- Coady (10/5): Posh - Beautiful The old but new design
- Kirsty (10/5): Tranquil retreat - The hotel is quiet and restful, out in the Pembroke country side. Close enough to Tenby to visit, but far enough away to be restful.

- Sandi (10/5): Great and quiet location, ample parking - Location was nice and quiet, surrounded by nature. It was very clean, the food was amazing and the staff was very kind. Loads of parking although I wish the parking wasn't macedam due to dust.
The room was very neat, we got a handwritten card, milk and coffee. The shower was also amazing as well.
- Stephen (10/5): - We loved our stay and will definitely be back !
- Russell (8/5): - The accommodation and Location The price

Nothing was too much trouble for them. we stayed in the Office room with a lovely view and extra large bathroom. Complimentary water and home made biscuits was a lovely touch.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect short getaway - Beautiful tranquil location, tasteful decor, we felt warm and cosy in our rooms, and comfortable in the seating areas.
- Andrew (10/5): Fabulous - Fabulous room, excellent service and good food, staff were v helpful and v pleasant Nothing

- Wayne (9/5): Great location, lovely rooms, friendly staff - Lovely location, facilities were great, staff were very friendly, cooked breakfast was lovely. Room was spacious with everything you could possibly need for your stay. A couple of minor things. Could do with a dust / clean behind the tv and under the bed, an extension lead from the hdmi port on the tv to allow people to use their own fireTv, chrome cast would of been handy.
- andrew (10/5): Perfect - Beautiful setting, clean and fabulous staff Nothing
- stanley (10/5): - Staff are always ready to help, very polite, friendly and approachable Nothing
- guy (10/5): - The staff were superb. The dining experience in the orangery was second to none and the lounge area to have a drink afterwards with the log fire burning was wonderful. Superb from start to finish . Nothing at all.
- David (10/5): - The staff were amazing and the food was fantastic Nothing
- nigel (9/5): -
- Kieron (9/5): Great stay, wil be back! - Stayed in the converted barn. Room was great, massive comfy bed, big bath, really clean - spot on. Played golf both days and inspire of the bad weather the course was really enjoyable. Really nice dining room with fires going was perfect, food was right on the money. We stayed at the start of spring and we're the only evening guests. While we appreciate that it is difficult to stay open for a small party, we were reminded a few times that the kitchen was staying open only for us and that some of the staff wanted to go home, felt like a little bit of an inconvenience. Only the back 9 were playable on the course, which is fine especially given the weather, but we weren't told this when pre-booking the tee or even on the day and so started on the front 9 before being moved on by the greenkeeper. We paid full rate for the 18, but the team realised this and discounted our Monday round so can't complain.
- Paula (9/5): Relaxing and lovely - Friendly staff

- Matthew (9/5): Great stay would recommend - The hotel was immaculate we loved it. The receptionist was extremely friendly and her service was incredible we got upgraded to a suite which was appreciated . The only thing we didn’t like was there was a bright fire escape light over the bed which meant the room was not dark and was difficult to sleep . We also found the restaurant extremely hot when we went to dinner, they had a log fire running and it made it very difficult to enjoy the food .
- Sophie (10/5): -

- Jessica (9/5): A lovely stay - We had the hayloft suit, it was nice and spacious, loved the wide staircase. The shower was amazing too. It was immaculate there. It was a little cold, wish we had control of the heating system .The sofa wasn’t cozy to relax on, so after dinner we spent the evening in bed and watched the television there instead.

- Wayne (10/5): A fabulous New Year break- a little gem which we will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you Trefloyne! - A beautiful venue, close to Tenby and ticked all of our boxes for a wonderful New Years Eve break. Staff were extremely professional and went over and above to ensure we had the best time helping us book a venue for NY Eve in the heart of Tenby and a taxi there and back.
- Lisa (10/5): Fantastic - Amazing stay at Trefloyne Manor last night and a huge shout out to staff member Danielle, so friendly and accommodating really made our stay special!

- Amrita (10/5): Beautiful property, warm and cosy with amazing staff and wonderful restaurant - We were staying for a family funeral. Not only were the staff exceptional in supporting us in every way they could but the facilities are excellent. Even with snow outside, it was wonderfully warm with the open fires in the snug and dining / bar areas. We had both dinner (fabulous local fish) and breakfast (delicious) there! Thank you Kim and Team Trefloyne. A special shoutout to Julia for going over and beyond There is nothing to dislike - its a beautiful property - a labour of love with exceptional staff!
- rachel (10/5): - Absolutely stunning venue, only a short drive away from Tenby.
- Keith (7/5): - Extremely convenient parking place - shared with golfers but adjacent to the hotel. Well-designed rooms, with all the facilities you would need for a short stay. Beautiful parkland setting in a valley on the western outskirts of Tenby. The room was a bit cramped. It was not easy to adjust the heating (a bit early in the season for a high setting on the radiators)
- Maisy (8/5): Great stay, highly recommend! - The room was spacious and comfortable. It was great to have spaces to sit and enjoy a drink by the fire. We enjoyed the golf course! We got a taxi to Tenby for dinner, highly recommend as reasonable price. Staff were very helpful with providing numbers for local taxis, very friendly and welcoming.
- Avril (7/5): - The location was beautiful , bar lovely with wood burner breakfast lovely and Room really small , bathroom needs an up date. Towel rain not working

- W (10/5): Excellent welcome, accommodating staff and a beautiful setting - Location and staff N/a
- Katie (10/5): - Beautiful property throughout, lovely log burning fires the whole place has a warm feeling about it! Room was lovely although a little small it was a last minute stay so was fine for One evening my only criticism about the room is that it didn’t have a dressing table for me to get ready for dinner so had to do my makeup standing up however staff and breakfast definitely made up for it and I am 100% planning to stay again during our visits to Tenby! N/A
- Jerry hoppy (10/5): Fabulous - Everyone and everything exceptional Nothing … too short stay!!
- janet (10/5): Another wonderful stay! - Everything about our short stay was perfect. From the large comfy bed and home made shortbread in the room to the welcoming and friendly staff and exceptional food.

Nothing to complain of..
- GeorgianGent (8/5): Ideal position, comfortable hotel, excellent cuisine - Dinner was exceptional Poor lighting in the bathroom needs improving
- Ludlow (9/5): Very helpful - Excellent Ramps for luggage rather than steps
- Karen (7/5): Overall not 5 star. - Great food, very good breakfasts…..staff lovely. Problem with alarms. Woken twice!!
Bedroom 7 ….very spacious…..little awkward with no storage in bedroom.
TV poor.
Broken plug in bathroom…..needs new pop up waste.

- Lance (10/5): -
- Terry (10/5): Looking forward to staying again - Fantastic staff and laid back atmosphere
Great views over the golf course
Excellent breakfast and dinner menu Welsh weather could have been dryer
- Sean (7/5): - The reception was welcoming and the room comfortable. The poor quality steak served in the restaurant and especially the reacting of the waiter when we complained. He told us ,people didn't complain and proceeded to ignore us. The sweet was cannelloni tiramisu, not for one second did we expect raw pasta tube's filled with whipped cream it was weird.
- Adam (9/5): Very enjoyable stay. It created a relaxed environment for an over night stay. Food is devine - The food was amazing.
Staff very friendly/attentive/professional without being a distraction from the evening.
The rooms are very in keeping with the aesthetics/style of the property.
Very relaxed atmosphere to enjoy conversation make the night enjoyable. I feel extra relaxation/leisure facilities would be beneficial to the appeal.
- Ellie (10/5): This is the place to stay.. AMAZING - This hotel was amazing! I don’t know how I haven’t found this gem of a hotel before. Everything was truly amazing from start to finish.. luxurious but charming with it in everything we saw. The spa was amazing.. we both had the best massage and so reasonably priced.. beautiful little spa treatment room… the hotel was stunning, staff amazing they really were .. shout out to Julia who made had a lovely chat to us and she clearly loves working at this beautiful hotel. The gentleman and lady on the desk were so welcoming .. good start… the food was out of this world .. seafood to die for as well and a must if you love seafood … great menu choices! Then our room.. we stayed in the coach house and it was beautiful .. welcoming, rustic and warm and luxurious too.. for a much needed romantic break this ticked all our boxes and is now top of our list for a stay … we are well “hotel” travelled.. but this just left us in complete awe and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you to everyone at the hotel and spa who made this stay so memorable .. you should be very proud of yourselves.. hospitality at its finest… Ellie and Pete xx
- Ingrid (9/5): -
- Gareth (3/5): Great food and location but very uncomfortable bed. I have never experienced a bad back before! - Food was amazing The bed was appalling nearly a week on and I still have a really bad back.
- Jack (9/5): Mooi landelijk gelegen - Mooie rustige locatie. We hadden een kamer in de voormalige stallen, zeer mooi en ruim met een extra bad op de vliering. Het restaurant heeft een uitstekende keuken en het ontbijt is zeer goed verzorgd. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Mochten we ooit weer in de buurt zijn zouden we hier zeer zeker weer gaan overnachten. Niets.
- Diane (9/5): - Staff were excellent, especially Danielle and Penny. We loved our room which was very spacious and quirky. The hotel grounds and golf course were beautiful and also loved the style and decor of the hotel. The breakfast was good and really liked choice. The restaurant and bar hours were limiting and stopped serving too early for us. After a long day out we returned around 8.30pm hoping to have a meal in restaurant but were told they stopped serving 10mns before . We would have appreciated a cold plate or something else offered but ended up with nothing to eat that evening except snacks we got from local shop ! Not the evening meal we had planned! This would not stop us staying at hotel again , but we would take it into account and plan and book ahead for dinner. To be honest this seemed a problem in all the restaurants in Tenby as couldn't get in a decent restaurant anywhere the previous evening and found most stopped serving before 9pm!
The hotel had spa treatments available to guests ,which were recommended by another guest. Unfortunately on this occasion I didn't have time to try them out but intend to on a future stay. The addition of a pool and spa facilities would have been amazing in this beautiful hotel and worth considering for the future.
- lilian (10/5): Wonderful stay location perfect for a relaxing weekend would definitely recommend and would return - First and foremost the staff are fantastic really welcoming and helpful room was lovely, spotless and comfortable with everything we needed the breakfast was great good quality ingredients and the surroundings are beautiful Nothing
- Robert (10/5): -
- Lyndon (10/5): - Excellent service accommodation and both dinner and breakfast Classical with good views
- Mitchell (10/5): Excellent food & very friendly & helpful staff - The suite, the restaurant & the gardens
- frances (10/5): Great place to stay - Very welcoming, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable airy room & large bathroom. Excellent food.
- Marcella (10/5): Fabulous Manor in a Beautiful Surrounding - Our stay at Trefloyne Manor was exceptional. From the moment we arrived the service at Reception, the room itself, large and spacious, the Manor and surrounding gardens exceeded our expectations. Parking available and secure, the dinner in the Restaurant was fabulous, and Breakfast was the best to date on our travels,
The staff in every area of this Manor were wonderful. We highly recommend a stay at the Manor when visiting Tenby. Loved it! Absolutely nothing.
- Naveen (9/5): -
- Martin (9/5): Very relaxing - The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.
Room was cosy but very comfortable. We’d booked the restaurant for our second evening. The menu looked amazing! Unfortunately the restaurant was very busy that evening and a number of options had sold out very early.
That said, the mussels were excellent and the cheeseboard exceptional.
