- Nguyen Anh Thu (7/5): Central location. Old facilities. Average breakfast. - Central location, easy to reach the main tourist attractions in District 1 on foot. Staff are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Facilities are old. The bathroom still uses shower head fixed on the wall that you cannot take it off at all (like the handheld shower head), so it was very uncomfortable to use. There are quite many ants roaming around the room (I guess this is typical of tropical climate?!) so sometimes they were flown by indoor air onto my neck and legs. Breakfast had poor selection compared to other 4-star hotel I used before in Vietnam, which was disappointing. For vegetarians, no protein source for breakfast at all, as they only had meat-related proteins in the morning. I'd highly recommend the hotel to add soy milk and soy products to their breakfast selection - as soy products are very cheap in Vietnam and is a good source of protein for vegetarians.

This is one of the worst hotel I have ever booked through booking.com. The CHECK-IN staff had no idea about booking.com booking and I had to pay extra for my one night stay. I reached with my family at 10pm so I didn't get in to any argument as everyone was tired. Paid what they asked and got in to the room. Worst experience ever. Rooms are no wer near to what shown in pictures. they have kept their options so confusing that people often get lost in booking - as someone else mentioned in one of their review, I think this hotel is scam

The lunatic karaoke, but it didn't go on beyond 9pm this visit, which was a blessing, because we were exhausted from the day. - Phil (8/5): The staff very obliging, and the rooms, aside from my 1st offering, were very good. - It was clean, and the 2 female staff, and all the cleaners were great. First class service. The male receptionist was less than cooperative. Good shower, not a rain shower, but plenty of pressure and heat. I chose an superior double, with window, and I walked into a dilapidated room with paint cracks, and peeling from the walls. It was too depressing to be offered at all, let alone anything superior. I could not imagine having to come back to a room on its way to being a squat. Decorate it! The receptionist agreed, and immediately upgraded me. Of my 4 nights, it was quiet, considering it was in the heart of it all. We had one night of drunken karaoke from the bar opposite, with screams and bawling by some drunk youth screeching randomly. This went on way past the midnight curfew. It ceased at 3am. It was loud, too loud to sleep. When I mentioned it to the night reception guy, he disagreed, saying the hotel was a quiet place. Selective denial I guess. The complimentary drinks were one tea, and one coffee for 2 guests. Surely there should be 2 of each?

The location was excellent, with everything I needed nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping, which kept everything clean and fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I did notice a minor issue with a few small ants occasionally appearing in the room. While it wasn’t a major problem, it was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, everything else was great.
