- Silvia (8/5): Good accommodation in excellent location - Excellent location in the heart of Saint Malo, close to the ocean, and you could explore the entire Intra Muros by foot. Staff was helpful. Room was simple but well equipped, great for a couple. Overall very good value for money Appliances were quite outdated (particularly the hair dryer).

- Alison (5/5): Disappointed in the end. - Great location. Good that there is parking available. We left 2 coats behind in the room by accident. They're worth around 190 Euros together. The hotel was quick to inform us that they had the coats and offered to send them back to us in the UK. We were hopeful until they informed us that the only way they were willing to do this was by FedEx at a cost of over 700 Euros. Ridiculous!

Chambre non faite sur le séjour uniquement lit fait 1 seule fois et encore parceque nous avons réclamé. Frigo dans la chambre fermé à clé / poubelles non vidées / aspirateur non passé, le saleté qui étaient au sol à notre arrivée y étaient toujours à notre depart.

- Caroline (7/5): Pour une nuit top - L’emplacement intra muros est top, le personnel était aussi très gentil et accueillant, la chambre était grande et le revêtement au sol parfait pour les animaux, la salle de bain éloignée du lit très bien L’hôtel n’est pas du tout insonorisé, on entend et dehors et dedans, les portes se claquent toutes même en faisant attention donc le soir ou tôt le matin on entendait vraiment tout (dehors les passants bourrés et dedans les voisins de chambre). La chambre en elle-même était plutôt bien mais il faisait très chaud (alors que dehors il faisait 15) et ce n’était pas à cause du chauffage car il ne fonctionnait pas, la clim non plus ne fonctionnait pas. On se réveillait la nuit tellement il faisait chaud et impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes avec tous les bruits déjà parfaitement audibles de l’intérieur

- Christina (8/5): Practically on the ramparts! - Location was spot on for short stay. We ate in the only creperie on the ramparts - the Corps de Garde and it was excellent. Good value, genuinely nice locals both serving and next to you at table. Bustling and gutsy. Loved It! The smell in the entrance was not the nicest. It smelled fishy. It was also very noisy when the nearby Irish pub was open. Moral of story: if you can’t beat them, join them!

- Marsela (8/5): - The hotel is few steeps away from city centre. The location is perfect. The AC didn't work, and that time was a bit hot. And the floor was not clean, we asked the guy to do the vacuum, and they did it. But needed to be honest with the AC.

Some days after we left I had a message from the hotel informing me of a book that was left behind and would I like it to be posted on. It was a book that my wife had finished reading so postal forwarding was not required but a very thoughtful gesture from the hotel. Would stay here again, nothing to improve

The pub outside can be noisy.
