- Siew Leng (7/5): A brief stop before the long holiday. - Hotel shuttle and staff are really nice and friendly location. Though its near the airport and the outlets, the surrounding area is rather residential and somehow during my stay, it is very quiet with very few dining options.

- Michael (10/5): Superb value. Great stay near KIX. - Airport shuttle was awesome. They changed my room from smoking to no smoking with no hesitation. We were allowed to check in an hour early. Everything was spotless and worked as advertised. Staff polite and attentive. Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

I paid $67 aud for the night. So cheap. Bed as hard as a rock. At least the comforter was thick enough to sleep on. Air temp in room was a bit warm and I couldn't adjust it.

- Giacomo (7/5): - Conveniently located only a few minutes from the Izumisano train station, it's the perfect stay for early morning departure from or late arrival at Kansai International Airport. The staff was helpful despite only speaking Japanese, and will try to communicate with you using translation devices. The room was relatively clean and amenities were provided both inside the room and on the ground floor. The water temperature would often fluctuate and not stabilize with time, which is annoying when taking a shower.

- Maria (10/5): Small and sweet - Very clean and very close to the train station. Staff is very polite and willing to help you all the time. The told me that we will have a shuttle to go to the hotel and back to the airport but it does not have that service. Very disappointed.
