- Urs (5/5): Hotel macht von aussen einen guten Eindruck. - Die Lage war optimal, zentral und am Rande der Stadtmauer. Meersicht aus dem Zimmer war sensationell. Nähe zu einem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Modernisierung ist dringend zu empfehlen. Der Teppich im Zimmer ist nicht mehr "gasttauglich". Voller Flecken, vermutlich von nicht stubenreinen Haustieren?

- Zhe (8/5): 为了海景 - 海景。地理位置非常好。5楼餐厅的风景很棒，服务态度热情，并且非常细心，知道我们带着宝宝去，提前为我们准备了儿童座椅，非常棒！ 1/ 我们预定了海景房，令人惋惜的是窗户外面的脚手架，严重影响了观看海景的角度，这无疑给海景房打了折扣。作为酒店，更专业的行为是在入住check-in的时候便告知，我想通常情况下客人都会表示理解。而不是把这种负面的surprise留给客人。 2/ 浴室里的抽纸纸巾没有及时补充（我们到的时候就几乎没有了）。 3/ 卫生间里没有垃圾桶。 4/ 楼下早餐和喝咖啡的餐厅的服务人员的心情感觉应该不是很好，也许是因为很累吧。

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das ist ein grosser Vorteil: Die zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Gehdistanz vom Hotel. Der Nachteil: Es kann abends in der näheren Umgebung ein laut werden.

Emplacement intra muros au top Chambre 316 située juste au dessous de la bouche d'aération des cuisines du restaurant qui a tourné toute la nuit, difficile donc de trouver le sommeil. L'accueil nous avait pourtant dit que celle-ci s'arrêtait vers 22h30 23h ce qui n'a pas été le cas.

- Virginie (8/5): Une vue et une situation exceptionnelle ! - Cet hôtel est au cœur de la ville intra muros. La localisation est idéale à quelques mètres des remparts. Les chambres avec vue sur mer ont une vraie vue sur la mer, magnifique! La literie est de bonne qualité et le personnel très aimable et serviable. La décoration de l’entrée et de la réception est très chouette et agréable. La location de scooter électrique est un plus très appréciable. Certaines partie de l’hôtel sont vieillissantes. Un coup de jeune serait un vrai plus. Notre chambre était très grande mais avec un aménagement et une décoration vraiment vieillotte et fatiguée. Pas de patère pour suspendre un manteau et pas de support pour poser gel douche ou autre. Le petit déjeuner nous a déçu. Peu de choix et des produits principalement industriels.

- ISABELLE (3/5): Peut vraiment mieux faire car le spot est parfait. - La situation en plein intra-muros, parfait. Le manque de propreté et entretien de l'hôtel, c'est lamentable. Pourtant, faire le ménage c'est... faire le ménage, pas laisser les interrupteurs (quand ils ne sont pas à moitié cassés) dans un état où l'on hésite à y poser mains, les toilettes qui sentent mauvais, des bâtis de porte dégoutants par les passages de mains, un distributeur de papier cassé et non-réparé, une douchette de baignoire qui fuit l'eau chaude, on le signale mais on s'en f... pardon on s'en moque, des fauteuils dans le restaurant où l'on hésite à y poser les avant-bras tellement ils sont crades... bref, nous l'avons fait une fois mais c'est la dernière. Bon courage aux téméraires !

Je pensais pouvoir disposer dans la chambre d'un chauffe-eau à côté de la machine Nepresso, d'autant que des sachets de thé étaient proposés. De plus, il n'y avait plus de savon liquide dans la boîte à savon qui jouxte la baignoire.

- Andrei (8/5): Nice place in Saint Malo Old Town - Great location at the edge of Saint Malo old town. Nice staff, they also helped us with reserving a parking place in the nearby Q-Park underground parking. Good wi-fi. Breakfast was pretty basic. There was a persistent smell of paint in the room.
- PHILIPPE (10/5): Un hâvre de calme et de paix qu'on aime retrouver après un bain de mer et de foule. - L'hôtel a à la fois le charme et l'ambiance feutrée de l'ancien et le confort d'un hôtel cossu actuel. Nous avons apprécié son calme, dans la cour d'un hôtel particulier, bien qu'il soit en plein centre ville de Saint-Malo intra-muros, proche des restaurants, des remparts et du grand bassin. Un parking souterrain à 100m permet de se garer à proximité. Très belle et vaste chambre. Il en est de même pour la salle de bain. Chambre très silencieuse. Petit déjeuner très varié, adapté à tous les palais et tous les appétits. Rien

The website seemed to indicate there would be a view. The building was also a bit cluttered with materials for different things which took away some of its appeal.

Nice styling of modern and heritage. St Malo is very very beautiful. Third floor is not renovated. Second floor rooms are better but cheaper. Should be clear to guests in advance of booking. Stayed on the second floor on the way out to France and loved the rooms. Upgraded for the way back to have a sea view. Paid more for two rooms. Both rooms were really dated to the point it felt like The Shining and I feared I might find ‘redrum’ written on the mirror.
- Trail46530020680 (8/5): Great Historic Hotel Near the Port with Secure motorbike Parking - Great find so close to the port and reasonably priced too. We stayed here on the last night of our four-night motorbike trip around France, and it was a very convenient and comfortable choice before catching the boat the next morning. The location is excellent, right next to some great restaurants and only a short distance from the port. Private underground parking is available at the sister hotel a few minutes away for a small fee, which was ideal and felt very safe for our motorbike. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of history, with plenty of character throughout. Our first room only had a bath with a handheld shower, but the receptionist, who spoke very good English, was extremely helpful and quickly moved us to another room with a walk-in shower, which we really appreciated. The only small issue during our stay was at breakfast. We were leaving early for the ferry and had hoped for a quiet breakfast, but the cleaner was vacuuming in the bar and restaurant area. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but it went on for quite a while at 7am. We asked if the doors could be shut, and one was closed, but the noise continued for another 15 minutes or so. It may be worth starting this a little earlier or after guests have finished breakfast. Overall, we had a good stay in a lovely hotel and would happily recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere convenient near the port.
- 257a7ac910e073b6fb75fa2a5693f67c (9/5): Jederzeit wieder - einfach herrlich👍🏻😀 - Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach Mega so zentral - wir hatten Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser herrlich! Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Auch mit dem angebotenem Parkhaus war super! Kleiner Nachteil war ein Baugerüst neben unserem Fenster (aber auch das muss wohl mal sein!) Und die Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert - Abends wurde es doch noch recht kühl!
