Tomar en cuenta que el hotel está en el segundo piso, así que hay un pequeño elevador hacia allí, y luego unas gradas según en el piso que te toque la habitación.

Próximo da estação central de trem e do próximo dos pontos turísticos. O café da manhã é incrível. Recomendo ficar somente uma ou duas noites, o quarto é pequeno. O espaço do vaso é pequeno para as pernas (box muito proximo), o box é pequeno. O quarto em si é pequeno.

Breakfast good as well. Liked the water station and refrigerator in the room as well. From the hotel was able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit. Would like coffee machine in the room, but was OK with coffee in the breakfast room

- Jiwon (7/5): - Best thing about this place is definitely location. 10min from firenze train station, less than 10 min to the heart of firenze city center as well as vecchio bridge. I think the price covers the location, not so much of the facilities. There was not even a bottle of water. There is elevator until 2nd floor and then you need to enter a code to enter the place and then you need to walk up a flight of stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor. Toilet smelled a bit.

Petit-déjeuner "cheap". - La situation centrale, la vue de notre chambre, l'équipement de la chambre, les lits. la propreté générale. Simple mais complet ,efficace. 1- Globalement, les personnes en charge du petit-déjeuner n'étaient pas agréables : un petit bonjour inaudible sur le bout des lèvres le matin, zéro sourire, zéro interaction. Un matin, la dame en charge du petit déjeuner a été particulièrement désagréable : on demande où il y a du sucre, pas de réponse, signe agacé de la main en direction de la table style "mais grosse conne, ouvres les yeux, c'est sur la table", puis elle s'est mise à débarrasser les tables alentours où elle faisait clairement en sorte de faire le maximum de bruit possible avec la vaisselle. C'était insupportable. 2- Le petit-déjeuner était "cheap" : œufs brouillés et lard froids, charcuterie et fromage bas de gamme, café de la machine à café médiocre surtout en Italie.

The 'scrambled eggs' were hard and chunky, very overcooked. The coffee machine was experiencing some issues, but we were able to get them to make us a coffee behind the counter, which was nice. The first night, we got very hot in the room. We left the window open slightly on the second night, with the curtains closed over it. Lots of street noise from below, but definitely slept better the second night as it was a little cooler.

Fortunately we aren't very big so squeezed in through the doors. Couldn't bend over to wash legs though. Apparently all are like that in the rooms.
- Koen (8/5): Leuke citytrip - De slaapbank was eerder een middeleeuws marteltuig dan een bed. Verder was er een miscommunicatie bij de boeking met booking.com: hoewel wij duidelijk hadden aangegevem met het gezin te reizen ( ouders en 3 kinderen ) was er slechts met de volwassenen rekening gehouden. Met als gevolg een fikse toeslag te betalen bij aankomst! Het personeel heeft het logistieke probleem bij aankomst wel onmiddellijk opgelost, maar de 135€ moest wel worden opgehoest!

Sur le site ,il est mentionné "ascenseur" mais celui ci ne dessert que l'entée de l'hotel au 2eme étage alors que des chambres sont au 3eme . De plus des marches d'acces pour atteindre l'ascenseur. Tout cela difficile pour des personnes agées. Mobilier reduit. Simple penderie ,pas d'étagere ou poser les affaires de toilette,douche petite alors que la salle de bain est spacieuse

They retrieved a book I had left on the hotel room and stored it for me until I got on my return trip. Close to sights and to train station. Team station close by The very small shower. My wife and I could not move our arms before heating the shower doors. We had to open the sliding doors completely to shower. We raised the issue with the lady at the front desk during check out but the lady said there is nothing they can do

The location is great, it’s in a nice street really close to Santa Maria Novella. Breakfast is perfect, it has enough choice for anyone and everything is so delicious! Le buffet petit déjeuner diversifié, à volonté . Dans la ´suite ´réservée pour 5 personnes , un seul cabinet de toilette et en plus dans une des deux salles de bain était vraiment trop juste. Un lit seul au matelas vraiment très inconfortable ( trrrrès dur) .

- Catta28 (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cane, super dispobibili, hotel davvero pulito e curato al centro di Firenze, a pochi passi sei ovunque.. davvero accogliente e il ragazzo della reception molto gentile... Stretta un pochino strettina e per noi faceva davvero molto caldo, abbiamo praticamente dormito con la finestra aperta... ma apparte questo tutto davvero bello e lo consiglio!!

Muy recomendable Lo único incómodo es el tamaño de la ducha. Son pequeñas y para alguna persona corpulenta...debe ser francamente difícil ducharse.

- Claus (6/5): Lugar muy lindo, super limpio, pero subir las escaleras sin elevador estuvo terrible. - La limpieza de la habitación, muy seguro los accesos. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba en un 3er piso y nos comentó el chico de la recepción que no había elevador, por lo que tuvimos que subir las interminables escaleras cargando maletas pesadas y ya cuando Íbamos a hacer el check out, nos dijo la otra chica de recepción que el elevador si servía e ignoraba porque nos habían dicho lo contrario. también que si querías llenar tu botella de agua, se tenía que bajar un piso para ir por ella.
