Olivera (10/5): - Sehr saubere und komfortable Zimmer mit einer tollen Grösse für eine vierköpfige Familie. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und konnten das Hotel problemlos erreichen, Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden und im Preis inkludiert. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Nichts - alles war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

Gökhan (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt war einfach rundum perfekt. Die Menschen vor Ort sind unglaublich nett, authentisch und herzlich gastfreundlich – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Villa selbst ist atemberaubend schön und die Lage einfach traumhaft: ruhig, entspannt und mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – alles frisch, mit viel Liebe zubereitet, und man merkt, dass sich jeder wirklich Mühe gibt. Auch die Zimmer überzeugen mit einem hohen Komfort und viel Stil. Insgesamt ist die Atmosphäre einfach wunderbar – ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Francesco (7/5): Location ist sehr schön, Personal sehr unpersönlich, wirkt aufgesetzt. Suite ist keine echte Suite. Preis-/Leistung - Die Location an sich, da diese sehr repräsentativ anmutet. Die Flexibilität beim Check-In und die Zeiten allgemein. Check-In ab 15 Uhr ist schon sehr dreist und Check-out bis 11 Uhr ist auch nicht wirklich gastfreundlich. Man bucht einen Tag und bekommt 20 Stunden.Der offerierte Pool war am 11. Oktober nicht mehr beheizt, was nirgends zu sehen war bei der Buchung. Die sogenannte Suite mit Whirlpool auf dem Zimmer, war ein etwas größerer Raum als üblich und der Whirlpool war im Bad und nicht im Zimmer. Die Dusche war sehr breit aber nicht tief genug und die Armatur hängt genau auf der schmalen Seite. Für große, kräftige Menschen eine Tortour. Dafür war der Preis deutlich zu hoch.Auch war die sogenannte Suite nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Auch reichte das Geld offensichtlich nicht mehr für ein ‚do not disturb‘ Schild. DS Personal war freundlich reserviert, aber nicht herzlich. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen, sondern abgefertigt.

Julie (10/5): Memorable stay in stunning surroundings. - There were many things to like about Villa Carioca. The historic buildings are charming, the grounds and surrounding scenery are breathtaking, the food was reasonable in price and of excellent quality. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable. The location is a little tricky to access using public transport. The bus from Verona stops about four kilometres from Villa Carioca and it was impossible to get a taxi. Luckily the school bus was able to take us!

Ludwig (8/5): Overweldigende entree echter in de praktijk viel het helaas tegen. - De ligging is prachtig en imposant. Het personeel was erg aardig. Ontbijt is top. Wel is de bedrijfskleding voor de mensen in de horeca erg achterhaalt. Het bed kraakte en het matras is aan vervanging toe. Geen stoel op de kamer. Hierdoor is de prijs voor een overnachting te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt. Men geeft aan om 00.00 uur stilte echter om 2.30 uur zaten er nog mensen onder ons raam buiten op het terras te kletsen. Dit was niet prettig.

Petra (8/5): Immer noch wunderschön, hat aber seinen besonderen Reiz leider verloren ! - Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren regelmäßig nach Caprino in die Villa Cariola. Die exklusive, ruhige Lage des Hotels und seine Weitsicht haben uns immer fasziniert. Es war immer etwas Besonderes - man kam an und fühlte sich von der ersten Minute an entspannt und im Urlaub, konnte am Pool entspannen und die besondere Stimmung genießen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, die Aussicht phantastisch und das Personal extrem aufmerksam und herzlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet und die Speisen im Restaurant lassen keine Wünsche offen! Leider wird diese besondere Atmosphäre durch die vielen Day Tickets der "Externen" am Pool gestört. Wir erlebten am Sonntag einen Kindergeburtstag mit 20 lärmenden Italienern und weiteren lauten und unzureichend bekleideten Besuchern der ansonsten sehr gepflegten und von wirklich aufmerksamem Personal betriebenen Poolbar. Dies ist wirklich sehr schade und vergrault viele Hotelgäste, die für ihren exklusiven Aufenthalt einen entsprechenden, hohen Preis gerne bezahlen, aber auch die Ruhe und Entspanntheit der vergangenen Jahre inzwischen vermissen. Wirklich sehr schade!

Thomas Hansen (9/5): Worth it. Relaxing. - Beautiful place Pool didn’t open till 10am which I thought was a shame. Plus the room was made up for 4 people so we didn’t have a couch but only a spare bed and when we asked reception they just said that’s the way it is.
