• Melania (7/5): - Tuvimos unos problemas al llegar y el personal de recepción nos solucionó el asunto sobre la marcha. La ubicación es estupenda, muy cerca desde donde sale el ferry hacia la Valetta. Las instalaciones son antiguas y necesitan una reforma urgente
• Ivana (7/5): - We stayed at the accommodation for just one night. We are not demanding travelers, so a private bathroom and cleanliness were enough for us, and both were absolutely fine. The property is a bit older and could use some renovation. For undemanding travelers staying just a few nights, it is probably okay, but for more demanding guests or a longer stay, I would choose a different place. The property is a bit older.
• Adrina (8/5): - The location was perfect from every aspect. Great access to stores, shores and ferries to go to other islands like blue lagoon and Gozo. Great for the price we were paying and it had a kitchenette and everything you need for a short stay. The only problem that we found was that the bedsheets were clearly unwashed because I personally found a few hairs on the bedding and stains on the sheets but we knew that such a thing was to be expected and had brought our own bed sheets and pillowcases so it was of little problem for us. What I'd recommend is for everyone else to do the same because our stay was genuinely not bad at all.

• Reka (8/5): Összességében alvásra tökéletes szállás - Szép volt a kilátás kisbolt buszmegálló étkezési lehetőség is nagyon közel voltak a szálláshoz! Fürdőszobában a zuhany kabin penészes volt de azon kívűl tiszta. Egy mikro jó lett volna még ha esetleg van.

Non so se a Malta esistono i controlli ASL perché per me andrebbe chiuso immediatamente.

Entrada al edificio con mal olor. Bañera oxidada y cortina curtida. Toallas rotas y manchadas. Nórdico manchado. Nos dieron una habitación que no correspondía con la ofertada en booking.

Miris u kupaoni je izrazito neugodan. Zvučna izolacija je loša i susjedi se čuju. Nema deterđenta za pranje posuđa.

• binojkn (2/5): Unhygienic - The only good thing about this stay was the location. Bus stops, restaurants, and stores were all within a 5-minute walk, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. There were bed bugs in the room, I found a worm in the bathroom, and the microwave oven was rusty. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

Every single morning, my husband woke up with new bedbug bites. We reported the issue to the staff during our stay, but the only thing that was done was changing the bedsheets. We also messaged the manager directly and never even received a response. No apology, no follow-up, no refund, and no real attempt to address the situation properly. Very disappointed with how this was handled and would not stay here again.

• Tomasz (6/5): Ogólnie pobyt udany, szkoda tylko że obsługa hotelu taka słaba. - Naprawdę dobra lokalizacja, blisko Lidla i blisko na plażę. Często wymieniana pościel i ręczniki. Słychać było co robią sąsiedzi, bardzo cienkie ściany. Czuć zapach starych mebli w kuchni. Niemiły pan z obsługi pokoju, traktuje gości jak powietrze więcej rozmawia przez telefon po indyjsku niż pomaga rozwiązać problemy.

• Vergari (5/5): Salverei solo la posizione - Posizione Polvere ovunque (abbiamo dovuto pulire noi appena arrivati, tranne il bagno che era effettivamente pulitoSal), finestre quasi inesistenti (quella del bagno con plexiglass al posto del vetro, quella della camera con 2 ante separate da oltre 2 cm di vuoto che facevano sì che risultasse sempre aperta), elettrodomestici troppo vecchi e rovinati (il frigorifero non si chiudeva bene, il fornetto arrugginito), pieno di zanzare che hanno disturbato ogni notte il nostro sonno (ne avremmo uccise almeno 4-5 a notte, ma non è stato sufficiente), camera per niente insonorizzata (si sentiva tutto dalle camere vicine)

La zona in cui sorge la struttura, appena fuori quella dei negozi, è degradata, con edifici abbandonati e topi grandi quanto gatti. Appena arrivati ci siamo resi conto che le foto non corrispondevano assolutamente alla realtà. All'ingresso e per tutto il corridoio c'erano armadi pieni di sacchi di spazzatura. Ci siamo affacciati in quella che doveva essere la sala colazioni e abbiamo trovato un deposito di cianfrusaglie. La nostra prenotazione, eseguita regolarmente su Booking due settimane prima, non si trovava e ci abbiamo impiegato un po' per il check-in. Il monolocale si presentava più che spartano. Non abbiamo usufruito degli elettrodomestici presenti (fornetto elettrico e piastra), ma non sembravano molto affidabili. A sera, mentre attendevamo per risalire, dall'ascensore sono uscite tre donne, forse del ristorante thai di sotto, con un pentolone fumante contenente qualcosa di maleodorante. La mattina dopo abbiamo dovuto condividere l'ascensore con due sacchi (non accompagnati) di segatura che aveva nel frattempo sporcato tutto il vano. Evidentemente l'ascensore non era ad uso esclusivo dell'hotel. Per fortuna ci siamo rimasti solo una notte. Impossibile rilassarsi.

• Johana Paulina (9/5): Muy buen sitio - La ubicación es un gran punto a favor esta súper cerca de una parada de autobús y se puede ir andando al puerto de Sliema. Se podria mejorar el mobiliario de la habitación pero todo lo demás muy bien.

• amelle (3/5): Déçu - La chambre était spacieuse et propre approximité de tout Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche, plusieurs prises ne fonctionnaient pas, la télé ne fonctionnaient, pas de servide petit déjeuner comme proposé sur booking, impossible de joindre qui que ce soi, la réception constamment fermé, et lorsqu'on appelle au numéro affiché personne ne répond. C'est bien dommage.

• Darija (8/5): Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations. It was a very pleasant experience - The stay was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, and the level of cleanliness was very satisfactory. The location is excellent, with the hotel conveniently positioned close to all major attractions and sightseeing spots. It is also near the bus station and the ferry terminal, which makes getting around very easy. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. Overall, the hotel is charming and a great choice for a stay. There were a couple of minor downsides, although they were not really related to the hotel itself. There was a construction site nearby, which caused quite a bit of noise from the early morning hours. Additionally, some other guests were inconsiderate and made noise late into the evening. However, these issues are not the hotel's fault. Overall, we have no significant complaints about the hotel itself.
