- Casault (2/5): Great if you want a summer sauna. - Cleanliness, bed After a hot day the room was hot - no surprise. I turned on the A/C. It only blew hot air! I let it run for 15 minutes to make sure it didn’t just need time to get going. All it did was make the room still hotter so I shut it off and sweated all night long.

Cleanliness, I know it is a “value” motel but I wouldn’t pay $20 to stay there. Felt unsafe and saw roaches crawling around.

The property was extremely dilapidated, sidewalks and Halls were pretty trashy, no microwave or refrigerators in the rooms anymore. And I believe it's turned into, a monthly rental hotel. Some very unsavory characters wandering around day and night.

- Cox (1/5): - Location and grounds were nice. It was not co.municated when we checked in that there was no hot water and they had been having problems prior to our check in. They posted a sign on the door eventually but you couldn't see as the door was propped open. We checked out early after 2 days and no definitive answers as to when hot water would be restoresd.

They don’t had hot water and the Guy (Luis) scream either me and say “I cancel you reservation and I don’t care with you” I drove for 8 hours and needed to sleep in my car because this. Guy canceled my reservation and call to police for me just because I wanted to know how they rent the room and don’t have hot water to shower. I call to booking.com and they tell me my money will be back to my card. But today I received a email saying sorry but we not back the money and gave me a bonus $11 🤡 I was humiliated and I paid for that. This is unacceptable

- Michelle (1/5): Not Safe - The staff were nice. The guy screaming obscenities outside my door in the middle of the night every night - the staff said he was ok because he was a registered guest. The flooding. The broken toilet. The dirty floor. The fact that the water was scalding hot except for a tiny trickle of warm water you could get if you twisted the handle the right way.

- Vaughn (10/5): Quiet, clean, and inexpensive place to stay when I travel out to my monthly meetings at Thousand Oaks - Easy access, clean, even though it was packed it was still quiet. The staff was great on both the morning and night shifts at the front desk. Very accommodating and simple when I needed to add an extra night

- Bianca (1/5): Roach infested room, left early - The room looked clean enough There were German cockroaches in the room under and around the small refrigerator in room 206. We ended up leaving a day early after finding the roaches.

- Claudine (10/5): The property was clean, the front office clerk was friendly, and the rooms were clean. - I thought the property was in a great location. Right off the fwy. It was not too big. Two floors n not overwhelmingly huge. The pool is not heated. It was Freezing cold.

- Albert (10/5): Appreciate the small things - For the price I have to say my stay was excellent. TV worked, room was clean and organized. At the front desk Mandy checked me. Mandy was pleasant, kind and she knew her job. Restaurants were within walking distance. Overall I have no complaints. Laundry $4 wash and $4 dry. That wasn't cool.
- Daniel (10/5): For a price conscious traveler, this Motel 6 is a 5 star plus location! - Easy check in, immaculately clean and comfortable room. The room was very quiet! Great location. I did not have car, but there were places within walking distance that I could get whatever I needed. Very friendly staff, easy to use washer/dryer’s. For the value, everything was perfect. I will definitely return when I visit family in the area.

- Amorkor (9/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed my stay! - Louise, Pablo, Roberto, Connor, Stephanie, Alyssa and Mandy were absolutely exceptional. I was staying there as I am in the middle of moving and they were extremely accommodating, attentive to my needs and showed me immense grace as I had to make impromptu adjustments to my reservation. It is also a blessing that pets stay free! I am really grateful to have encountered these specific employees and I hope they get recognized for the assets they are. Godbless! The floor in the room was slightly dirty but nothing that couldn't get cleaned with ease.
