- Tang (6/5): - Dharsan the check in staff is very friendly and helpful. He was very responsive the next day when we gave him feedback regarding the risk to guests posed by the badly frayed braiding of the water hose connected to the water heater in the bathroom. The fray spikes can hurt anyone who accidentally touches the water hose. Dharsan took a photo and reported to the management immediately.
Parking lots are ample.
The check in Lobby 1 has good furnishing with sample seats and complimentary tea/coffee that compensate for the lack of seating in the bedroom besides the bed. One recommendation for the price is to install at least a rack for hanging up clothes However the lady colleague who took over the night duty on Friday 10 Apr night was not so considerate, talking loudly and playing loudly the music at Lobby even past midnight. I had to tell her to switch off as there were no more guests at that hour. The rooms are not sound proof at all as other guests getting back to the rooms can be heard talking.

- Dr.Edwin (1/5): The scam you on rooms when u book and charge you more for everything. Use to be an amazing one few years back now is hor - Bed, pillow and towels were clean. First horrible check in process using some machine which is not efficient at all. Secondly we took 4 room and I accidentally left my card in the room. So I asked the receptionist to open the door for me and she charged me a replacement card fee of rm20. I said I did not break or lost it. I just left in room they said sorry this is policy. Horrible experience

- Kaladevi (8/5): Hermess - Comfortable beds, clean rooms and toilets. Good location near to all eateries. Not sound proof rooms, for price no mini bar wiyh coffee. The bathroom tile is very slippery and dangerous if it's wet.

I booked but it didn't go through so I straight went there and the reception told me it won't go through so I need to self check in, only at 5 am I realized my booking went through so I stayed there for a couple of hours only but I paid the whole night, imagine I check in a 1am and went out at 9:30 am. Duhhh it's a long story

The morning shift staff was being rude towards my family as I was inside the room and know nothing bout what has happened until my family told me that when my sis asked the hotel staff bout the toiletries as shampoo/ shower gel one of the guy staff give a face to them and telling my family a sarcastic question....( Inside your room no shower gel isit??) WHAT THE STUPID QUESTION HELLO.......!!! the hotel provides us just a tiny bottle shower gel that can pressed for two or 3 drops to shower can it last for the next morning??????? Just GIVE WHAT CUSTOMERS WANTS TO MAKE THEM HAPPY TO COME BACK !! SO PLS HOTEL INCHARGE PLS TEACH UR STAFF TO BE POLITE WITH CUSTOMER SENT THEM TO CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSES SO THE KNOW HOW TO ATTEND CUSTOMER WITH THE BETTER SERVICE! IM SO DISAPPOINTED!

- Lim (10/5): Best Boutique Hotel with Character - I have experience many hotels struggling post pandemic with poor maintenance and services. Hermess Hotel is not within that category. The hotel is immanaculately clean, room modern are comfortable mattress, four pillows, bedsheets new & Services by Check-in Kiok (almost) up to date services & alot of parking space.
Loved my stay there and would definitely come back, Thank you!! Unfortunately, I saw very rude Indian Guest want check-in into this hotel and reserve normal two rooms. But 10 family number came, I don't know how on earth this family would stay in this hotel. The hotel rejected 5 mumber. They were also very rude to the customer service. Greedy!!!

- Verghese (3/5): A big no - relatively new place and had new linen, so it was clean unbelievably tiny room (estimate 10ft x 8ft + bathroom 4ft x 8ft) with no windows. Hotel had 2 price options of Rm 90+ and another Rm 120. Suspecting Rm 90 would not have windows, I booked through online for more expensive room. Only to get without window. When asked for room with window, staff said it is not available. If the hotel was professional, they would have charged me only Rm 90.
The location is some isolated area, winding through some residential areas.
The use kiosk with facial recognition for registering check in and payment for room & deposit of Rm 50. All done fast but next day morning while checking out, my details were not there. My room was assigned to another person. Something fishy.

- Ahmad (2/5): Horrible experience! - They have big (head-to-toe) mirror. The Executive King room was too small, no place for prayer so You need to pray in front of toilet. No table at all and water heater for coffee. You need to walk out to lobby and they only serve teh with sugar and water dispenser. Next, The toilet sooo smelly! You need to close the door 24/7. Plus, the room also HOT bcs you CANNOT adjust the temp! Even it is automatic as claimed by the staff, still not sufficient enough to make the room colder. The lobby are is much more cooler that the room. The surrounding also noisy even at night or eay in the morning. Overall, it was a nightmare for me to stay 3D2N in this hotel. The worst hotel i ever stayed and not worth a single penny!
