちょっと強過ぎるかな？って感じでした。
• KARIN (6/5): 安くて広い部屋を戻るならアリ。清潔感は微妙。 - フロントもレストランもスタッフ対応は良かったです！ 洗濯機も無料で使えて（洗剤は50円）、部屋干し用の物干し竿も借りられました。また車で5分ほどの日帰り温泉を、500円→430円で使える割引券もフロントで買えました。 部屋もビジホより広くて快適でした。 部屋がにおいました。。。タバコの匂いではなかったです。エアコンの空気清浄をかけても改善されず、窓も網戸がないので開けるのをためらわれました。また、エアコンとは別にある部屋の空調が終始うるさかったです。 お風呂も、掃除はされていますがもとが古いので使わず日帰り温泉を利用しました。

• MICHIYO (3/5): チェックイン後　入室してすぐに清掃の不備が見つかり非常にがっかりした。あちこちに宿泊しているが　使用後の固まったタオルが忘れられてあったのはエリアワンだけだ。今回2度目の宿泊だったが　次回はエリアワンは使用しない。 - 使用後のカピカピに固まったタオルが風呂場のドアノブにかかっていた 清掃の不備、最悪だ。

It is a bit far from the station than i thought which is taken around 15 min. However, to enter the lobby I found only the small stairs so we had to carry our luggages to enter the hotel.

• Brian (5/5): Would definitely not stay here again! - Spacious room, nice staff, a decent location and view from the 8th floor. Very old facility, not very clean (dusty and black mold on caulking in bathroom). We had a room with 4 beds, the largest of which was super firm. Breakfast was below average in quality. The elevator literally barely held my small family of 3 with our suitcases (1 suitcase each).
