(8/5): Was pleasant just the fact that they let people sleep in cars there in the parking lot, didn’t look - Clean room 👍 People sleeping in cars, don’t know exactly what was going on but they looked like homeless people in cars sleeping there in the parking lot, I think that was my only exception there.

- Janita (7/5): - The front desk was nice. The room was good. Other customers, I didn't realize people actually lived there to work from there. We were uncomfortable because we wanted to swim (kids and I) but there was a man just in the pool night and day. People were actually smoking marijuana. My kids and I didn't like it.

- Natalie (1/5): -
- Vanessa (1/5): - Stayed at Motel 6 Downtown Mesa (Room 142) on 03/04/2026. Walked into strong cigarette odor, broken lights, and saw multiple roaches within minutes. Left immediately and was falsely accused by staff of bringing someone into the room, which never happened. I was there less than two minutes—cameras will verify. Still waiting on a full refund.
- Grant (1/5): - Was threatened immediately by people staying at the hotel and the property still wouldn’t give a refund. Don’t stay here unless you want to be jumped and robbed of all your money by the property and the people that stay at it
- Truax (7/5): -
- Daniel (1/5): - Dirty and overpriced Dirty , stunk of smoke , overpriced and the pool was out of service
- Alex (4/5): - Pool was not Available.
- Amy (5/5): Friendly check-in, fairly quiet - The location was great, staff friendly. Great water pressure, and hot, for shower. Loads of parking. The stairs to room were filthy. There was gatbage and cigarette butts everywhere. Needed non-smoking room, front desk did her best, but it still smelled like smoke, which made me sick. Bed needs to be replaced as you end up in tge centre of it and those pillows are also needing to be replaced. The door did not close all the way, looked like it had been kicked in and tried to be repaired at some point.
- Amber (7/5): -
- Curtis (10/5): Our room was niour room was nice and clean ce and clean - The only thing we need to suggest is that in needs to be informed to when they come in at night is they need to have respect for people that are sleeping and no yelling or or talking loud when the pass by ur room .other then that we had a great stay . Nothing we didn't like about our saty .
- Dyer (6/5): But it was a decent state - I like the night crew lady that was working the front desk when I checked in she was amazing The persistence of the house cleaners
- Lowry (3/5): - Simply a place to stay, would have been fine for $59-69 per night, I had to sleep after driving 14 hours and $172 was the best we could find. Worried about my car and rooftop bags all night. Lots of people milling about the area. - Ira Stanley (10/5): -
- Joseph (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - Property was super clean and the staff was absolutely top notch.
THe manageer Javier went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.
- Susie (7/5): - Everything seemed clean I was told all rooms have a refrigerator but there was none in either room
- Amanda (7/5): Stayed for a college visit at ASU. It wasn’t a bad place to stay. - Right across the street from family entertainment. Room smelled weird and the sink drain pipe leaked, but they fixed it quickly.
- Dwyer (7/5): - Pool was broken
- TYRONE (6/5): -
- Swarsatti (4/5): The walls were paper thin you can hear everything. Lots of loud talking late at night. Very noisy. -
- Hernandez (10/5): -
- Joseph (3/5): Horrible total rip off - That it had a bed and a locking door Everything except for what I did like
- Weardahl (8/5): -
- Eddie (10/5): -
- Anthony (1/5): - They weren't corporative when we were going to pay for another night, we were told to leave asap within 10 minutes. This has never happen to us. So disappointing and for my daughter to experience this while it was for work purposes.
- Redd (1/5): This motel staff are very rude and not helpful! - Nothing Everything
- Jacinta Grace (7/5): Okay, just met my expectations, but could have been better. - Most Staff is friendly and helpful. The room right above me has thumping sounds from 9pm till after 11pm, seemed like a child was running around for a number of hours...
- Monteiro (7/5): It was a good time! - Easy to access. People smoking a being loud.
- Kathryn (5/5): -
- Robert (10/5): -
- Olsen (7/5): Good Rate for overnight stay - Good price for overnight stay. Room was clean. There were people smoking Marijuana outside on pathway to room.
- Melissa (6/5): -
- Camilo (7/5): -
- Adriana (1/5): Absolutely Disgusting - I didn't like anything about this place. As soon as I walked in I had to kill a few roaches then I pulled back the blankets and the sheets were dirty and had hair from previous people.

- Nadia (1/5): I didnt stay. - Nothing but the price however not worth the danger of the location and people there. Rampant drug use. I was followed around by a drug user or vagrant and propositioned by them to use drugs and asked if i had drugs to smoke. I said no. And left immediately. He kept hovering by my room and my vehicle. Unsafe.
