• Marcelino (8/5): Preço justo e localização excelentes. - Localização excelente, os proprietários muito atenciosos, quarto espaçoso, microondas, saca-rolhas, pratos e copos a disposição. Apesar de o banheiro ser exclusivo do quarto (você fica com a chave para trancar e destrancar quando quiser), você ainda tem que atravessar o corredor para utilizá-lo, perdendo um pouco da privacidade. O chuveiro também é bem difícil de controlar a temperatura da água.

La salle de bain privée est à l’extérieur de la chambre, ce qui crée un manque d’intimité, surtout avec la caméra dans le couloir. La rue est également assez bruyante. L’hôte reste néanmoins une femme respectueuse et attentionnée.

• Victor Manuel (10/5): Amazing location and exceptional owners! - The apartment is perfectly located, just 3 blocks away from the city center, which is close enough to walk to every must go place in Florence but far away enough to be quite at night, there is a supermarket 7 minutes away and a park 10 min away if you want to live the Florence lifestyle away from the massive tourism. Plus, Massimo and Marissa, the owners, are enchanting. They are always online in case of any needs, and they accommodate every request with a smile. If I had to nitpick, the private bathroom is across a common hallway from the room, which lessens the privacy.

• Alberto (7/5): Muy buena atención y situación - La ubicación es estupenda, a nada de la estación de Santa Maria Novella y del centro. La atención de Massimo y su mujer perfecta, amables y muy serviciales a la hora de la llegada. El baño es bastante pequeño y tenerlo fuera de la habitación, aunque sea privado, es un poco incómodo. La habitación es un poco ruidosa, para mí no es un problema, pero es algo a tener en cuenta si te cuesta dormir con ruido. El sitio en general está bien, pero creo que un poco caro para lo que es.

• Milena (8/5): Very good - The accommodations met our expectations and the hosts were very kind. They let us arrive slightly early and leave our bags after checkout on our last day. We would happily stay again. Finding the location was slightly difficult, as we didn't know we'd need a code or to call the hosts to enter. A little more explanation after booking but before arrival would have been appreciated.

• Alice (8/5): A charming and quaint place to stay at affordable rates, with lovely staff managing it. - Lovely staff, very large bed and a good sized room, the private bathroom was very tight but covered our needs, and our room felt secure. The fridge was very handy, although was very loud so we had to switch it off overnight. Overall though, a great stay, and exactly what we needed to crash at the end of our long walking days touring the city. The rooms were not well sound proofed. We were disturbed by very loud neighbours and at night you could hear a lot of road noise. The shutters were difficult to manoever and we could not quite manage to close them fully.

Hosts were friendly and provided good toiletries, coffee, tea and biscuits. The hotel is close to a train station and other transport links. It's a short walk from there to the Mercado Centrale and city centre. I didn't have any issues, but it's near a busy street and may be too noisy if you're a light sleeper.

There were also some complementary snacks and tea in the room which was very sweet. The room faces a busy street and can be quite noisy late into the night/early morning.

Easy to find and we felt secure. This location is on a main road near the train station and near two tram lines. As a result, it's quite noisy at night. We did ok with it, however. Location felt quite safe, but you are near some sketchier areas, such as the bridge under the train tracks nearby.

The window scroller was quite good, it was adequate for the good light during the day and a very good sound seal at night. When I closed the window tightly, the room was quiet and comfortable. The location is the biggest asset and it is just 5 mins walk from the station. And just a 2 min walk to the meeting point of most of the tour operators. We reached early and we left late... all these times we were provided space to store our luggage in the main entrance hall. The host was available at any time on call and they helped us with all our requests. The stay is on the third floor and they have compact Lift to reach. Last day we were having food in the hall after checkout time, the person who was working there suggested we have food at the reception table. Later, the owner came and was not happy that we were having food on the reception table, as any time the new guest would come. I understand their situation. But it ended up being an embarrassing end for both of us. We packed the remaining food and left the place with our luggage for the station, where we had our food. NOTE: They didn't force us or utter any rough words, they just asked us to finish our food fast.
