Spa area comprises Finnish sauna, hammam, indoor swimming pool, 2! gyms with wide variety of machines, TRX and free weights, this is rarely seen in the hotels. Rooms are clean and tidy and with good sound insulation. Personnell is well-trained and polite.

Spa facilities includes: dry sauna, steam sauna, jacuzzi, pool, spacious gym spread across whole basement (we really enjoyed the area by the pool, hoping on the next visit all equipment will be connected to power).
NYCmamaDiana (10/5): Best Breakfast in Chelyabinsk - We recently stayed here for 2 nights We were told about the breakfast before hand, and how amazing it was, but having traveled al over the world, we didn’t expect anything extraordinary. We were so pleasantly surprised! Breakfast definitely lives up to the hype! They go above and beyond, and even had vegetarian and some gluten free options for me. Truly delicious and they go above and beyond; at the door there is water (sparkling and flat), newspapers, and apples to take with you. Check in was simple which was appreciated after our very long journey from NYC. We were told the pool and spa were included with our rate, but we didn’t have time to use them. Rooms were small but clean and fine. Overall we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It's never boring here - you can work out in the gym, take a steam bath in the sauna, swim in the pool, or just relax in the bar or have a delicious dinner in the restaurant. And in the evenings there is live music in the restaurant, on weekends - show programs. When I come here next time - the choice of a hotel is clear for me - only Radisson Blu Hotel!

Anton (2/5): Ровнитель РедиссонБлуЧелябинск - На вашем сайте забронировал этот отель для троих взрослых. Ваш ресурс подтвердил бронирование именно для троих взрослых. По приезду в отель Нам предложили трем мужчинам разместиться на одной кровати размера Кинг Сайз. За дополнительную раскладную кровать Нам предложили доплатить 4.500 за 3 ночи. Воду в номер принесли всего один раз по приезду. Во все следующие дни воду предлагали только платно. Управляющий которые решал наши вопросы очень некомпетентный человек и у него отсутствует нормальная клиентоориентированность которая должна быть в сети отелей такого уровня.

Excellent service, we were pleasantly surprised with the way special requests are handled. Staff well trained and going out of their way to accommodate request. Room service was quick and delivered everything we asked for. Guys on breakfast made my day - not only breakfast offering was quiet nice, but the way how, without saying “no” chef was trying to create special sauce) (I was asking for “hollandaise” with my poached eggs). Facilities includes gym,spa indoor swimming pool. There is nice tavern style pub on the ground level with own brewery as well.

Oleg (10/5): Все отлично но.... - Отель отличный, все очень понравилось, персонал на высоте, все работает, из замечаний отмечу нелогичность проживал несколько дней, при заезде была вода, а потом её не ставили, спросил на рецепции и был сильно удивлен, пожалуйста берите утром в ресторане??? С такой постановкой не сталкивался ни в одном отеле такого класса, я не переломился пошел и купил, и каналов ТВ очень мало ( наверное я привередливый) но по мне - мало!

j889814672 (6/5): Not a hotel, a short term storage box for people. - These Radissons in Russia just have no personality at all. It's like they are run by robots. This was probably the worst one I've had for that. the good: breakfast was nice, but 1000 rub? air con worked great the bad: reception staff were totally unfriendly to borderline hostile and would not do a single thing to accommodate guest requests gym is not open 24 hours Check in was reasonably fast but none of the special requests I made were even acknowledged and when I asked it was clear they were not only not passed to the hotel, but the reception staff had no interest in hearing them. The elevators are unbelievably slow. Rooms are very simple. The biggest problem is the "queen" is just two singles pushed together - and they are not locked or attached at all. In the middle of the night I found myself nearly on the floor between the two beds! If it's a real queen, call it a queen, if it's two singles pushed together, that should be in the booking and on the web site as "we're too cheap to order large mattresses, so our queens are not actually real queens". Wifi didn't work at all. Cleanliness was not great - especially in the bathroom. Gym only opens at 6am. Not good for people on a schedule and people who are changing time zones. Requests to open it early were met with near violent protest by not only the front desk staff but also the night manager. Not even a thought of solving the problem. The gym has the not-so-ergonomic Technogym equipment and the bottom of the line version, but what I used was functional. If I have to go again to Chelyabinsk, I'll look for another option.
keytones (10/5): The Only Pace to Stay in this City-Best hotel in the city. - If you absolutely must stay in Chelyabinsk and there is no way to avoid this city, then the only hotel is the Radisson. This is the best hotel in the city. Well located, clean, good breakfast, quiet, reasonably priced (for foreigners). The AC works great, good service, and it is the only refuge you will get. The pool is great, as well as the sauna and Turkish bath. I highly recommend it.

The city has an undeserved reputation for being just an industrial center but we found the Regional Museum, pedestrian street, parks and restaurants to be worthy of a few days stay. The hotel was the perfect location for our time in Chelyabinsk. Highly recommended.
251williamf (8/5): great hotel but no climate control - It's probably the best hotel in Chelyabinsk, the leisure facilities are very nice, rooms are spacious, bathrooms light and well designed. The bed was very comfy and the view was actually pretty OK too. The breakfast was very good, always fresh and staff very attentive. They always topped up food so it was hot and fresh, even if it was not such a busy breakfast time. The on site restaurant is very good, also, with nice beer made on site. My only major complaint was the room was very hot (26C) when I arrived. I know Russian's like their buildings to be very warm so was not surprised, but I was surprised that it is not possible to lower the temperature. I applied the thermostat to the minimum (there is no temperature setting, just a degree of +/-). After 2 hours, the temperature had not changed, so I phoned reception. They immediately sent someone to help, who, upon walking in, told me that the air conditioning ONLY heats and does not cool. The solution is to open the window. Obviously not a great solution; despite it being -22C outside, the window opens 15cm and is a hinged window, so you don't actually get any cold air inside. After 2 hours trying to sleep like this, with the industrial noises of the city outside, I closed the window and sweated for 3 days. So really, for me, that's a big downside as what is the point of an air conditioning system that cannot pipe cold air from outside? It's free!

Jesse (10/5): Go back to your country - Booked one night with Expedia and one night at the hotel. The receptionist gave me a hard time. I handed him the card I used to book the Expedia room to pay for the other night. The hotel declined the card. He argued I should join the reward program and I told him I got a discount from Expedia. Then the hotel declined my other card. I explained to him I've visiting from America and he said I should go back and get new cards. Aside from the poor attitude of the one person, it is a WONDERFUL hotel. The spa is a nice perk. I enjoyed the stay very but it is awkward to feel unwelcome in both the hotel and the country because of the views of this one man. I contacted the hotel and they kind of dismissed it.

Sergey (8/5): nice hotel in the city centre - It is a great location, just about 5 min walking from the main street, pr-t Lenina and about 10 min from central coach station. The hotel itself is quite new. Choice of the TV channels and on demand videos was very limited.

Puffball (10/5): Great Hotel for English Speakers - Room was on 6th floor facing East. The first morning had the most amazing sunrise! The windowsill was huge! It was large enough to just sit and watch as the sun cleared the cleared the distant buildings. Nothing was more calming after the long flight. I worried about my trip because I don't speak Russian but the staff put me at ease. They speak English very well. Some of the nicest people I ever met! The staff were what the trip most enjoyable. If I ever find myself in town again, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Robert (10/5): The best hotel in Chelyabinsk. - I've stayed on two different occasions. I prefer this hotel much more than Vidgof. There is a great German themed restaurant with close to authentic food and great German beer. There was a live band who would also play songs upon request. I will stay here on my next trip!
Roni (10/5): Excellent hotel. area "not so perfect". - Did a short stop here, had one short meeting in the morning and everything went fine. Only problem was lack of knowledge for the reception staff, should have checked this myself and know it as well. They didn't know that trains run on Moscow time... Went to the train station two hours too early. Rather too early then late... Area around the hotel is not so good, not much to see...

Jonathan (8/5): Superb hotel with high quality - Spent a week at this hotel and it was a great experience! Friendly staff, amazing roomservice (order food and drinks to your room). Our room was in good condition with comfortable equipment like a coffee machine, minibar and so on. Unfortunately our AC didn't work but and if we wanted they would most likely repair it if we said that. In any case, it was never a problem because the room had great temperature. I never explored much of the hotel sadly, they have a german(?) restaurant connecting to the hotel but the prices there are not the same as if you were to go out and eat in the city, I recommend eating in the city but it was a nice restaurant anyway. This hotel is definitely worth visiting again!

Valerii (8/5): Твердо 4 - Вроде бы и все хорошо, но отсутствие халатов, зубных щеток, неотключаемый кондиционер, холодный кофе и минимум свежей выпечки на завтрак - не добавляют плюсов. Все чисто и аккуратно.
Lebedeva (10/5): Хорошие выходные - Отель понравился всем. По удобству и обстановке номеров очень напоминает Анжело в Кольцо в Екатеринбурге, но обслуживание и чистота на более высоком уровне. Хорошая звукоизоляция номеров и всего отеля. Очень понравился спа комплекс, прекрасный басейн, сауна и хамам, процедуры не посещали. В номерах чисто и просторно, есть чайно-кофейный набор, 2 бутылки воды по 0,5 литра на двоих (комплимент от отеля), все пополняется ежедневно. Номера убирают ежедневно. Халаты предоставляются по требованию, тапочки по умолчанию. Завтраки хорошие, голодными не останитесь, но очень мало зелени, только огурцы и помидоры, также не было дисертов (маленьких легких пирожных, тортиков), кофе не вкусный, как разбавленный, и на столах стоит в молочниках молоко, а не сливки (теплые или холодные в зависимости от пожелания клиента), для отеля такого уровня это минус. Мне показалось, что завтраки больше ориентированы на мужскую половину. Ну а в целом все было замечательно. Персонал - молодцы! Удачи Вам ребята и хороших клиентов!

Понравилось, что поздний выезд (до 15ч) бесплатно :) Единственное, что не понравилось длинные черные волосы валялись в ванной комнате на полу и в самой ванне. Фу( причем за трое суток проживания они не исчезли. Может это фетиш отеля или горничной ?((

Firas (8/5): Great staf and nice location - I checked in at 5am and was positively surprised by the warm and friendly welcome. Checked in was very quick. I was given important info about my stay and my questiowere were quickly answered. The room has rich amenities and was comfortable. Also positive was for me the breakfast buffet, it was rich and they had excellent croissant.

We had previously checked into another hotel which I would describe as substandard. We checked out immediately & straight into the Radisson - a total world of difference!

Очень рекомендую этот отель как тем, кто приезжает в наш город по бизнесу, так и тем, кто просто хочет провести выходные вдвоем или в кругу семьи вдали от индустриального города, при этом не покидая его.
