Super nettes Personal. Super Lage, abgeschieden und ruhig und dennoch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, egal ob ans Meer oder ins Landesinnere. Konnten auch unsere Fahrräder einstellen. Alles super Im ersten Zimmer im Zubau konnten wir nicht optimal heizen mit mit 2 kleinen heizstrahlern, nach dem Zimmer Wechsel alles Tip Top

• Shadhna (9/5): The location was wonderful, and Fernando truly made our stay.” - Our stay in Italy was memorable, largely thanks to the breathtaking natural surroundings. The accommodation is located quite remotely, but this actually adds to its charm. You truly feel immersed in a peaceful, holiday-like environment, surrounded by nature. The property itself is spacious, and the outdoor areas are fantastic…especially, I imagine, during the summer months. We arrived in autumn, so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor facilities fully, but the beautiful views more than made up for it. One thing we found a bit disappointing was the absence of the owners. They were rarely, if ever, visible, and did not check in with us to ask how our stay was going or whether we needed anything. Given that there were only a few guests at the time, a bit more attention would have been appreciated. Fortunately, there was Fernando. Fernando is the heart of the house, the true host. We could see how hard he and his team worked to make guests feel welcome. He is incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely hospitable. Thanks to Fernando, our stay turned from what might have felt cold and impersonal into something truly enjoyable. Without him, despite the beautiful facilities and surroundings, the experience would not have been the same. Fernando truly made our stay. One thing that could definitely be improved is the way the staff members who run the accommodation welcome their guests. The few interactions we had felt quite cold and distant, and we did not really feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. Once again, it was Fernando who stepped in and made us feel at home, but this is something that should come naturally from the first point of contact at the reception. A warm welcome sets the tone for the entire stay, and this is an important area for improvement.

• Maria Elena (9/5): Splendido weekend di relax tra le colline toscane - La struttura vanta una posizione splendida, con vista sulle colline toscane. All'orizzonte è possibile vedere anche il mare e l'Isola d'Elba. È un luogo di pace e relax. La tenuta si compone di diverse edifici, tra cui la villa principale e una chiesetta neogotica. I punti di forza sono la bellissima terrazza attrezzata con sedie, divanetti e dondoli e la piscina. All'interno della struttura è presente un ristorante con la possibilità di mangiare sia a pranzo che a cena e il servizio massaggi. Le sale interne e le cantine sono tutte da esplorare. È possibile fare delle passeggiate lungo la strada della tenuta, dove è presente anche un maneggio di cavalli. Nei dintorni è possibile visitare Pisa, Volterra, Casale Marittimo, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Bibbona, Cecina, Montescudaio, Guardistallo e il Castello Ginori a Querceto. Inoltre, i cani possono tranquillamente soggiornare nella struttura. Da rinnovare il materasso e i cuscini.

• Michael (10/5): So amazing and we want to come back! - The views were breathtaking and so peaceful. Perfect spot to rejuvenate! Loved the villa. Our room was fresh and clean. Staff were super nice and attentive. Fell in love with the place! The only thing that took us by surprise was there was no bath towels in our room. We ended up paying €10 for towels.

• Lorenz (9/5): Schöne Villa in italienischer Landschaft - Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit viel Charme. Die Lage ist jedoch recht abgelegen, und man muss nach der Einfahrt noch etwa 5 Kilometer mit dem Auto zurücklegen. Leider gibt es keinen Lift, sodass die Koffer ohne Hilfe ins Zimmer getragen werden müssen. Das Essen vor Ort war sehr lecker, auch wenn die Wartezeit etwas länger ausfiel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar klein, aber ebenfalls köstlich. Man spürt deutlich, dass eine Familie mit viel Leidenschaft und Herzblut das Hotel führt. Der Pool ist nicht besonders tief, und das Wasser ist sehr warm. Zudem sind die Badetücher des Hotels nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich, was ich bei diesen Zimmerpreisen als übertrieben empfinde. Im Zimmer gab es viele Mücken, und die Türen sind leider sehr ringhörig.
• Julie (9/5): Un séjour hors du temps - Résider au Tenuta Mocaio est une expérience à part entière puisque vous devrez déjà parcourir 5km sur une voie privée avant d’atteindre ce « hameau » réhabilité en hôtel. Le cadre est idyllique, calme et vous fait voyager dans le temps. Nous avons passé une excellent séjour ressourçant ! Notre chambre standard n’était pas pourvue de volets ou de rideaux opacifiants ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé mais qui pourrait être problématique dans le cadre d’un séjour plus long. La salle de bain était assez sommaire.

• Angelo (8/5): Soggiornare sentendosi a casa ed in famiglia - La posizione, la struttura e l’accoglienza e gentilezza dello staff. Tutto perfetto. Siamo stati una settimana e ci sentivamo parte integrante della struttura. La posizione, la piscina, la sala fitness o anche i soli spazi comuni ti permettevano di dimenticarti di essere a 5km dalla civiltà. Necessaria un po’ di manutenzione su alcune parti delle stanze e materassi più “moderni”.

• tatiana (7/5): Bene ma migliorabile - Bellissima struttura , ottima posizione, bella piscina,ottima cena di ferragosto con ottimo servizio e spettacolo pirotecnico. I servizi migliorabili soprattutto il lunch, (prosciutto e melone caldo), camera senza bidet quando da booking era previsto., camera lasciata aperta dopo le pulizie effettuate alle 15 del pomeriggio. Vogliamo pensare che a ferragosto siano state sviste. Lo staff comunque gentile e disponibile.

Non so come possa essere risolto ma è piuttosto antipatico. Senza per forza essere negativi, l'unica cena consumata sul posto la ritengo discreta, nulla di eccezionale, un tantino troppo gourmet anche nel prezzo. Prezzi comunque chiari. Deve essere chiaro il prezzo del cane, usare il condizionale su booking "potrebbe essere applicato un sovrapprezzo per il cane" è ingannevole. Il costo c'è, deve essere chiaro.

• Ysaline (7/5): Avrebbe potuto essere meglio - Nous avons passé deux nuits à la Tenuta Mocajo (310 € pour 2 personnes) et l’endroit est vraiment magnifique. Le paysage est splendide, la piscine donne envie d’y passer des heures, et les petites lampiottes le soir créent une atmosphère cocooning très agréable. Le personnel est également très sympathique et accueillant. Je voudrais partager quelques remarques constructives. Lors de la réservation, les photos ne montraient pas que notre lit serait en réalité un canapé-lit, plutôt petit et peu confortable, ce qui a impacté la qualité de notre sommeil. La porte de notre chambre était une simple porte coulissante, sans aucune isolation phonique : nous avons entendu tous les bruits venant du couloir et de la cage d’escalier. Pensez aussi à emporter votre propre serviette de bain, sinon il faut compter 5 € par personne sur place. Pour le petit-déjeuner, ce serait appréciable de proposer du vrai pain italien plutôt que du pain industriel. Enfin, nous avons trouvé que le service de restauration était assez cher et pas particulièrement exceptionnel en termes de qualité. En résumé, un lieu superbe qui vaut le détour, mais avec quelques points à améliorer pour rendre l’expérience encore meilleure.

• Tuba (7/5): Prachtige locatie, maar teleurstellende service en faciliteiten. - Het uitzicht en de rustige ligging waren prachtig. Het gebouw zelf heeft veel charme en de omgeving is mooi. Bij aankomst werden we niet echt verwelkomd, we kregen enkel de sleutel en een korte aanwijzing naar onze kamer, zonder enige uitleg of informatie. Er was geen waterkoker of minibar in onze kamer, terwijl op Booking stond dat deze aanwezig zouden zijn. De eerste avond was ik misselijk en wilde ik een thee, maar er was niets in de kamer en er was geen personeel te vinden. Er was geen persoonlijke aandacht. Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt. Het zwembad zat vol insecten en er was geen mogelijkheid om iets te bestellen aan het zwembad, want er was geen personeel aanwezig. Ik vond het mijn geld eigenlijk echt niet waard.

• Katrin (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage! Toskanischer Flair pur. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr freundlich. Pool auch toll. 20 min bis zum Meer. Für Ausflüge nach Volterra oder San Gimignano perfekt. Die Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem. Das Zimmer war aber sehr schön und modern, waren im neuen Haus Casa Nova.

Echt een verborgen parel waar je volledig tot rust komt. Mooi zwembad met uitzicht, bar aan het zwembad, lekker eten, lekkere wijn, goed ontbijt, enorm vriendelijk en attent personeel, zeer proper.. gewoonweg FANTASTISCH! Als mooie extra kreeg ik ‘s avonds op mijn verjaardag een tiramisu met een kaarsje en werd er voor me gezongen door het hele team. Wij komen zeker terug! Bedankt aan het hele team om dit verblijf zo geslaagd te maken. Eigenlijk niets. Als we toch 1 minpuntje moeten aanhalen: de douche is eventueel aan vernieuwing toe.

Cudowne widoki, piękny budynek i wewnątrz obiektu ślicznie położony kościółek. W przeszłości stara fabryka,teren otoczony przepięknymi widokami, zielenią i kwiatami. Trzeba chociaż raz tam pojechać!! Wszystko było na plus 👌 absolutnie polecam… na pewno tam wrócę .

A szállás nem ott van, ahol a térkép jelöli, 5 km-t kell még emelkedőn felmenni, ami kerékpárral a napi táv végén még plusz 150m emelkedőt jelentett. Kerékpárok tárolása megoldott. wc nehezen húzható le.

Zona esterna tra piscina e tutto ciò che circonda la tenuta meraviglioso. Abbiamo cenato e i piatti erano molto buoni; buona la colazione, se proprio dovessimo trovare un miglioramento mi sarei aspettata torte fresche da un agriturismo cosi, ma comunque tutto ottimo Nulla
