Sarah (9/5): Super séjour au calme, hôtel moderne - Hôtel moderne, belle emplacement, au calme et bord de lac direct. Le spa très beau, massage super, la chambre avec terrasse et vue lac super. La seule chose si vraiment il faut trouver c’est le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être un cran meilleur au niveau des viennoiseries et du pain par exemple.

Reveption staff not helpful , lying about the taxi staff start at 8.30 when we needed to catch a flight. In the bfast room paying 8 euros fpr a plate of oats. 50 euros for stuff in room. No milk avaulable in the room. I paid nearly 900 euros. All down the drain. For that money i would stay in New York. !

גיא (6/5): - ארוחת בוקר מעולה. הזמנו חדר עם נוף לאגם אך לא מצויין שהחדר יושב על כביש די ראשי. בנוסף המזגן נדלק רק במידה ויש בחדר יותר מ 22 מעלות ובפועל עבד כ 2 דקות וכל כמה שעות. היה מחניק וחם ולא היה אפשר לפתוח חלון בגלל הרעש.

Stefan (8/5): Hotel with a view - the hotel was newly refurbished in a quiet little town, very beautiful view. rooms are nice but quite small. it´s a place to go if you want to get out of the super touristy Como town. the biggest thing is the price, everything was fine but for this price you expect more. the breakfast was pretty basic, they have option to pay for better breakfast but like I said for this price I expected better. the rooms are nice but small, the bar downstairs was ok but nothing special, the rooftop did not have a toilet so you have to take the elevator down, the location has a beautiful view but there is very little going on in this town and few restaurants. it takes about 30min to walk to down town Lecco across the lake, it´s not a tourist town, but has a one street with shops and restaurants.

The boat is fabulous, new and clean and Matteo has been very nice, professional and kind captain. I would recommend the 3/4 hours tour by boat to discover the villas and the villages around. Sean (10/5): A Hidden Gem - The location is simply stunning, with mountains stretching in every direction — best appreciated from the rooftop bar where the scenery feels almost magical. Sitting at a comfortable distance from the main tourist areas, it offers a genuinely authentic Italian experience. Bellagio and Varenna are easily accessible by bus and train, but the finest way to take it all in is by yacht with Matteo. He delivers a truly luxurious experience, guiding you past the sights and sharing fascinating details about the lake, all while you sip a glass of bubbles. The promenade just outside the property is lined with lovely bars and restaurants, and a short stroll into Lecco opens up a beautiful Italian town steeped in history — full of wonderful food and places to sit back and unwind. A special mention must go to the outstanding reception staff and, of course, to our captain Matteo. This is a hidden gem on the lake. Shh — don't tell too many people.

Die Lage ist direkt am See inkl. Parkhaus mit Lademöglichkeit für Elektrofahrzeuge. Zuwenig Plätze beim Frühstück, wir mussten teilweise warten bis ein Tisch frei wurde.

Il ragazzo alla reception si è mostrato freddo e poco disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo, senza alcun tentativo di accoglienza. Inoltre, durante la consegna delle chiavi, ha fatto cadere la scheda della camera di mia madre a terra senza nemmeno preoccuparsi di raccoglierla o scusarsi, un gesto che ho trovato poco professionale e poco rispettoso. Mi aspettavo un livello di cortesia e attenzione maggiore in particolare in una struttura alberghiera

Colazione a buffet con buona scelta La colazione a buffet ha una buona scelta, ma per la tipologia di hotel non abbiamo trovato nulla di speciale, nulla di diverso dal solito o da ricordare. Purtroppo l'ambiente dove viene servita è scomodo, troppo stretto, tavoli troppo ravvicinati tra loro e troppo vicini alla zona buffet. Ci si trova ad esser seduti a fare colazione a 20 cm dal sedere degli altri ospiti che si stanno servendo al buffet. In un hotel cosi raffinato e con spazi cosi ampi, la colazione è molto sacrificata. Peccato

Murillo (10/5): - Funcionários bem simpáticos, quarto espaçoso limpo e cheiroso, café da manhã perfeito. Alguns hotéis insistem em ter o box do banheiro semi aberto e molha o chão do banheiro inteiro. Não é exclusividade desse hotel, mas é algo que não gosto.

Victoria (10/5): A stunning hotel in a wonderful location with excellent staff. - The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s situated on the side of the lake and the views are incredible. The hotel itself is beautifully modern but sympathetic to the old building that it is in. The gardens are lovely and it felt very comfortable. There was nothing that we didn’t like!
anildar2019 (10/5): AMAZING - VERY RELAXED STAY SURROUNDED BY BEAUTIFUL VIEWS . Great location for nice therapeutically walk and even walking to the station is quite nice as you get to view the lake and a few viewpoints. Hotel breakfast was great and had a great selection of gluten free options( They give it to you when you ask them if they have any) . Supper helpful staff always willing to help you with any questions or anything that they are able to assist with. Keep in mind that this hotel is 1 hour and about 15 minutes away from distance- Uber costs around 150 euros. Or you can go to Milan first by train( From airport takes 40 minutes) and then from there you take another train takes you near the hotel. But from my experience it was totally worth it. On the way back home we took train to Milan and we eplored there before we went to airport.

Stephen (10/5): - Ultra modern hotel excellent staff good position to Lecco bur roadworks and traffic from Lecco took 30 mins by cab instead of 10 mins Coffee from machine at brreakfast luke warm. staff made aware and I had to pay full price for a fresh hot one to be made.

Breakfast was not only delicious but thoughtfully prepared to suit a wide variety of cultures and traditions. From a classic English breakfast to Italian options and more, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast area itself was very well organized, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere that made starting the day a true pleasure. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The housekeeping team did an amazing job — they were professional, kind, communicative, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail truly stood out and made our stay even more comfortable. The reception staff also deserve special praise. The girls at reception were incredibly helpful, understanding, and supportive at all times. They assisted us whenever we needed help and showed genuine care and patience, right up until our last day. All common areas were perfectly maintained — well structured, spotless, and welcoming. The overall environment of the hotel felt peaceful, organized, and relaxing. I chose this hotel after a very busy and noisy work week, looking for a quiet and relaxing weekend away with my daughter, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. Visiting Lake Como was exactly what we needed — calm, beautiful, and full of unforgettable scenery. Everywhere we went around the lake was simply stunning. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. I am certain that I will return one day to the same hotel, as we truly loved every moment of our stay.
