- Alicia (10/5): What I liked most was how nice my room was & it was clean. - The room exceeded my expectations for it being a Motel 6, it was very clean and nicer than a previous motel I had been to. I didn’t except it to be so nice and clean. Was also very comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool but it looked very clean. Staff was nice, could’ve been nicer though. I didn’t get to check in until about 12 AM that night and I asked for 30 extra minutes to get my stuff together after checkout time and they wanted me to pay even though I paid full price for the room. I had a very long drive, I understand motel policy and stuff but it would have been decent to let me have an extra 30 minutes, I had my 8 month old baby with me so it would’ve been nice.

- Yvette (4/5): Clean and hot - I like staying there when I come to California because I feel safe and the workers inside the office always have a great attitude . The Air Conditioner did not work they send maintenance to the room to fix it and he claim it was fix and it was not the room was like being outside. Also when it’s people that do not have a room there they stay in they car on property very uncomfortable. I have never seen it before

Was 112 degrees that day. Remote for the TV did not work for the 3 night stay. Had to get the room key updated every night after work. Pain since I was carrying my dinner and work stuff. Was not offered a final bill upon checkout.

The phone didn’t work in the room, the floors were sticky and dirty upon arrival, there were guests being loud and swimming in the pool at 4am, roaches and spiders crawling around making me feel weary of what’s crawling into my bags and coming home with me. Wouldn’t choose this location again!!

- Jessica (1/5): I should’ve paid a little bit more for a safer neighborhood for my kids - Conveniently located next to the freeway. Affordability. A lot of homelessness people hanging out in the parking lot. Looks like they’re dealing drugs, police activity, and shooting while I was there.

- Lisa (2/5): - First and last time that i stay at this motel. The area had a lot of homeless and sketchy people around the facility definitely didn't feel safe at all. The AC stopped working for 2 days in a row for a period of 4-6 hours, mind you it was 113 on the hottest day. The front desk staff was not helpful or understanding at all. When i asked how they were going to accommodate us, maybe give a discount or reimburse for the trouble, their answer was "well you don't have to stay here, you can check out" We were in town for a softball tournament and hotels and rooms were limited. The room was not completely cleaned when we checked in, trash cans had no liners, there were dirty towels under the sink and the shower was dirty. We never sleep with hotel sheets we always bring our own and sleep on top of them after disinfecting. We found a lot of little bugs under the blankets and sheets and fleas in the room. The housekeeping staff was very friendly when we ran into them in the hallway but didn't leave any toilet paper when cleaning the room, good thing i always carry wipes. Never staying here again!
- Maxwell (7/5): I am a loyal customer, who spent thousands of dollars last year alone, and am disappointed. - - The bed was well-made. - The room was spotless. - Overall cleanliness great. - The initial room was smoke-filled and I had to ask for a non-smoking room. - When mine and several guests cardkeys stopped working, the man at the front desk just walked away, said he was going to lunch and left the property. - My request (made online at time of purchase), stated 'I am a senior, and require a room on the 1st floor, near the front desk". Although the parking lot was near empty and rooms were available, the person at the front desk refused my request. - During my stay, at no time did my cardkey work, causing me to visit the front desk to have them re-activate each time to enter my room. Other guests experienced the same thing. It was not due to cards being demagnetized en masse. it felt like I and other POC were being inconvenienced and monitored by the front desk. Very degrading and insensitive.

Although the staff was really nice I didn't like that my room was not ready at check-in. It was over 100 degrees outside, and I had to wait for my room. I finally get into my room and there is no refrigerator or microwave. I go to take a shower and there are no face towels supplied. I called the desk and they kindly told me they would have some delivered. The wash cloths were never delivered. These may not be major issues but an inconvenience for sure.

- Ivonne (2/5): - The receptionist didn’t know what was going on. They let someone book the room we were in at 3:30 am while we were sleeping. The other guest unlocked our door and tried to come in screaming three times saying that was their room. They attempted to barge in several times meanwhile screaming outside our door for several minutes. Good thing we had the security lock on so they couldn’t open the door the entire way. They kept sticking their hand in the door and banging on the window. The simple sorry they gave at the front desk isn’t enough to cover the mistake they made and the scare we had in the middle of the night. Meanwhile the security that was there when we checked in was nowhere to be found during all this.

The staff is amazing. It’s just the people. I am here 12:49 AM writing this review. I have utterly given up sleeping the amount of noise that is coming from upstairs. It’s just completely ridiculous for almost 1 o’clock in the morning. It was a mission to get my two month old granddaughter to go to sleepwith kids running around at 1 o’clock in the morning

My parking stall was not adjacent to my room. The second floor guests were very noisy, moving furniture all night. Found out a car was stolen three cars away from mine. Probably will not be back. See above.

- Kaira (2/5): - Roaches in the room i have pictures and postings them on google and yelp review. Staff didn't care and did not do anythings and just said sorry. The other room had roaches too. Old run down hotel with new looking stuff but you can tell its a very old hotel and they cant get rid of the roaches and people playing loud music and people just hanging out outside. Deug deals going down. People pulling up exchanging somehting and leaving and the person who is selling is staying at the motel. The whole area and room smelled like old cigarettes. A person was staying there in a 1 bed room with 5 kids and 3 adults and was loud running around all night and day and hotel never did anything. Manager never around and never there even when you call days later manager still not around and never calls you back.
