• Sarah (10/5): My best hotel stay out of 67 countries. Can’t recommend enough - So good I extended an extra night and then stayed again on my return to Bangkok before I flew out. Honestly cannot fault it. Centrally located, clean, amazing staff, quiet, comfy beds, great gym and pool. I could go on and on. Highly recommend My first room only had a curtain dividing the jacuzzi tub and in the bathroom which wasn’t good for privacy but my second room had glass and a privacy screen so way better. Honestly would live there if I could

L’hotel in se per se non é male, il problema é che nel loro staff ci sono dei ladri. Ci hanno rovistato nelle valigie lasciate nella camera e rubato soldi e carte bancarie, da cui hanno provato ad effettuare transazioni. Le carte sono state bloccate e riamo rimasti in difficoltà. Sono stati contattati ripetutamente ma ti ignorano e quanto pare é successo altre volte infatti potete leggerlo in altre recensioni negative. Il bello é che hanno rubato solo i soldi in euro e le carte lasciando il portafoglio. Non appena abbiamo fatto il check out hanno iniziato a provare ad utilizzare le carte. A breve torneremo a bangkok apposta con la polizia. Spero che questo commento può mettere in guardia i futuri ospiti e spero che il ladro nel loro staff venga arrestato (o i ladri). Siamo stati derubati dallo staff.

• Delia Mihaela (1/5): - I booked this hotel based on its 8.8 rating on Booking, but my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I entered the lobby, there was a strong smell of cheap perfume trying to mask something unpleasant. The hotel did not look well maintained at all. When I was shown to my room, the smell of mold and humidity was immediately noticeable. The room looked old and poorly maintained. I still decided to give it a chance and stayed for one night, but the experience only got worse. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy and excessively cold even on the lowest setting. I couldn’t sleep with it on because of the noise and freezing temperature, and I couldn’t sleep with it off because of the heat. I ended up not sleeping at all. The next morning, I informed the staff that I wanted to change hotels. I had originally booked six nights, but they completely refused any refund or compensation. I find this unacceptable, especially considering the actual condition of the hotel compared to its rating online. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve an 8.8 rating on Booking. Please think twice before booking this place.

• Charlotte (8/5): - Het zwembad Airco maakt ontzettend veel herrie, begon ook te lekken ook al stond hij niet te koud. Blaast recht in je gezicht als je wil slapen. Ontzettend verkouden en keelpijn als gevolg. Airco werd wel gelijk gerepareerd.

• van der Lely (6/5): - Wij hadden een prima kamer, alleen het had wel schoner gemogen. We zijn 1 dag naar het ontbijt gegaan, maar dat was niet te eten. Alles droog, koud en smaakloos. Dus als je wil boeken neem dan geen ontbijt. 7/11 is op 2min lopen. Daar hebben ze goede koffie en broodjes.

Tout était parfait, de l'accueil (le personnel est particulièrement aux petits soins) à la chambre, avec en bonus une baignoire à remous. La piscine en roof top est indéniablement un plus. Le temps du séjour, je me suis sentie comme une princesse. J'ajoute que l'hôtel est idéalement situé pour profiter des principaux centres d'intérêt (temples, restaurants, boutiques), à pied ou par bateau. Je reviendrai. Je ne trouve rien à critiquer .... A part le fait d'avoir dû quitter cet endroit ;-)

• Thomas (8/5): Top Lage - Wir waren jetzt schon mehrmals in dem Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach top wenn man in der Nähe zur Rambuttri sein möchte aber nicht mitten drin. Auch die direkte Umgebung um dem Hotel entwickelt sich weiter. Fanden wir dieses Jahr schon besser als in der Rambuttri. Wir hatten dieses mal Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Entweder zu kalt oder zu warm. Da zwischen ging nichts einzustellen.
