- Keeton (2/5): - Hotel putting me close to the grass as requested do to having animal I recently stayed at a Motel 6 while caring for my dog as they recovered from surgery, and over the course of my stay, I spent more than $2,000 at this property. I chose this location specifically because it advertises itself as pet-friendly, so I expected a certain level of understanding and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During checkout, an employee named Juanita confronted me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner about pet hair in the room. While I understand that cleaning is necessary, especially with pets, her tone and approach were completely unacceptable. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, she raised her voice and escalated things unnecessarily. What made the situation even worse was being told that I could be placed on a “national block list” and prevented from renting rooms in the future. Hearing that—especially after being a paying, long-term guest who spent a significant amount of money at the property—was shocking and upsetting. No loyal customer should be treated that way, particularly at a pet-friendly hotel where minor pet-related cleanup should be expected. I even spoke with corporate afterward, and they expressed concern about how the situation was handled, which further confirms how inappropriate this interaction was. Overall, while the purpose of my stay was already stressful due to my dog’s recovery, the way I was treated by staff made the experience far worse. This kind of behavior toward guests is unacceptable, and I strongly hope management takes action to ensure no one else is treated this way in the future.

- Irma (1/5): It was very smooky and a lot of homeless screaming - The only thing I liked about the property is that it was close to many locations. That the room I booked it was non smoking but it smelled really bad like smoke the whole night and was not able to sleep. We went up to the receptionist and asked if we could be moved but she said they were booked. We checked and they had many rooms opened . I will not book here ever again.

- Omar (3/5): Dangerous zone - It was clean. To many homeless wandering around, young adults using the motel as their personal party house and woke up to a motel surrounded by police officers due to disturbances during the night. Don't stay here, it seems dangerous.

No mini fridge. The receptionist didn’t even tell us where our room was, we had to drive around and find it. The door key didn’t work everytime.

- Nicole (1/5): Terrible would not recommend and will never stay there again - The ac and heater worked really well in the room I got a non smoking room cause I’m pregnant and it recked of cigarettes I had to spray the room with febreeze and the people staying the rooms were being loud going in and out there room stopping in front of my room for no reason I had to tie a cord around the door and put a chair in front just to feel slightly safe. And the bed was broken on one side and wasn’t comfortable at all
