- Chen (9/5): 整體都很滿意，服務人員親切，說明都很清楚。早餐樣式選擇很多。客房乾淨舒服，隔音效果好，泳池開放時間長，體驗感很好。 - 裝潢很喜歡，房間乾淨，隔音很好，還有配藍芽音箱可以使用滿意外。6樓有長時間開放的游泳池，開放時間不尷尬，有足夠的時間可以體驗，非常滿意。 捷運站稍微要走一小段但可以接受。樓下有一間湯姆熊，到了晚上出入的人會有一些複雜，經過時需要多留意身邊的環境。

- Patrick (4/5): Stylish hotel with big flaws - The hotel looks stylish and is nicely situated but it comes with downturns. There was not stable functioning WiFi in the whole building. There are multiple WiFi’s for rooms where you have to log in always but the connection never holds. The breakfast was ok when it comes to quality but it was barely restocked especially when the hotel us crowded. No matter when I went for breakfast, the juice jar was always empty. On some days even restocking bread took 20 mins. There wasn’t even a functioning coffee machine. Just a broken one with a sign saying that is not functioning. No alternative whatsoever. My room was not cleaned until 4 pm even if the please make up room sign is at the door all day leaving the hotel at 9 am. I booked a luxury room with balcony but the balcony was in such bad condition without any chairs or anything on it so don’t bother spending the extra money. Some receptionist don’t speak a word English which is not really what you expect booking such a hotel.

- Pablo TB (1/5): The worst experience in Taiwan - Nothing to remark When we arrived we received rooms with dirty bathrooms and dirty aspect overall. We complained the staff but they were not speaking English, so this makes the understanding difficult. Another staff appeared and with little English he can understand us. The solution was to upgrade the rooms but bigger rooms with no windows was the solution. Still they were dirty, really disgusting, the smell of the place was horrible since you entered in the lobby. I were in other places in Taiwan for less price better conserved. During night, there was noise because there is an arcade in the same building open almost whole night. The breakfast was simple, low quality and super poor of options. I would recommend the hotel to renew everything and try to maintain it better.

The only thing is there’s really no mirror inside the r - Accesible We chose 9:30 for breakfast, but there were very few food choices. We were also looking for fried rice or regular rice, but there wasn’t any. Unlike during our stay back in 2023, there were a lot of food and drink options, and the food tasted really good.

- うしさん (10/5): - まず破格！使わなかったけどプールもあります。美麗島駅から六合夜市を覗いて帰るにも、前金駅から芸術特区にもアクセスが良いです。スタッフはとても親切で、トラブルがあれば解決に奔走してくれます。朝食もまずまずの種類があって素晴らしいです。2軒先は全家。館内吹き抜けにあるツリーのオブジェも旅の記憶に残りオススメです！ ちょっとだけ古いです。私の部屋の洗面器は少し使いずからかった。デザイナーズホテルにはよくある事。
