- Ezzati (7/5): Basic comfort was there, but the room felt neglected. - The water pressure was strong, and the air conditioner worked well. Bed was comfortable. I checked in around 11–12 a.m. and noticed the lights and air conditioner were already on without using a key card, which felt unusual. The air-conditioning remote was fixed to the wall, and its screen was very dim, making the temperature display difficult to see. The curtains were dirty, and a children’s toy ring was left on the bed. Overall, it felt like I was given a leftover room.

Staff yg peramah dan sangat membantu. Terima kasih. Sangat recommended kepada yg ingin mencari pginapan yg mementingkan keselesaan. Tiada.

- Muhamad Azir (8/5): A Muslim-friendly hotel, as it is owned by Lembaga Tabung Haji. - Room The staff were not friendly, especially at the front desk. There was no extra toilet tissue in the bathroom. Please add nasi lemak or fried mee hoon to the breakfast menu.
