• Ketaki (7/5): Convenient for one night - The neighborhood is a nice - safe residential area and building is well maintained. Location is a drive from Trastevere station so need to take a bus/taxi. Rooms are clean and spacious The blankets on the bed are old and hence even though clean they look worn out. Bathroom is very small

• La Grotteria (7/5): - Molto cordiale e simpatico il proprietario che ci ha accolto. Ottima la soluzione per pranzare o cenare nel suo ristorante situato proprio sotto la stanza. E si mangia anche bene... La prima colazione se inclusa è all'italiana nel bar di fronte alla struttura, ottimi i cornetti ! Nella nostra stanza si sentiva la signora di sopra che passava l'aspirapolvere e il cane che camminava ...la doccia un po scomoda e mancava il phon per i capelli, c'era la scatola vuota nell'armadio...

• Chihoku (7/5): Good - The breakfast was only sweets. When I arrived at the airport, it was already past 11pm due to a two-hour flight delay. I called Residenza Fermi and they told me to come in by 0:00. Otherwise I will come in the next morning. So I had to pay 80 € to a taxi driver to arrive there until 0:00.

• Olga (9/5): Good place, I will keep it in mind for a next stay in Rome. Thank you the hosts! - Very friendly helpful staff. The room is basic, but everything necessary is there - the room is cleaned every day, the bed if comfortable, private bathroom, TV, good WiFi. Nice residential area - no tourist crowds. Many good restaurants, cafes, bars around, including an excellent restaurant just next door. A big shopping street is just at 5 min walking distance. A bit far from any metro station, but it's not really important, depends on the purposes of the stay

• Martin (8/5): Good, clean and simple accommodation - Good, clean and simple accommodation. Check-in is possible until night in the restaurant on the ground floor. A typical Italian sweet breakfast (coffee + croissant) in a cafe across the street. The place is near Roma-Trastevere train station (train from Fiumicino airport). Broken toilet flush. A bit high price for accommodation of this quality (but unfortunately it is common in the city of Rome).
• Robson (7/5): Good value for money - It is a good service for money. There is a good restaurant just beside the building - very friendly and helpful. There were many places nearby to have coffee and snacks. The employees of the restaurant beside the building helped a lot! The room service was really nice: clean and organized. The owner allowed me to check in late in the night (after 6 pm). All the communication needed to be exclusively in Italian, even with the owner. The owner was not responsive. There was no reply other than the communication to help with the check-in.
• Burton (4/5): Disappointing - The restaurant next door gives 10% discount for those staying at Residenza Fermi and is excellent. Location and basic nature of room. Would have been okay for young travellers exploring Rome.
• Katarina (7/5): 3 night stay in Rome - The fact that the bathroom was private, daily cleaning service, daily snacks and breakfast (you get a voucher for free croissant and coffee just across the street) , the size of the room, calm neighborhood, the possibility of late chek-in free of charge The shower - the water run rather cold all the time, it didn't make a difference if we took a shower in the morning or in the evening. Also, the shower head sprayed very unevenly. I think the price of the accomodation is relatively high considering its location

• Denise (10/5): Value for money - It is better than it seems. Very helpful host. We checked in late due to flight delay. We got the key from the restaurant underneat. We found some snacks, water, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairdryer. Free coffee and croissant for breakfast, . The room got cleaned again during our stay. Nothing
• Selman (6/5): Poor check-in service but clean room outside the centrum area - The room was spacious and clean My first reservation with this place was cancelled because the booking entered the wrong amount for per night stay. Then I had to make a new reservation and ultimately this place was the only one left, hence I booked the same place at a much higher cost. On the day I arrived at the place, I rang the bell and waited 15 minutes in front of the door, but none opened it. Someone who lives in the same apartment advised me to go to the restaurant at the entrance of the building, I went there and they had the key but I have not been informed in advance. The person running the restaurant asked me to pay also one-night stay cost, which I did during the booking. It took another 5 minutes to convince him that I had to only pay the city tourist tax, and ultimately he understood. I had really bad experience with check-in.

• Karla (9/5): I was surprise by the cleanliness of this guest house and the good wifi connection as well as the TV channel because I - The staff are friendly. They give extra water and snack after cleaning the room which not many hotels do this in Europe. Wifi is good which is important for me. TV has channel where the language could be switch to English which is good when you want to relax in the room and watch TV. The noise from the ceiling caused by people upstair. However, if you spend most of your time outside and could just ignore the noise because the TV is on, just like me, then you should be fine.
