• Charline (9/5): Très bon séjour de 3 nuits à Catania Hills résidence - Appartement vraiment spacieux, très propre (et je suis exigeante sur ce critère ) et très confortable. Immense terrasse dont une partie couverte. Un box fermé pour le véhicule, appréciable car il est très difficile de trouver une place de stationnement et gratuite de surcroît. Nous n'en avons pas profité mais il y a une belle piscine extérieure avec transats et une petite salle de gym avec quelques appareils. La résidence est grande et très bien entretenue avec de nombreux espaces verts. Situation géographique sur les hauteurs de Catane et excentrée de la ville animée, bruyante et grouillante de monde. Bonne communication en amont de notre séjour. Bon accueil et réactivité du service réception. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Mise à disposition de torchons et idéalement set fond de cuisine.

• Leonardo (9/5): Perfekt - Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Catania Hills. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und obwohl wir eigentlich später einchecken sollten, war das kein Problem. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen und ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer sowie eine riesige Veranda. Das Apartment hatte zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine abschließbare Garage, in der sogar ein SUV Platz findet. Besonders gut hat uns das Fitnesscenter und der Pool gefallen. Auch wenn das Wasser im Pool noch etwas kalt war, war es im Sommer sicherlich perfekt. Die Lage des Apartments oberhalb der Altstadt von Catania bot einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer, und die Umgebung war super. Ein Supermarkt lag direkt gegenüber, was sehr praktisch war, um alle notwendigen Einkäufe schnell zu erledigen. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass unser Zimmer zur Garagenauffahrt lag, und wir morgens durch den Verkehr geweckt wurden. Aber das war wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt. Zusätzlich gab es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die wir nutzen konnten, wenn wir unser eigenes Waschmittel mitgebracht haben. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Küchenbasics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl mussten wir selbst mitbringen, was aber durchaus normal ist. Die Anbindung war ebenfalls super: Der Flughafen war in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar, und zum Ätna brauchten wir etwa 45 Minuten bis eine Stunde. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt top, und wir würden das Catania Hills auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Lärm der Baustelle

Heel slecht onderhouden, stopcontacten die los zaten, douchen (we hadden 3 badkamers) die of niet warm werden of te warm. Badstop werkte slecht dus echt in bad zitten was niet te doen. Afwas van personen werd niet gecontroleerd dus vonden we vies terug

A bit far away from the center- but if you use a rent-a-car that is the place for you- because it is very close to the highway and you have a garage included. Everything was perfect.

• Marzia (10/5): Il top del pet friendly - Soggiorno perfetto con un plus: quello di essere una struttura pet friendly, non solo di nome, ma di fatto. Noi e i nostri figli pelosi siamo pienamente soddisfatti! Lo staff è il top! Gentilissimi, super professionali e sempre a disposizione per ogni necessità. Se proprio devo fare una critica, farebbe comodo uno sportello in più in cucina e una scarpiera in camera per non avere tutte le scarpe in giro. Ma è dipeso anche dal fatto che abbiamo soggiornato per tanto tempo (tra l'altro con 3 gatti) quindi avevamo parecchie cose.

Da segnalare due bagni indipendenti , una zona cucina annessa ad un soggiorno molto comodo e un ampio terrazzino esterno molto gradevole per la colazione. Consigliatissimo. Tutto ok.

Otrzymaliśmy przestronne, dwukondygnacyjne mieszkanie. Miało 2 sypialnie, wyposażoną kuchnię i piękny taras z widokiem na Morze Jońskie. Am avut la dispozitie tot ce era nevoie pentru a pregati un mis dejun: un aragaz, un ibric pt fiert oua, cafetiera, frigider, vase, etc.Peste drum este un Spar de unde poti cumpara alimente. Mi-ar fi placut sa am o oglinda mare. Singura oglinda din apartament era cea de la baie.

Ho viaggiato parecchio in questi anni, raramente mi è capitata una struttura in cui il rapporto qualità/prezzo giova così a vantaggio della clientela. Mi spiego meglio, io e la mia famiglia (eravamo 6 in totale) abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nell'appartamento su 2 livelli in cui possono stare fino a 8 persone. Al 1o piano ingresso, soggiorno grande con angolo cottura, tavolo e divano letto; 2 bagni, 1 camera da letto. Al piano di sopra mansardato (ma bello alto) 1 altra camera notte con ulteriore bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Piscina, area bimbi, palestra. Posto auto interno riservato. Spazi esterni puliti e curati, compresi i giardini. Le facciate pulite. Staff cordialissimo e disponibilissimo per qualunque problematica. Costo 115 a notte per questa tipologia di appartamento, indipendentemente dal n. Di persone che vi alloggiano (quindi è ovvio che conviene si più per famiglie numerose come la mia, facendo un veloce calcolo procapite sarebbero poco meno 20 20 euro a testa per notte). Quando torneremo nelle zone di Catania, sicuramente torneremo qui. Nulla, tutto perfetto.

• Alisa (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The unit that we got had 2 floors. First floor had separate bedroom with 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one without. Second floor had a lot of space, queen bed with full bathroom and washing machine. Plenty storage space, big closets with hangers and big mirrors. We also had a ironing board with iron, which was very nice. Place was much bigger than we expected. Kitchen jad everything we needed. Dishes, pots, utensils, cooking top and dishwasher. Our unit had a very nice and spacious balcony with pretty sizable table for 6 with a view of the sea. Gated entrance and assigned parking spots were really convenient. Pool area was much better than it comes across on the pictures. The complex is very quiet and clean. The convenience of having a grocery store across the street was a huge bonus.

Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire le soir aux alentours de la résidence. Il manque de la vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et torchons.

• Nuno (7/5): Happy stay but comfort could be better - Located in an area further from Catania's center, but with quick access to major roads, Hills consists of apartments for permanent residents, with only two or three apartments designed for short stays. The atmosphere is very calm, with the pool serving as a meeting point, where we were always welcomed. The ping-pong table is a nice extra for the kids, and the gym, though small, has enough equipment for a satisfying workout. The gardens are all spectacularly maintained. I found it interesting how they grant first access to the space and to the key box. The supermarket (SPAR) right across the street is also a bonus. Basically, comfort. The apartment's areas were very good, with a huge balcony and more than adequate furniture. However, the mattresses and pillows are subpar. The kitchen is poorly equipped, lacking most basic utensils, such as a cutting board and dish towels. The upper floor was extremely hot when we arrived, and it took four days for the temperature to return to normal, as there was only one air conditioning unit, far too little for the enormous area to be cooled.

• Ka Yee (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at Catania Hills Residence and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Sicily! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The lady at reception (I wish I could remember her name!) was incredibly professional, patiently explaining everything in detail and setting the tone for a great stay. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly and helpful throughout. The room we stayed in was amazing – incredibly spacious, clean, and perfect for a family of four. Honestly, we had so much space to spread out! Parking-wise, it's so good to have our own private garage! Super convenient, especially since we had a hire car and were doing day trips around the area. The location is perfect if you have a car – we had no trouble driving to Catania, Naxos, Taormina, and Syracuse during our stay. And having a EuroSpar just across the road was a real bonus for stocking up on groceries and snacks. The swimming pool is beautifully maintained – immaculate, really – and the kids had an absolute blast. All in all, Catania Hills Residence was a brilliant base for our family holiday, and we’d happily stay here again.
• Gaia (10/5): We’ll go back - Great location, no too far from the city and other points of interest. Very quiet area, apartment must have been soundproof as we couldn’t hear anything. Perfect for our family with to young children. A small supermarket was just in front of the place, which was very convenient. Although we didn’t use the swimming pool due to the weather, it was great to have that, as well as a table tennis and a small room to exercise.

• Ivan (9/5): Superb - The fact that a market is opposite of the property makes it more easy to buy food. Also the location is very close to all other areas which you need to visit. The fact that during the night is not manned. They do not offer breakfast

Place was very quite across the street there is a super market and another shop perfect for small gifts. Pool was clean and very nice. Will go again for sure no one destination 😊

Plus everyday they spend time to maintain the place to be cleaned and to be more beautiful in garden area and inside and out. Our most favourite staff member was Salvo the receptionist, he is the best ♥️!!!!

• Tetyana (4/5): Overall, it was a bad experience with Catania Hills. - Availability of pool. We had a very disappointing experience at the Catania Hills residence. We were given an apartment on the first floor, which actually felt more like a half-basement with a view of the garages and the concrete wall of the pool from the room. Despite there being available apartments, the receptionist Salvo claimed that all the upper rooms were occupied and refused to move us. Even here on booking site, the available rooms were free and ready to book for the whole period of our stay. It seemed like they were treating Italians with more privilege than guests of other nationalities. Additionally, although each apartment was supposed to be assigned a garage box, we were only given a sun unprotected parking space. We had to leave our car outside in the scorching 60-degree heat in the car with our baby. When we asked for a garage again due to the safety concern for our baby, we were just given the key to a garage box with the comment, - You can try to park there. It seems like the staff at Catania Hills were not concerned about their guests' well-being and were only doing the bare minimum to fulfill their duties.

• John (7/5): Good self catering accommodation, well located for visiting tourist sites. - We had not expected the location to be in quite such an urban area at a noisy crossroads. The staff were very helpful in moving us to a quieter apartment which we much preferred. Guests need to take a balanced appraisal of the advantages of the location - next to an excellent Spar shop and very well located for visiting many of the major sites against the busy urban location. We didn't like the road noise but see above how the staff tried to help. The apartment was also quite sparcely furnished with just the bare minimum of kitchen equipment
• Igor (10/5): Exceptional - A very cozy area, 15 minutes' drive to the historic center by car. 40 minutes to the Etna cable car. A good supermarket is right across the street. For walking the dog, the park is 200 meters away. Parking right on the territory of the complex or in the garage, or in the open area, if the car is tall. Huge accommodation - we lived on the 2nd floor plus the attic. Hot tub, three shower cubicles, washing machine, well equipped kitchen: great big fridge, big electric stove, oven for those who like to bake something. There is an elevator. Very clean large pool. Good attitude of the administration. At first, you get into the Minotaur's labyrinth from the parking lot, but then you get used to the large number of doors and turns)))

• Monika (10/5): Perfect holiday apartments. - We had split level apartment (6 people) Apartment is about 25min from Catania in perfect, quiet area with Spar shop cross the road. We had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ( bath + Shower in one , second bathroom shower ). Whole apartment very spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen - fully equipped , big fridge/ freezer, big 6 chair table in kitchen area. Living room - sofa bed with flat tv , big balcony with 4 chairs and table. Internet on all resort , not problem at all. Resort is a big and well kept , with a lots of extra activities-ping pong room , gym , kids area. A lots of trees , grass at and around property , bonus nice very clean swimming pool with lounges around. The most important people running CATANIA HILLS are very nice and very helpful couldn’t ask for more friendly and helpful staff , they are always ready to help you. Thank you for your excellent service Catania Hills team your help is always appreciated. Car park : 1 car allocated to the apartment so as we have had 2 cars we had to pay additional fees but we had a good price.😎 If you need something just simply ask , staff will do everything in their power to make sure you have a good time. No issues.
