• Sophia (3/5): - Kostenlose Stornierung Bei unserer Ankunft war unser Zimmer nicht verfügbar und wir sollten irgendwo anders auf der Insel übernachten wo man einen Roller gebraucht hätte um hinzukommen. Nachdem wir auf Google sehr schlechte Bewertungen mit ähnlichen Erfahrungen gelesen haben, haben wir um eine Stornierung gebeten.
• Jasmin (6/5): Sehr günstiges Party Hostel - Ist günstig und Personal ist nett, wenn man keinen Ärger macht. Gute Social Area. Bett und Zimmer selbst ist eher unbequem und dreckig. Alles in allem für den Preis aber ok.

• Ruby (1/5): - N/A We arrived after a 9 hour travel day, one of the staff members greeted us very nicely, we filled out the form etc. However there had been a problem with payment and they were determined we hadn’t reserved a room (we had, and our bank account had two card checks on them from this hostel), we were then met with hostility from who i presume is the manager straight away who walked off and told us to show him proof. we then waited 45 minutes to be seen again as he avoided us multiple times. He then said our original room had been taken but he could put is a ‘much nicer room with AC and comfier beds’ (spoiler alert it was horrendous). This cost us around 7,750 baht (£177). we were swiftly taken to our room and left there and soon realised we had been utterly scammed. The pictures will speak for themselves, however, the black mould that was anywhere you looked was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, leaks in the bathroom, a few visitors from under the bed (cockroaches) and a room that overall made me realise i’d rather sh*t in my hands and clap. I then went to reception and told them we will not be staying here for the entirety of the stay and will be leaving very early the next day, I then got met with a cold look and ‘no refunds’. no questions asked on why we were leaving so early on into our trip there which shows no care for the customers at all. we also heard multiple people complaining about the staff and how rude they were to everyone. honestly please save yourself the sweat, tears, and stress and DO NOT stay here.

• Oriol Estabanell (2/5): Sense habitació havent reservat, motxilles perdudes, recepció incompetent - Realment res. No recomano aquesta allotjament. Aneu amb compte amb les dues noies tailandeses del torn de tarda que hi ha a la recepció, són molt males persones. Quan vam arribar ens vam estar 30 minuts per fer el check in. Havíem reservat una habitació per dues nits a través de booking i a l'arribar sembla ser que no ens havíem guardat la reserva perquè no haviem pagat online (a través de booking no es podia pagar online). Ens diuen que ens donen una habitació aquella nit i la següent ens hauriem de canviar. Com estavem de ruta realment només necessitàvem la segona nit vam demanar si enlloc de pagar una habitació podiem pagar un mínim i que ens guardesin les maletes. Semblava que la noia ho entenia, pero de cop no sabem com ens cobra les dues nits de booking. En fi. Per evitar discutir acceptem i guardem les maletes en una "habitació" que basicament era l'habitació dels trastos convertit en una habitació de merda que sols servia per follar. Ens va ser igual, vam deixar les maletes i vam acordar que el personal de nateja ens ho canviaria a la nostra següent habitació. En arribar al seguent dia pel matí el personal del hotel no sabia ni on estaven les nostres maletes. Tenien un lio muntat gràcies a les dues estupides Tailandeses que semblava ja el pa de cada dia. Després d'esperar i buscar les maletes resulta que haviem de fer el checkin a les 14:00. Eren les 12:00 del matí a ple sol i estavem realment molt cansats. Així que vam anar a fer la siesta a la platja i vam tornar a les 14:00. En tornar, fem el check-in i un home ens acompanya a l'habitació que en teoria haviem reservat. Arribem i estava bruta, amb encara la merda de l'anterior gent que havia estat en aquella habitació. A més, haviem fet el booking de una habitació amb bany privat i com no, era compartit. Aleshores, el noi ens diu que ara mateix ens enviarien personal per netejar l'habitació i fer els llits. Es fan les 14:30 i allà no hi havia ningú.

• Emma Charlotte (4/5): - Wir haben schon in vielen Hostels übernachtet, aber nirgends haben wir uns so vor den Bädern geekelt wie hier. Die Bäder, Toiletten und Duschen, waren fast immer sehr dreckig und ekelhaft. Zudem war es sehr laut und wir hatten ständig Tiere in unserem Doppelzimmer. Nicht zu empfehlen, besonders aufgrund der Sauberkeit.

• Marnix (4/5): Ik zou beter ergens anders boeken, tenzij je van luide muziek houdt en niet geeft om schone kamers. - Er worden wat evenementen georganiseerd. Personeel is vriendelijk. Biertjes voor een redelijke prijs. De kamer bleek toen we aankwamen toch ineens niet beschikbaar te zijn. Ik las later in de reviews dat dit vaker gebeurde. Ga er dus maar vanuit dat ze je een andere kamer aan gaan bieden (wel tegen gereduceerd tarief). De kamer die we kregen was erg vochtig en voelen niet echt schoon aan. De gemeenschappelijke douches zien er niet best uit. Slechte Europese muziek staat de hele dag aan.

Aún así es buen hostel para sociabilizar y tiene muy buenas zonas comunes y muchas actividades e instalaciones deportivas Los baños solían estar sucios y cada dos por tres estaban atascados. En las habitaciones del hostel duerme mucha gente y solo hay un baño para muchos. Las habitaciones individuales no tienen ventana

Im ersten Raum hat es aus der decke gebröselt, direkt auf das Kopfkissen. sah aus wie holzmehl. zweites zimmer roch komplett schimmlig, die klimaanlage war innen scgwarz verschimmelt. In der ecke lag eine grosse kopflose kackerlacke. die gemeinschaftsbadezimmer und klos hatten oft keine seife.

Pourquoi pas, d'autant qu'avec ma pote on était très souvent en extérieur, dans des lieux plus locaux. Par contre la chambre n'était pas top, pas de fenêtre, rien pour poser les affaires et dans les douches non plus. Il faut reconnaître que c'est l'hôtel le moins cher de Koh Phanghan mais ça n'empêche pas d'y apporter quelques améliorations peu coûteuses comme placer des crochets aux murs et aux portes pour suspendre les affaires.

• Veronica (1/5): Peggiore esperienza di sempre - Assolutamente nulla Tutto, meglio dormire in spiaggia sulla sabbia, ho fatto il check in e la camera non era pronta, il che va bene, ma alle 19 c erano i miei zaino dentro e la camera ( umida piena di muffa e sporchissima ) non era stata fatta. Gocciolava “acqua” dal soffitto e il prato sintetico era zuppo e intriso di sporco. Mi sono fatta ridare tutti i soldi e non mi hanno neanche chiesto scusa.

• Nicolo (1/5): Pessimo… - Nulla Purtroppo il mio soggiorno in questa struttura è stato un vero incubo e non mi sento di consigliarla a nessuno. Ecco i motivi principali del mio disappunto: • Igiene inesistente: La camera privata aveva un odore sgradevole e persistente fin dal mio arrivo. I bagni e le docce erano costantemente sporchi e emanavano una puzza insopportabile. È inaccettabile trovare standard di pulizia così bassi. • Muffa e Umidità: La stanza era estremamente umida, con evidenti tracce di muffa sulle pareti. Un ambiente del genere non è solo sgradevole, ma anche poco salubre per chi ci dorme. • Wi-Fi inutilizzabile: Nonostante fosse pubblicizzato, il Wi-Fi in camera era praticamente inesistente. Non c'era segnale, rendendo impossibile lavorare o anche solo navigare per svago.

Nos lo esperábamos bastante peor tema ruidos. Buenas cortinas, no te despierta la luz solar Cuando entramos la habitación no estaba limpia. Das depósito de 1000 baths. El colchón muy blando.

Pour commencer, au moment du check-in, la dame de l’accueil nous explique que comme nous n’avons pas réglé en avance, notre chambre n’est pas disponible (chambre double avec ventilateur) et que nous devons payer un supplément (300 baht par nuit) pour avoir une chambre avec clim, qui était soit disant la seule disponible. Nous lui expliquons que nous ne payerons pas car nous avons réservé une chambre avec ventilation, que la réservation est confirmée et qu’ils ont notre carte bancaire en garantie. Elle ne veut rien entendre et nous explique qu’elle a soit disant envoyé un message nous informant que nous devons les contacter pour payer à l’avance quand c’est la Full Moon, bien entendu, nous n’avons jamais reçu ce message. Elle a voulu nous faire payer le supplément pour nos 17 nuits et nous avons dû insister pour ne payer qu’une seule nuit et avoir la chambre réservée le lendemain. Nous sommes revenus à la réception plus tard et avons remarqué qu’ils faisaient le même coup à tous les touristes. Après avoir enfin obtenu la chambre que nous avions réservée, qu’elle fut notre surprise de voir son état : sale, draps taches et brûlures de cigarettes, pas de fenêtre, humidité et moisissures !! Les toilettes et douches communes étaient dans un état DÉPLORABLE, aprioris très rarement nettoyés. Il nous était impossible de les utiliser, nous devions donc nous retenir et trouver des alternatives pour se doucher ailleurs et aller aux toilettes ailleurs. Nous sommes allés à la réception plusieurs fois, leur demandant de nettoyer notre chambre et les communs, mais rien n’a changé.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, was es für Reisende sehr einfach macht, neue Leute kennenzulernen und Freunde fürs Leben zu machen. Es gibt jeden Tag Partys mit Beer Pong Turnieren, direkt an der Bar, die 24/7 Geöffnet hat. Mir hat mein Aufenthalt sehr viel Spaß gemacht und würde immer wieder herkommen.
