- Alexander (1/5): BEWARE! -Inaccurate, misleading pictures of “Premium Room.” - The Booking.com description of the pool area was accurate. The Booking.com description of the “Premium Room” is COMPLETELY inaccurate. All of this motel, NOT hotel, rooms have loud, obtrusive IN- Wall air conditioning units which constantly cycle on and off during the entire night on Eco-Mode’ (according to the motel’s management). These awful units are NOT PICTURED AT ALL on the Booking.com descriptions of these particular rooms, or any of the other rooms listed on their website. Please see attached photos of the air conditioning unit and large 3 inch gap underneath the exterior door. The gap under the door permits constant dirt, noise, and dust to enter the room. We had to place a bath towel underneath because it was that bad. As a Booking.com Genius Level 3 member, I’d highly recommend that you stay far away from this place, unless you’re not intending to sleep there during the night.

- Dennis (8/5): Nice place to stay - I like the breakfast it was actually quite tasty and hotel room were nice and clean, nicely decorated. The A/C was little strong in the hotel rooms but i just wrapped up in more blankets AC was little too strong and didn't regulate to a higher temperature well
- Briana (5/5): - There was no parking at the time of check in. I was informed to park in a dirt lot away from the facility. Parking was given to people who bought a day pass and not to people who paid for a room. The staff at the bar was rude.

- Kayla (10/5): Pleasant and close drive to the U of A - The suite was very spacious. The property was dog friendly. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. The lock was broke on the suite we had booked so we switched rooms for a night even though they called maintenance in that night to fix it. We were exhausted from traveling and they were understanding. Gave us a new room and fixed the suite the next day first thing. There wasn’t a lot in walking distance. It is right off the highway.

I loved the garden area - it was perfect for my dog and I to walk around and get outside after a long day of driving. The breakfast provided was made to order and very good. All the staff was very accommodating. The bathroom sink had an odd configuration. The faucet was too far from the sink and I couldn't help get water on the countertop.

- Yanina (3/5): The breakfast was good but it doesn't excuse the most important part of any stay, sleeping well. - The breakfast was delicious however the coffee at the coffee station was not very good. If you're willing to pay for a drink, the bartender made a great latte. The rooms were dirty. The first room had two different types of hair on the bed, I didn't bother looking further because it meant at the very least the sheets hadn't been changed. The second room, had pet hair on the comforter, and the third room did have a clean bed but I found red thick hair on the towels and in the sink, it couldn't have been mine because I have long dark brown hair. Bonus, a bug crawled on my foot in the shower.
- Jennifer (1/5): Terrible do not stay here - Nothing This was the single worst experience at a hotel I have ever had in my life. And I travel every week at least once for work to different locations around the country. The room I was supposed to have "they forgot to assign" so my spouse and I showed up and were offered "2 twin beds" instead of a king. In addition to this I had cancelled 3 other hotel rooms the day before at the same location for every type of room they offer. I was on the phone cancelling them for at least 45 minutes the day before. I had ended up with one king bed and was assured everything was done correctly. After I arrived not any two people at this property had the same answer to anything. They completely contradicted each other constantly. I was offered to go to another property and then I asked if anyone had checked the type of room available. Sure enough no one had and turns out of course they did not have a king either. When I arrived Friday I had no choice but to take the room. I had also cancelled multiple reservations at the Westin and Starpass for the weekend because this was closer to campus. Bad idea.... I stayed in the room Friday and was told a manager would be their first thing to talk to me. Sure enough she was not there yet when I came down at 10am in the morning. When I spoke to her while I had their terrible breakfast that was cold she said I could move to a king room later in the day. I said I would like that but would not be sure when I would be able to move since I was heading to events for family weekend. By this time it was 11am and no one had even told me to pack my room up or anything. So I left planning to come back and change rooms. While I was gone the General manager called and said actually there was not a king room and that he could offer me a $100 credit for the stay. Clearly I do not think that is appropriate.

- Stefanie (10/5): - The property itself is great. The neighboring area made me a little nervous but we never had an issue and the entire property is gated.
- Dana (4/5): - Customer service was horrible-actually non existent. Repeated attempts to speak to management was put off and ignored therefore no resolution. Rooms seemed clean but very small and beds were very uncomfortable.

- Amanda (8/5): - Although the area around property was unsafe- I like that the gates close and lock at night- that made us feel safe. Assumed the at dinner would be an option but was not. Breakfast coupon didn’t cover breakfast drink- OJ. Otherwise amazing property and wonderful stay.

- francisco (4/5): Warning - Very nice hotel with great accommodations Room was small but had good creature comforts Bar and breakfast were nice Both treadmills were not working but no notification that they weren’t My reason for low rating is that the hotel allows local people to bring their entire families to the pool and monopolize all the chaise lounges and have like 20 people in the pool all day long and no towels available for people that actually are paying to stay there I didn’t get to use the pool for the two days I was there but it looked nice from my room Extremely disappointed I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew these things Be warned! Anybody can be there if they pay the minimal fee to use their facilities It was literally like being at a water park

- Bonifacio (8/5): Labor Day Weekend Getaway - Overall the property is well maintained and clean. The room could use a little more attention to detail. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t super clean either. The pool area was well maintained and the DJ played great music. We had a pool view king room and weren’t bothered by the dj. Music stoped at 10pm very respectable time. The staff was great also.

- Katharina (10/5): - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und liebevoll renoviert, die Betten super bequem. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und modern. Obwohl das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war es nicht sehr laut. Die Bar und das Lokal sind modern und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal ist super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool eignet sich perfekt für eine Auszeit bei der Hitze.

- Esquivel (10/5): Fun! - Staff and atmosphere! I forge my daughter’s hearing aid charger and the staff was so nice and compassionate that they help get it back immediately, so grateful!
- Heather (9/5): Tuxon was perfect, clean and fresh for our short stay!!! - Adorable and chic remodel!! The pool was cool and refreshing!!! Breakfast was huge to have for guests. Ask for the lemonade! Yummy! The poolside rooms can get rather noisy when trying to rest.
