The room was kept clean and the room kept out the noice from the busy street. The water leaked from the shower onto the floor. HABITACION AMPLIA y moderna (lastima el colchoncito) COOLCHON COMPLETAMENTE INCOMODO. no es colchon, es una colchoneta muy blanda e incomoda y la verdad dormimos muy mal, algo que deberian mejorar ya que todo el resto es muy bueno y de calidad. El baño es muy pequeño pero igual esta bien

El ambiente es tranquilo y sin ruidos. Me gustó todo durante mi estancia. Como sugerencia constructiva, sería positivo ampliar el horario del desayuno. En mi opinión, comenzar a las 8:30 h puede resultar algo tarde para quienes viajamos por trabajo.

- YUMARA DEL MAR (10/5): Vitium urban suite - La suite nos ha encantado: todo estaba impecable, bien organizado y con instrucciones claras para el uso del jacuzzi. Agradecemos especialmente que se adaptaran a nuestro horario de llegada, ya que la recepción estaba cerrada, pero nos facilitaron todas las indicaciones necesarias para acceder sin problema. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y con todo a mano. Sin duda, repetiríamos. Lo que menos me ha gustado es que la nevera estuviera ocupada con alimentos (de pago en caso de consumo), lo que dejaba muy poco espacio para uso personal. Además, como ya lo habíamos visto previamente en las fotos, solicité que la vaciaran antes de nuestra llegada, pero no obtuve ni siquiera respuesta a la petición.

El unico pero que pondria en esta experiencia.. seria la comodidad de la cama.. para mi gusto, a la hora de poder descansar es un poco dura y la almohada no le acompaña. Todo lo demas de 10.

- Josep Francesc (1/5): FATAL - El interfono no funcionaba, me cobraron checklate de una hora a 15€, despues de pagar el checklate me echaron a patadas, la sorpresa llegó al volver a casa y ver que me habian cobrado 50€ de la fianza por según ellos haber fumado en la habitación. Estaba enfermo y al recoger la basura tiré una media colilla que tenia en el paquete el cual olia muy fuerte y por eso y 4 migas del paquete dicen que olia y que he fumado en la habitación. El chico de recepción es nefasto, un robot vamos, las habitaciones no están mal pero son todo materiales de muy mala calidad y adjuntaron fotos que no son nuestras. Muy mal la verdad.

Lift didn’t work on 4th floor, clearly hadn’t been working for a while, as they knew about it Insisted on taking colour photocioies of our documents, when this is in fact illegal. Heard of GDPR and the SDPA? Excuse was the police and then having to wait to type the data into a computer, so what? After our stay, we asked for the photocopies to be returned, which they did.

Further - room fridge full of drinks - water, minerals, wine, vodka - whatever you only need. At extra cost but very little, just like in the shop at the street or even cheaper. Definitely not to make money but for your convenience. Breakfast - if you haven't paid in advance you can still pay at the desk an have it ! Price and quality - really good. Deposit paid at the arrival - understandable. However - we didn't even reach the airport on the way back and deposit was returned to our account. I could write more and more. View from the room - straight on Gran Via, the same at the breakfast. Just great! I really spent a lot of time trying to find something negative but couldn't find even a single thing.

- Stephanie (6/5): Okay - It was a good location the property. Room was a good size for one person. Unfortunately, I thought the room was a little dirty and I just didn’t feel comfortable. I stayed at a hotel in Seville that cost less and I got top tier service and the room was stunning and clean! The staff were also very attentive. For the price I didn’t think it was worth it.
