• Myriam (8/5): Séjour très plaisant - Très proche de la gare et des bus pour partir visiter la ville. A 10 min à pied du centre historique avec une route plate ! Plein de restos et cafés dans les environs. Chambre très spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain. Belle vue de la chambre. Bagagerie. Le hall d'entrée résonne et il y a eu du bruit au moins jusqu'à 22h.

• KatyerFin (6/5): Great location - The hotel is in a great location near the train station and several restaurants. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was very simple. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. All the gratitude for them! For us it was a bit noisy during the night as the noises echoed from the reception to the rooms so unfortunately that did impact sleep quality.

• Darren (10/5): Superb Sintra Bliss - Was just a flying visit to Sintra, checked in at 5pm. Left at 10am. But was treated very well by all staff. Room was impressive and clean. Beds super comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Would definitely return. Everything was perfect..
• Mary (8/5): The stay was so relaxing and easy to walk around the town and enjoy the sights. - The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Across the street was a cafe for coffee in the morning and breakfast. It was also walking distance to the bus stop and Sintra palace. The staff was great and gave us some great recommendations for dinner. nothing
• Káldi (8/5): Szerintem kitűnbő választás volt. - Reggelizni a szemben levő kis reggelizőben étkeztük. Olcsó, jó minőségű, ízletes. fele annyiból kijött kettőnknek mintha a Hotelben étkeztünk volna. Kitűnő helyen, vonatállomás a hoteltől 50 méterre de a szemben levő házak teljesen hangszigetelték. Szép kis nyaralók és paloták a környéken. A fürdőszobában a tükör WC vel szemben és nem a csap felett. A hálószobai függöny kissé lejárt a tartójáról.

• Jonathan (8/5): Convenient and friendly; close to rail and across the street from a fine restaurant! - Close to train connection, across the street from excellent restaurant recommended by friendly front-desk staff. Good mattress. Desk staff permitted us to store our luggage after checkout so we could more easily visit the sites that day before our return to Tavira. Hand-held shower gave weak stream. Although I ordered the smoked salmon for breakfast, it was not provided. After we had already settled the issue of our reservation for two single beds and one double upon arrival, something I thought I had handled online; in the morning I was confronted by a different front desk person, almost as if we had been trying to get away with something! I explained as above, and finally resolved it simply by paying the 2€ difference in coin. It seemed to me the computer reservation system had failed to capture my complete responses when I was registering. Don’t assume that the computer got everything right; check the details with your clients upon check-in to be sure everything is as they had intended, and if it isn’t, do your best to make it right, rather than blaming the client.

• Tapp (8/5): Nice hotel in a nice location. - Nice clean hotel. Centrally located. Close to the train station. Breakfast was good. Employees were good to deal with. Parking wasn't convenient. We had to park about 5 minutes away from the hotel. There is no loading zone out front. Meters only take cash.

• Viviana (9/5): Recomendable opción en Sintra - La ubicación exelente para ir caminando al centro histórico (15 min a pie). También a 5 minutos caminando de la estación de tren. El hotel está decorado muy moderno, y tiene un patio en la planta baja. Todo muy bien.

• David Paulino (7/5): Traquilidade e bom momento. - Gostei bastante do atendimento do hotel. O senhor Manuel foi impecável em tudo, sempre muito atencioso e prestável. Foi também uma grande mais-valia poder, após o check-out, deixar as malas no hotel e visitar Sintra com tranquilidade, sem o peso das bagagens. O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade. Ainda assim, não era mau era um pequeno-almoço normal, mas não corresponde totalmente ao valor cobrado. Relativamente à chave do quarto, houve vários problemas para abrir a porta. Felizmente, o quarto ficava mesmo ao lado da receção, o que facilitou a resolução da situação sempre que era necessário.
• Gregory (8/5): Good value for the money, great location and super staff. - The location of this hotel was excellent. We had come back to Sintra to see the 3 palaces in town - we had done the Pena previously. Everything was clean, breakfast was adequate. It had a good variety but needed to be replenished more often. I have to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to Raphaella on the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful, giving us a map of the town, restaurant suggestions and directions to the various sites we wanted to visit. The hotel should value her attitude towards their customers. All in all, a pleasant stay at the Sintra Bliss. There was a large group of students in the hotel during our stay. There wasn't much the front desk could do, not the hotel's fault but Raphaella did speak to them to try and reduce the chaos. Again, not the hotel's fault.

• Balázs (8/5): Jó hangulatú, modern hotel, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel, de viszonylag magas áron - A szálloda kiváló helyen van Sintra bebarangolásához, és a fő látványosságokhoz. Bár a hotelnek privát parkolója nincs, nekünk szerencsénk volt, mert pont volt hely a hotel előtt, és a hoteltől kapott kártyával (=10 EUR/nap) nem is kellett más parkolójegyet venni (ez amúgy még drágább lett volna egy napra). Ráadásul a távozás napját is beleértették az egy napba. Összességében modern hangulatú hotel, kedves személyzettel, szép, rendezett és biztonságos környezetben. A kevés vendég miatt nem volt svédasztalos reggeli, ami önmagában nem volt baj és érthető is, de azért ilyenkor nagyobb mennyiséget jó felszolgálni mindenből. Az árat kicsit magasnak érzem, pláne, hogy nem főszezonban voltunk.

• Samantha (10/5): Book now, without hesitation! - Due to renovations, our booking was amended to Sintra Boutique Hotel, and all I can say is “Wow”. Super clean, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed hotel, right in the centre of the historic town. We were walking distance to everything. The breakfasts were exceptional and included everything we could have desired - eggs, bacon, sautéed vegetables, a range of breads and pastries, fruit, great coffee and macarons! We were sad to leave. There was nothing else we wanted.

• Elizabeth (9/5): - Work was being done at Sintra Bliss so we stayed they're Boutique Hotel. They let us know ahead of time and there were no issues and the Boutique Hotel was very nice. If you drive and need parking be advised that the parking is along the regular streets. You need to pay the parking meters or give the hotel a 10 euro per day fee for a parking placard. Sintra was very busy on the day we checked in so had to park about 1.5 kilometers from hotel. Our car was damaged by a passing bus, which there are many.

She noticed the next day is my husband’s birthday and presented us with a staff made platter of cake cum desserts. Sang him a birthday song too! This is beyond expectation and we were pleasantly surprised! Sound proof can be improved otherwise we keep hearing next door chatting & bathing, haha.

La ragazza alla reception è stata super disponibile e ci ha dispensato tanti spunti e suggerimenti per visitare le attrazioni di Sintra. La camera è ben arredata con i giusti spazi e anche il bagno. I materassi sono molto comodi. Ottima la colazione, abbondante e varia, con prodotti di eccellente qualità. Il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è molto buono e l' ambiente e l' accoglienza sono entrambi piacevoli. Hotel che raccomando per visitare Sintra! Niente, tutto ottimo!

• Pamela (9/5): Great stay for a night or two. - The property is in a great location. Very safe, super nice staff! There was always a staff member at the front desk in a small lobby to sign you in and provide information. The breakfast was excellent. Clean and comfortable room. There is a noticeable odor when you enter the room. Perhaps mildew or mold. We kept the fan on and the window opened while we were in the room to air out the smell.

• Bettyrock62 (7/5): Sintra - Location was very good. We appreciated the hotel allowing us to store our luggage upon our early morning arrival. The breakfast was very good. We were placed in a handicap-accessible room, so there were few places to store our bags. We had difficulty sleeping on the first night due to strange noises from the bathroom sink and pipes. We initially feared the room was flooding. We alerted the clerk and explained how noisy it could be at times, but reached no solution. The best we could do was to keep the bathroom door closed all night long, to help keep the noise down.

The room is basic but modern and clean. The hotel has a lift. The WiFi was weak in the room (my room was at the end of the corridor). I had to work at the ground floor lobby area.

• Alina Chaberska (8/5): Convenient, cozy hotel in the heart of Sintra. - The hotel is small, cozy and conveniently located in the heart of Sintra. The room size was decent, the bed very comfortable. The curtains were torn and dirty and the bath towels could do with replacement, they were a bit tired. The vent in the bathroom was quite noisy.
