- William (6/5): Ne mérite pas un 3 étoiles - Magnifique cadre, propore mais je suis désolée c est la 1 ere fois qu on me demande de sortir les poubelles, d enlever mes draps et serviettes et de faire le ménage dans la cuisine sous peine d avoir une facture ménage. En 4 jours il n y a pas eu de ménage, pas de réassort sur les produits de toilette, j ai demandé le dernier jours serviettes et papier wc, je les attends tjrs. Le petit dej est bas de gamme pour 14€ . La piscine trop froide pour y passer un moment agréable. La salle de gym avec des chaussures propres, dsl mes chaussures vont dehors et ne sont pas nickel pour votre salle de sport . Cet établissement ne mérite pas un 3 etoiles . On ressent que le personnel est tiré a l economie. Le service n y est pas . Dommage.

- Jeannette (8/5): Clean and comfy but pricey if you use the pool - The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Our room was an "outside" room meaning it was not within the perimeter of the main hotel. Bed was very comfortable. On street parking availability was very challenging. To access the pool you have to pay an additional 20 euro per person which was a bit of a surprise.

Sa situation géographique est optimale car proche d’un parc et à proximité des transports en commun pour rejoindre le centre-ville de Nantes tout en restant proche de l’aéroport. La piscine et le spa sont un vrai plus. Marion, à la réception, est d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’une amabilité rares. Merci pour ce séjour.

- Isabelle (10/5): Magnifique et spacieux ! - Magnifique endroit paisible, avec piscine et cour extérieure. La chambre est très pratique et spacieuse, et a un patio extérieur, une cuisinette (four, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselle, coutellerie, etc), très pratique lorsqu'on voyage en famille. C'est un peu éloigné du centre ville, mais près d'un arrêt tram.

- Emma (10/5): - This is the perfect place to stay to explore Nantes ( Cheap in an Uber or tram) or on the way through. We stayed here as a two night stay in transit back up to Roscoff. After a long drive this is the perfect place to unwind and relax in the excellent spotlessly clean Spa. Staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are also spotlessly clean and private.

Le bémol se situe sur le manque de climatisation navrée mais l’été c’est plus de la détente le logement trop chaud avec un seul ventilo pour toute la famille et puis le coup du « merci d’expliquer à vos enfants de ne pas faire trop de bruit à la piscine car c’est un lieu de bien être » je comprend parfaitement j’ai super briefé les miens 😂 pour entendre ceux des autres littéralement brailler pendant plus de 2 h ! Faudra donc le préciser dans les autres langues j’imagine mais c’est tout le reste est top !!

- Frank (4/5): Disappointed as return guests - Apartments situated on outskirts of Nantes but within a 5 min walk of a tram station. Trams are free at weekends although they do get busy in peak seasons. Gated access and secure parking. Great Wifi and great shower. Apartment clean and spacious with a large double bed, adequate kitchenette and a table and 2 chairs. Small garden area with coffee table and 2 chairs. Note if you book a Business Studio with Garden Room without Spa facilities, we were told you will have to pay €10 per day per person to use the swimming pool and deck area. Last time we booked a cheaper basic Studio room that included the use of the pool. We were told that, in France, a "spa" means a "pool". It would have been nice, as repeat guests that we were treated more favourably. We will not return. Staff helpful.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Best stay in Nantes (Reze) 5 min from the downtown - We rented a 3 bedroom house (2 stories) with furnished kitchen comfortable beds lots of space. Bathroom a bit small but convenient. Outside patio. Very quiet. Just 4 min away from the tram to the historic downtown of Nantes. Very nice walk /ride along the river la Sevre in a forest. Amazing location.

- Angela (8/5): A short break in Nantes - Located just outside the centre of Nantes, the ResidSpa is easy to reach using public transport or it's just a 25 minute walk. There are local shops and a handful of restaurants in Reze. A short distance away in Trentemoult are some lovely riverside restaurants. ResidSpa is a lovely place to stay, everything is very new and very well appointed. The pool area is lovely. Unfortunately the studio accommodation has no a/c for those sultry summer nights, instead the room has a rather noisy plug-in fan. This is a real shame given that the accommodation would otherwise be perfect. Staying at this time, we experienced the works ongoing in the studios just opposite the complete ones...the workmen arrived and started using powertools outside at 07:30 on weekdays. When you work hard and head away to relax this is not what you want to experience. The owners should really warn of this whilst the works continue. Food is available at the property but there is not a restaurant, it is served to your accommodation. The food that we had was absolutely fine … breakfast was really good.

- Kaddiern (10/5): Excellent - J'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner un bon nombre de fois dans cet hôtel, et je n'ai jamais été déçu. L'endroit en lui-même est charmant, au sein d'une enceinte close. L'hôtel est constitué de plusieurs bâtiments au milieu d'un endroit verdoyant et magnifiquement décoré, qui fait contraste avec le fait qu'on est en pleine ville. Le personnel est très aimable et à l'écoute, quelque soit la personne à laquelle j'ai eu affaire, l'accueil a toujours été excellent, on nous explique bien tout, on nous fait visiter les chambres, on peut nous apporter le petit déjeuner directement dans les chambres, bref, absolument rien à dire en ce qui concerne le service qui est extra. Les chambres, pour avoir séjourné dans presque toutes, sont décorées avec goût, avec du bois et une décoration chaleureuse et épurée, et qui ajoute au ressenti de bien-être qu'on a dans cet hôtel, accentué donc par le cadre et le personnel, mais également par la piscine couverte et très grande, qui est un vrai plaisir quand il fait chaud ou après une rude journée de travail, d'autant que, seul reproche possible, les chambres n'ont pas de clim, donc une tête dans la piscine peut être vraiment appréciable, a fortiori pendant une canicule comme ces derniers jours. Des services de massages et spa sont également proposés. Un parking est disponible, tout est toujours très propre, et les cuisines sont très bien équipées, bref, que du bon. Vraiment une excellente adresse que je ne saurais que conseiller sans hésiter.
