Falta alguien del equipo que tal vez se quede en el recinto para controlar este tema, porque por desgracia afectó mucho en cuanto gustó el lugar.

- Lidia Esther (4/5): Sardinas en lata. - Las toallas eran grandes y suaves. No había muy buena limpieza, se me cayó algo debajo de la cama y estaba llena de bolas de pelusa de polvo, el baño salía agua de la ducha y estaba el piso mojado, lo avisamos pero siguió saliendo por una parte pequeña, ya ahí sin importancia. Por otro lado, el estropajo para lavar la loza estaba usado, la nevera era muy pequeña para una semana y cinco personas y no estaba limpia. Tampoco estaban limpios los armarios, nos encontramos un recipiente de plástico del inquilino anterior. El ruido de los vecinos se oían muy fácilmente, porque las paredes eran muy finas. Las fotos que aparecen en el anuncio no se correspondían con lo que nos tocó. No había donde colgar toallas para 5 personas.

- DAVID (8/5): Apartamento perfecto para visitar Oporto unos días - Buena ubicación. Literas son cómodas. Tuvimos un problema con la nevera y nos lo solucionaron. Se nota que es un apartamento para dormir solamente y pasar el día visitando Oporto. Limpieza algo escasa y se nota el uso que tiene. Hay bastantes apartamentos juntos y se escucha cuando entran y sale la gente.

- ESPAÑA (10/5): Cómodo, práctico y a buen precio - La comodidad al ir con 2 bebés del apartamento y lo práctico que era. Además está reformado no hace mucho y se nota que se ha hecho con gusto. Todo genial

- Sebastien (2/5): Horrible - Difficult to say , maybe size of the appartment Very rustic furnitures, badly positionned (impossible to watch the tv when in the living room or kitchen) , there is a terrace , but with view on dirty walls and a table with broken chairs. The real worst point is 'the reception' i mean the system supposed to confirm check in and manage all issues, you have in fact a bot badly programmed who harrass you to check in , so i done it, they obligate you to scan your ID , so it means that my datas can be used by badly intended people to make crédits and so on. In bonus, the verification process supposed to take 10 mins was still not processed 4 hours after, i waited for 1 and half under the rain hour requiring help to the assistance bot who gave me non sense response (check in is very simple, please proceed...) and afterwards when i pushback other useless response in spanish... Once this mess was sorted out , i was so quick to enter the buiding with my codes that i realized that the access code is the same for the buiding, the room BUT as well to the buiding just 2 meters owned by the same society. So anyone locating with them can enter freely in both buildings but certainely rooms as well. To finish , after 2 weeks they are still make me wait to deliver an invoice , so certainely avoid tax declaration...

- Danny (8/5): Almost brilliant! - Bonfim is a great location, quiet but also edgy with cool bars and record stores to check out. Building is great, entrance and hallway is lovely, washing facilities and driers were great in the rain (Feb 2026). The smell of cigarette smoke through my Aircon the whole time left me with a cough every day. Bathroom was weirdly big but could have done with a bit of a refresh as it was looking quite tired.

La disponibilità e velocità del personale che ci ha aiutato con il check-in e il WiFi. La struttura risulta un po' datata. Letto abbastanza scomodo e rumoroso. La pulizia poteva essere migliorata, soprattutto delle lenzuola.

- Igor (3/5): - Boa localização A sanita estava entupida e saia água pelo chão todo da casa de banho, o suporte do chuveiro estava partido e tinha que tomar banho segurando a duche, não havia lençol no sofá cama só uma capa de colchão, tentaram me mudar de quarto e quando cheguei lá tinham pessoas hospedadas, me ofereceram 40€ de compensação que ainda aguardo o recebimento.

- cindy (5/5): Appartement qui pourrait être très bien si des travaux dans la salle de bain était refaite et au niveau de la mezzanine - J’ai apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement (proche arrêt de bus et boulangerie), les éléments de base de cuisine et de petit déjeuner étaient mis en place. La réactivité des hôtes Le code d’accès fournit n’a pas fonctionné (mais vite réglé par l’hôte), les dalles de la salle de bain dégagées de l’eau à chaque douche cela faisait des inondations, la mezzanine a tendance à bouger en haut de escalier
- Karla Patricia (10/5): - Me gustó la cercanía al centro de la ciudad, me encantó la zona y la accesibilidad, todo muy práctico, me encantó que tenía café, zumo, leche,cafetera, azúcar. etc... las sábanas muy ricas, la calidad del shampoo, el gel las toallas grandes, plancha, tubos de plancha, estaba muy muy completo,,, me sentí como en casa, es súper acogedora y mucha tranquilidad en el entorno, me quedé encantada y quiero volver a porto lo antes posible. Porq ahora ya siento q tengo una casa... jajaja... toda la información muy clara, y la persona q está respondiendo los WhatsApp súper amable... en mi caso, eramos dos adultos y la niña de 6 años y llegamos una hora antes de la horas de entrada y he escrito q si podíamos entrar antes y rápidamente me contestaron al WhatsApp y me dijeron q hablarían con el personal, para preguntar si ysxestaba disponible el estudio y menos mal sí estaba ya disponible, y me avisó q ya podíamos entrar, de verdad muy contenta y agradecida con el servicio prestado. Un cordial saludo y desde ya mismo lo estoy recomendando.
- Ana maria (10/5): La estancia ha sido agradable - El duplex es magnífico ,todo muy completo Y todo súper limpio Lo que no me gustó que tiene poca iluminación en la entrada de la calle ,y justo al lado hay un solar vacío con pintadas que da un poco de mal rollo Pero aún así ,lo volvería a reservar para próximos viajes

- Roberto (9/5): Fantástico!!! - Gostei de tudo, por isso não tenho nada a apontar. 5*. Sempre que tinha alguma dúvida ligava para a equipa que aqui trabalhava, e resolviam tudo mesmo à distância. Para mim foi uma novidade, como o Booking sabe, tenho ido para muitos hosteis e fazemos o check -in mesmo na recepção. Por isso acho que os hostels deviam apostar e fazer o que ! Fine Arts Studios By Olala Homes faz. Preencher um formulário muito fácil, eles depois nos encaminham como se estivessem pertinho de nós, e conduzem-nos até ao nosso quarto. O quarto tem tudo o que precisamos desde? Microondas, Fogão elétrico de uma boca, Cafeteira de fazer chá, Máquina de Café e um pequeno frigorífico, e o suficiente para que cá quiser ficar. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 dias não falta nada. E se tiveres dificuldade em ir a algum ao Continente Lidl ou outra lado. É escolher o que quer na aplicação e eles vão trazer tudo ao Hostel. Excelente! Iniciativa por parte, Fine Arts Studios By Olala Homes. Com os melhores cumprimentos, Roberto Carlos Não teve nada que não gostasse. As funcionárias eram sempre prestáveis, se precisasse de alguma coisa, como já frizei acima sempre prestáveis. Excelente.

- Ainhoa (8/5): Muy agradable. Lo recomiendo sin duda. - Muy buena zona. Súper tranquila pero a la vez bastante cerca de zona centro. La cama muy cómoda. La habitación contaba con todo lo necesario. Nos dejaron también café, agua, zumo y demás cosas para desayuno. Un detalle por parte del alojamiento. Nuestra habitación tenía dos ventanales hacia la calle que lo hacían bastante luminoso y agradable. Las paredes van necesitando un pintado. La limpieza estaba bastante bien aunque les faltaba cuidar un poco algún detalle. Los estantes de el armario los tuvimos que limpiar antes de colocar la ropa, estaban algo sucios. Los pasillos entre habitaciones y los felpudos también algo sucios. El ruido de la puerta principal es verdad que nos despertó varias veces alguna noche. Aunque no le dimos mucha importancia e imagino eso va más con la delicadeza o educación qué tengan los que se alojan al mismo tiempo en las habitaciones cercanas.

- Yolanda (8/5): Razoavel e bem localized - Os services O espaco pequeno, tinha parte verde em algumas paredes, tinha ospedes que fumava no corredor
- Cátia (7/5): - Gostei de todos os miminhos deixados na receção (café, natas para o mesmo, azeite, sumo, água e até cervejas artesanais) Achei a casa equipada com tudo o que é realmente necessário, até ferro de engomar tinha que dá imenso jeito. Com mantas extras para todas as camas, ar condicionado. A cama de casal King size , dormia lá uma família. Zona calma e tranquila para descanso 😅 Super prestaveis a qualquer dúvida e muito flexíveis em satisfazer o cliente. Apanhei um fim de semana de chuva e para chegar ao apartamento, já depois de entrar no edifício tinha de passar por duas áreas exteriores, com acesso por escadas á chuva, para chegar ao apartamento que dispunha de código para entrar igualmente á chuva. Sugeria uns toldos para passagem. E visto este cenário seria importante a casa ter no seu interior um tapete ,pois entramos em casa todos molhados.

You never regret! - The area is good, nice space, good temperature in the room, good location, staff very nice and friendly, just a bit difficult to sleep because the other guests was noise. Just the fact that during the night the other guests are very disrespectful making a lot of noise, there are 3 different Olala places, I was a bit lost with my digital code check in.

- Lucas Sebastian (6/5): It's a nice apartment but I found it extremely noisy at night, which disrupted my sleep. - Clean place. The kitchen. The coffee machine. AC. Windows. TV. Laundry room. Beer, water, juice free Unfortunately, I couldn't get any rest every night I slept in the apartment. It's incredibly noisy. Footsteps on the stairs and upper floors can be heard through the ceiling. There are also many noisy people in other apartments. Rest is the most important thing, even more important than free drinks.

- Nicole (7/5): - Great location, very clean, and staff was very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom floor is built as a raised platform which floods every time you shower. When you exit the bathroom every time you take a step on the tiles water will squirt out of the tiles and even out into the hall.
