- Angelina (6/5): Lawaaiige kamer - De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend. Jij zit op een steenworp afstand van Sabiha Gökçen vliegveld. Het ontbijt is ook uitgebreid en lekker. Ik heb een tweede keer overnachting geboekt in dit hotel. De eerste keer had ik een kamer aan de binnenkant en het was rustig en sfeervol. Maar deze keer is de kamer wat kleiner, jij hoort de lawaai van de auto’s en de nacht voor vertrek sliep ik amper. Om 6:30 is geen personeel aanwezig in het restaurant. Dat betekent dat je geen goede koffie krijgt voor vertrek. S’avonds heb ik gegeten in het restaurant. Het eten was lekker en ook snel klaargemaakt. De sfeer is heel gemoedelijk en prettig. Maar aan de andere tafel zatten twee mannen uitgebreid te dineren, drinken en maakten veel lawaai om indruk op elkaar te maken. De andere gasten vertrokken snel. Het personeel bij de receptie is attent. Maar ik ben op zoek naar een betere ervaring

- Ekaterina (6/5): неоднозначные впечатления. Номер отличный, остальное плохо - Очень большой номер. Состоит фактически из салона с диваном, шкафом, телевизором и журнальным столиком и спальни с еще одним телевизором и большой удобной кроватью. В номере очень чисто. Приятный комплимент в виде пирожных при заезде. Персонал на рецепции улыбчивый и доброжедательный. В номере есть халаты, тапочки, в ванной хороший приветсвенный набор из всего, что может пригодиться путешественнику (зубные щетки, шапочки, мочалка и т.д.) Странное расположение отеля и зона входа (учитывая 5 звезд). Такси останавливает у шлагбаума и потом нужно тащить чемоданы вдоль нескольких резиденций с одной стороны и глухого забора - с другой. Персонал, кроме сотрудника рецепции, не здоровается и не улыбается. Самое большое разочарование - завтрак. Во-первых очень грязно. На полу раздавленные тарталетки, куски еды, пролитый джем и напитки. Крошки на стульях (перебрала несколько столов - везде картина одинаковая). Столы никто не торопится убирать. Ешь в окружении грязных тарелок. К кофемашине не подойти - огромная лужа. Когда ее протерли, остался липкий пол. Кофе отвратительный. До чая из-за грязи я не дошла. Еда заветренная. Вроде всего много, но по факту мало что съедобное. Ничего общего с фото на странице отеля.

We asked for early check-in and they upgraded our room for free to much bigger and better room which was available earlier. All the facilities worked fine. Location is good, 10 minutes ride to airport by bus UM73. 5 minutes nearby is Viaport with all the brands shops and cafes. Food was delicious, and really impressive with greens and vegetables selection. Everything was perfect.

- Kerem (4/5): Gibt bessere Hotels für den Preis - Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber, was positiv hervorzuheben ist. Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr nett. Leider waren die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich hören konnte. Zudem wurde offenbar in einigen Zimmern geraucht, wodurch der Flur stark nach Zigaretten roch. Auch die nahe Autobahn war deutlich hörbar, was besonders nachts das Schlafen erschwert hat. Insgesamt daher nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde on erinomainen. Aamiainen on hyvä ja valikoima runsas. Alakerrassa sijaitseva hamam on miellyttävä kokemus. Erityismaininta hotellin henkilökunnalle: Unohdimme huoneeseen pienen kassin, jonka puuttumisen huomasimme vasta Suomessa. Saimme yhteyden hotelliin ja henkilökunta lähetti kassin postitse sukulaisten luo muualle Turkkiin. Loistavaa palvelua! Ei ole mitään

- Roksolana (4/5): На мою думку не найкращий готель. Не повернусь - В загальному непоганий готель який на мою думку може покращити нюанси та підняти собі оцінку відвідувачів. Ми заплатили 111 € за покращений номер який був у ціні стандарту зі сніданком. На мою думку для цього готелю ДОРОГО Погано працював кондиціонер, було дуже душно в номері а особливо вранці. Я погано спала по цій причині, а зменшення температури нічого не давало( Вода в басейні холодна хоча пише що 33 градуси - це точно перебільшення! Масажі по ціні найдорожчих в центрі Стамбулу, це занадто. Сніданок був на 3/5

- Aykut (8/5): Für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung – gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, da unser Flug früh morgens von Sabiha Gökçen ging. Die Zimmer waren sauber und auch die gesamte Hotelanlage machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch ist die Nähe zum Flughafen. Außerdem gibt es ganz in der Nähe ein tolles Einkaufszentrum. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, man hört wirklich vieles aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur. Ganz ehrlich: Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie war das Fitnessstudio sehr enttäuschend. Es gab nur wenige Geräte und diese wirkten teilweise alt. Hier hätte man sich definitiv mehr Mühe geben können

- Olah (10/5): - All was fine, recommend this accomodation. Only 7-8 min from the airport with taxi. Transfer cost 7€ to the airport. Its a very good choice if you have flight from the airport SAW or you arrive late night and want to sleep asap. -

Alles was volledig naar wens: de kamers waren schoon en comfortabel, het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de service was van hoog niveau. For a transit stay, this is an enormous advantage. ✓ WHAT WORKS WELL The hotel is large and offers a solid choice of rooms, which are spacious and comfortable. The staff stands out immediately — consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The sauna is genuinely excellent and the room rates are competitive for the area. If your main priority is proximity to the airport at a reasonable price, this hotel ticks those boxes. ✗ WHERE IT FALLS SHORT The décor is noticeably dated and the property would benefit from a full renovation. The bathroom feels basic — far from five-star standard, with a shower that disappoints. The spa area is underwhelming: both the relaxation room and pool were cold during our visit, and there is no fruit or complimentary refreshments on offer, which is a common expectation at this level. Housekeeping also left something to be desired. Upon check-in, I found an already-opened water bottle in the fridge — a small detail, but one that signals a lack of attention during room preparation and is simply not acceptable at a hotel claiming five-star standards. Breakfast is where expectations diverge most sharply from the hotel's five-star billing. The variety is limited, the coffee is poor, and vegetables were served cold. That said, you can request freshly made eggs and pancakes — but only if someone tells you, which did not happen automatically. A small sign or a proactive mention from staff would make a real difference. The surrounding neighbourhood has a few restaurants, though food quality is average and none of them serves alcohol. Worth knowing before you arrive. Bottom line: In a European context this would comfortably be rated a superior three-star. It works well as an airport hotel — convenient, spacious, and well-staffed — but if food quality, cleanliness standards, and spa facilities matter to you, you will find better options elsewhere. Book here for the location; go elsewhere for the experience.

- Alexandra (10/5): - I stayed for the first time here, and booked 4 nights initially - as I was travelling with my kid, who is crazy about pools, I meant to do a long stop between travel legs so that she enjoyed all amenities. Very unfortunate to us we had to shorten the stay to 1 night due to change of the plans, and now we are eager to return asap. We were absolutely touched by atmosphere, cleaniness, professionalism and kindness of the personnel. Location is very close to Sabiha Airport, literally 5 minutes drive; 5 minutes walking distance to Migros and plenty of small restaurants. Breakfast was superb! I will return, thank you!
