• Lynn (7/5): Nice place in a good location but not good for gluten free travelers. - The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The common area was dated and did not look like the pictures on booking. Com which were much nicer. I am gluten free and the breakfast options were quite limited. If you're going to have 12 pastry and bread options for regular travelers I don't think 1 good option is too much to ask for those that are gluten free.

The creative twist of ‘My Story’ write ups at different places in the hotel were especially appreciated by me as I love to read well written snippets. Staff were really helpful. We left very early on the final day and were pleasantly surprised when we were offered take away breakfast. This facility wasn’t available at any of the hotels I have lived in across Europe. All good
• Jimmy Wallebring (6/5): - Jag tyckte om personalen och läget. Jag saknade en stol eller fåtölj på rummet. Saknade även skrivbord. Eftersom jag är fotograf är det praktiskt om man kan sprida ut sina saker där istället för i sängen. Likaså datorarbete kan göra sig lämpligare vid ett skrivbord. Rummet var även väldigt varmt vid ankomst. Jag förstod att ACn var tvungen att sättas igång manuellt. Problemet var bara att den stängdes av igen automatiskt efter ca 1 timme, vilket gjorde att man började svettas på natten.

• Stefan (8/5): Dieser Ort hat mir gefallen, ich komme wieder. - Ich fand mein Zimmer von Beginn an toll. Es hatte Charme und Stil, ein sehr gutes Bett, ein gutes Bad, es war sauber und hatte eine gute Größe (Ideal für eine Person, wobei es nicht hätte kleiner sein dürfen). Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen, obwohl das Zimmer zur stark befahrenen Rua Áurea im 1. Stock lag (Dank Ohropax ist Lärm kein Thema für mich!). Das Personal war freundlich, zeigte sich angenehm interessiert und war für einen Plausch immer zu haben. Super! Das Hotel ist nur 4 Gehminuten vom Praça do Comércio entfernt. Ideal, um von dort aus die Stadt in alle Richtungen zu erkunden – ob zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV. Die Nächte waren um 06:00 Uhr vorbei, da im Café nebenan die Vorbereitungen begannen und dabei die Musik aufgedreht wurde (Ich glaube, das gilt aber nur für die Zimmer 107 und 108, beide im 1. Stock). Um 07:00 Uhr war dann nichts mehr zu hören. Der Platz im Zimmer war begrenzt. Es gibt keinen Schrank und nur wenig Stauraum/Ablage; auch das Angebot, Kleider mittels Bügel aufzuhängen, war überschaubar (Das ist nicht komfortabel, stellt für mich aber auch keinen Grund dar, hier nicht noch einmal zu übernachten).

Bodde dock på 4.e våningen så stördes inte särskilt mycket. Mitt rum hade 2 balkonger, kylskåp och OK badrum. Bra frukostbuffé i restaurangen som på dagarna har både inom- och utomhus servering.

For me as a solo traveller it was fine, but I can imagine being a couple it can be a bit too small. Climat control wasn't working perfectly.

Há uma diferença clara quando o atendimento não é apenas protocolar, e aqui isso se traduz em cuidado real com o hóspede. Depois de dias intensos explorando a cidade, a cortesia de café e chá no quarto se tornou um pequeno luxo silencioso, daqueles que fazem toda a diferença no fim do dia. Um detalhe simples, mas extremamente bem pensado. A localização é outro ponto forte incontestável: estratégica, prática e funcional. Estar a poucos passos do metrô e uma variedade de lojas, facilita absolutamente tudo sem abrir mão do conforto. A limpeza do quarto é impecável, mantendo um padrão consistente e cuidadoso, reforçando a sensação de organização e bem-estar. E não posso deixar de destacar a recepção atenciosa de Rodrigo Menezes, cuja postura profissional e cordial elevou ainda mais a experiência. Um hotel que acerta nos detalhes certos e entende, de fato, o que importa.

• Elžbieta Justina (10/5): I totally recommend this hotel for few days stay in Lisboa. - Location of the hotel is great, it is in the center of Baixa de Lisboa. The room was clean and cozy. We had everything we need to feel comfortable. It is a time to change a hairdryer in the room. It works well, but it is just a bit too old. The breakfast was poor; there could be more choices and better quality in the products. But you can adapt and find anything you like mostly from the food selection.

Una piccola annotazione (senza polemica): Le camere erano piccoline, avevo prenotato una quadrupla con un letto matrimoniale e due singoli per i miei figli; abbiamo avuto due stanze comunicanti, e ci andava più che bene (w la privacy), ma c’era il matrimoniale anche per i ragazzi (maschio e femmina) e la seconda stanza era veramente piccola. Non c’erano i guardaroba in entrambe le stanze, solo degli appendini all’ingresso, i comodini e una piccola cassettiera; i vestiti sono rimasti tutti in valigia. Avremmo preferito un po’ più di spazio, però comunque gli ambienti in generale erano gradevoli, ordinati e puliti.

I was charged full price for cocktails by one of the waiting staff during happy hour, which made me hesitant to have drinks in the hotel again. And the shower took a while to run hot water. Apart from those two things, my stay was fantastic!

Very good variety at breakfast of hot and cold options and regularly topped up. Small area for breakfast but we had no issues with that. Nice outside area for drinks and food, staff very attentive there. Rooms a good size and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten viel Freude an der Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Unser Zimmer was relativ klein mit Dachschräge, musste mich jedes mal bücken, wenn ich um das Bett wollte. Leider konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen.

Alguns dias tinha, mas outros dias, não tinha. Quando pedi à atendente, ela me disse que não tinha mesmo e solicitou que eu pegasse da máquina (mas estava com defeito, só saia agua quente da opção de cafe americano). E com uma certa impaciência, ela fazia de uma máquina de espresso. Solicitei que arrumassem o cofre, mas me ignoraram completamente. Nunca o fizeram. Ar condicionado não funcionava.
