• René (7/5): - Antonio, son accueil, son amabilité et sa serviabilité. Le petit déjeuner "à la carte" est servi en chambre et nous avons pu déjeuner sur la terrasse. L'emplacement est à 3 minutes à pied du métro (arrêt Cipro). Il y a des commerces et des restaurants aux alentours. Il y a un parking à 100 mètres (payant). Un peu de manque de propreté. La chambre mériterait un rafraichissement.

• Dalila (6/5): Non consigliato - La metto vicino Il bagno è piccolo e senza bidet,il che ha rappresentato per noi italiani un po un disguido. Presente un doccino da utilizzare in sostituzione ma comunque scomodo. Pulizia del bagno molto carente soprattutto sul fondo della doccia, abbondante polvere( un po in tutta la stanza)la quale è stata tolta parzialmente solo dopo il nostro sollecitare. Colazione discreta, comunque il proprietario è stato attento alle varie allergie/intolleranze. Disponibile ed educato. Sicuramente ottima la posizione vicinissima alla metro e ai vari servizi. Ambiente tranquillo e non rumoroso.Sicuramente tutto sommato c’è una forte discrepanza in alcune cose tra la realtà e ciò che c’è scritto sulle recensioni. Voto non oltre la sufficienza

• Rūta (8/5): Ļoti labi! - Brokastis bija labas. Tās iepriekšējā dienā ir jāpasūta. Vēlmes pēc iespējām tiek izpildītas. Izcila atrašanās vieta. Ar kājām tikai 15 minūšu attālumā no Vatikāna. 5 minūšu attālumā ir metro pietura. Labs rajons - ir gan restorāni, gan pārtikas veikali un aptiekas, kafejnīcas. Skaņas izolācija varētu būt labāka, tomēr ar to rēķinājāmies pēc citām sniegtajām atsauksmēm. Varbūt šur tur prasītos kosmētiskais remonts (vannaistabā), taču viss bija kārtīgs un tīrs.

• Sjoerd (10/5): Meer dan geslaagd in een overweldigend historisch Rome. - De verhuurder heeft alles goed geregeld. Ontbijt naar wens samenstellen. Accomodatie dichtbij metro, trein en meerdere tussen om alle delen van Rome vlot te kunnen bereiken. Ook de reis van vliegveld naar accomodatie is vlot met de trein te doen. Accomodatie zelf ligt niet an een drukke weg in een klein appartementencomplex. Kortom geslaagd. De badkamer had wat groter gemogen.

• Fodor (9/5): Great location, excellent breakfast. - Antonio is a great host, the apartment is situated in in a great spot, close to Vatican and close to line A metro station. The Italian breakfast is excellent and served directly in the room by the host. The WiFi works very slow, almost unusable.

Great to have air con in the room. Breakfast was not like the photo online at all. Dry packets of small toast and jam plus fruit juice and tea/coffee. I did ask for some butter and fruit which was provided later.

The breakfast are gorgeous! We stayed during the San Remo music festival, and the neighbors were listening to the show every night until 2am! As the walls aren't thick enough, we couldn't get any sleep. We came for a vacation, to relax and feel good but instead it was a nightmare every evening.

• Braden (8/5): Nice personnel; Great if you just need a place to sleep, but not for those needing privacy - Very nice personnel. He was understanding of our needs and was very helpful. This was especially nice because my friend and I were traveling with sport equipment that we needed to keep in the room. The room was also great for people who are not planning to spend much time other than sleeping there. Breakfast was also nice, but nothing special. The reception is right in front of the room doors. It really feels like a large room was reconstructed into a hotel by adding walls. If you're looking for a feeling of privacy, this is not your place.

• Jay (8/5): Very good - It is close to the Vatican Museum and Library. And it takes me 15 mins to walk there every day. The neighbors next door made a lot of noise at night, talking loudly around 1:00 to 2:00 a.m for several nights in a row. I didn't open the door to check because I didn't know if they were travelers who came back late after drinking or ghosts of the old house.
• Simpson (8/5): Pleasant, comfortable, friendly - It was in a quiet residential area. The owner was very friendly and could not have offered us more help. Such a gentleman! The metro was 5 mins away. In the heat wave, the air con in the room was essential and wonderful! The room was pleasant/ comfortable size. We had twin beds. The shutters kept the light out so we could enjoy our rest . There were cafes and shops nearby but not so near that we could hear them! No issues! It was quite far from the centre of Rome , so we needed to go on the Underground but that was practical. The flat is on the 4th floor but there is a lift. If you were to have other, noisier guests staying in any of the neighbouring rooms, you would hear them. ( we did not experience this)
• L.merzon (9/5): Superb - The host, Antonio. Very nice man! Everything very clean, the bed very comfortable. Good location, 5 min walk to Cipro subway station. Good value for the money. The breakfast was rather dull, but Antonio was open to wishes.

• Michele (5/5): Easy to get to Vatican City, cheap rooms. Nice host! - Very close to Vatican City, few min walking distance . Antonio, the host, very nice, polite and very helpful. Do not expect anything nice, there is a bed and a bathroom. That is it.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was lots of room in the closet to put luggage and hang clothes. There was construction to renew the front of the building. We had a problem with the Air Conditioning not working. The concern with the A/C was solved immediately which we were pleased about.
• Nadezhda (9/5): Superb - The host was very friendly and met me at the apartment late at night. He also recommended me a good restaurant in the area. The location is quite convenient: the metro is a few minutes walk, the Vatican is 10 minutes away. There is a breakfast, but it's not something "cooked":) I understand that this is not a problem with the apartments themselves, but still: the building is under reconstruction, work is carried out every weekday from 8 am right outside your window. Due to this construction work, it was not easy to find the correct entrance to the building. Also, as already written in the reviews, this is not a hotel, but a flat divided into several “apartments", so the sound insulation is poor.

The walls are very thin, you can hear anything from outside, one night we woke up at 2:00am with the speaking of the receptionist and some guests! The room was humid and there were some insects, it was not very clean :(

• Helena (3/5): The accommodation did not meet our expectations. - The accommodation was advertised as a hotel but it was iin a private flat and it would be more suitable to be called a guesthouse. The breakfast was nothing like in the picture. It was only one croissant and a class of juice and coffee. All in all, the building was under renovation and you could not see out the window.

• Faticha (5/5): Passable - The building is secure and the neighborhood is quiet. Breakfast available on time. Breakfast very poor, doesn't comply with was specified in the ads. Just coffee or tea, a croissant and juice. Soap and shampoo not enough for 6 nights. Just two small pieces of soap and one flacon of shampoo for two persons for all the stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Room to stay for 2 nights near the Vatican - The value for money is good - it is very reasonable for a short stay. It is on the top floor of an apartment block and breakfast is served in your room. There is only the room with a shower room - no other areas to use. It was noisy in the night with dustbins and other noises - despite being up on the top floor. It was basic but clean.

• Verified traveler (8/5): kleines B&B - Wir waren Ende März für 4 Nächte in Rom. Der Checkin ging sehr schnell und das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Frühstück gab es auf dem Zimmer. Die Uhrzeit konnte man am Abend vorher selbst bestimmen. Das Frühstück war einfach aber reichlich. Antonio war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bis auf die Lage, die etwas abseits war, war alles toll. Wir würden wieder kommen.

• Anonimus Spain (2/5): máxima insatisfacción - Pésima calidad en el servicio de atención al cliente así como los servicios prestados por regente del establecimiento. Desayuno proporcionando alimentos no del día y sin libertad de horario pues carece de despendencias para desayunar dispensandolo personalmente todos los días en la habitación. Cocina sucia e insalubre. Trato al cliente con total ausencia de amabilidad y por personal que no cuida ni por su higiene personal con lo que ello conlleva en un servicio público y lo que esto deriva en otros servicios prestados. Habitación sin intimidad ubicada justo a 1 metro del despacho del regente del establecimiento y 2 metros de la puerta de acceso a la vivienda. Al contestar al correo electrónico recibido para valorar el recibimiento del hotel y estancia nos supuso un gran problema pues el regente adoptó una actitud hostil, faltándonos el respeto y recriminándonos tal hecho, exigiéndonos desde ese mismo momento hasta que abandonamos la habitación la tasa de capitalidad con malos modos, hecho que subyace la falta de profesionalidad por parte del regente del referido establecimiento que no acepta críticas de clientes y las emplee para mejorar a través de ellas. De ahí el interés en poner en su conocimiento la gran disconformidad en la estancia durante nuestra estancia en Roma, para que a través de nuestra opinión otras personas les sirva a la hora de elegir establecimiento para hospedarse. NUNCA LO RECOMENDARÍA, pues son muchas las ilusiones que rompen.
• Mikhail (10/5): Радушный прием недалеко от Ватикана - Отелем владеет семья, хозяйка в прошлом русская :) Поэтому обо всем можно договориться. Но это скорее гостевой дом, нежели отель. Номеров немного (мы ни разу не видели других жильцов), обстановка почти домашняя. Номер хороший, TV на русском, санузел хороший. Хозяева ненавязчивые и всегда рады помочь. На кухню доступа нет, но мы выпросили небольшой чайник. Завтрак это кофе/чай, круассан и пара кусков хлеба,- на него особо не рассчитывайте. Приносят в удобное вам время прямо в комнату. Сам район очень унылый (типа Купчино), но близко к Ватикану - это огромный плюс, до станции метро 3 мин. - тоже плюс, рядом 2 небольших и 1 большой супермаркет. Но это окраина, в Риме лучше жить где-то между Ватиканом и основными "развалинами", но там и цены совершенно другие. По соотношению цена/качество просто супер, но в самом районе делать нечего. В целом остались довольны, хозяевам спасибо!
• Verified traveler (10/5): 주인장이 너무 칠절한 비엔비! - 바티칸 근처에서 숙소를 머물 예정이시면 적극 추천합니다. 주인장님이 정말 친절하고 항상 미소를 잃지 않으며 이것저것 챙겨줍니다. 조식도 굉장히 깔끔하게 주시고 시간까지 정확하게 맞춰줍니다. 다음에도 이탈리아 여행을 오게되면 이곳에 꼭 머물 것입니다. 적극 추천합니다!
• Alessandro (6/5): Roma e Vaticano - Questo hotel è stato ricavato da un appartamento in un condominio. Ben inteso che i comfort di avere una intera struttura di hotel non si hanno. Se si vuole fare un viaggio in cui l'importanza della camera è relativa questo è un ottimo hotel. è vicino alla metropolitata quindi puoi girare bene Roma. è vicino al vaticano quindi se si vogliono vedere i musei vaticani e tutto il vaticano è ottimo. e' vicino ad un ristorante "il falcone" in cui si mangia bene e si spende il giusto. I punti deboli sono: bagno piccolo con bidè sostituito da doccia a spruzzo e colazione sufficiente ma limitata a poche cose.
• Johannes (10/5): Great bed and breakfast place close to the Vatican - This is an intimate bed and breakfast with a very friendly host close to the Vatican Museum (about 10 minutes by foot). The room was clean and spacious, had a balcony and air conditioning. The breakfast consisted of a croissant, fresh Italian coffee, orange juice, yogurt, bread, and honey/marmalade/chocolate spread, which made for a good start into the day.
• Vladimir (10/5): Рекомендую! - Останавливаюсь в этом отеле второй раз. Очень удобное месторасположение (я пешком гуляю мимо Ватикана вплоть до Колизея.) Очень приветливый персонал, чисто, тихо. Но небольшой нюанс! Для тех, кто не совсем понимает классификацию "Постель завтрак". Вечером персонала в отеле нет. Кухня закрыта и попить кофе можно только в близлежащих ресторанах. Благо их вокруг огромное количество.

• Guy (4/5): le propriétaire est vraiment antipathique. - il s'agit d'un appartement qui a été aménagé en chambres. L'isolation phonique est vraiment très mauvaise. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine. Un soir, des nouveaux voisins sont arrivés et ont pris une douche à 23 h.

• Ron E (10/5): Location is the key - It is a very quaint B&B that is in a fantastic location. Breakfast is served in your room between the hours of 8 and 10. Typical Italian breakfast with breads, butter, jam, juice, yogurt and coffee. Extremely clean and well maintained with A/C in the rooms and the required amenities. The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk to the Metro Cipro station, walking distance to Vatican City. Many restaurants and cafes are nerby. Definitely I recommend that you make Rosso Vivo, Restaurant - Wine Bar at Via Cipro, 61 a must go to. It's open in the evening only but well worth it. They stay open very late as well
• RioM (8/5): - A B&B place located in the 4th floor building of a residential neighborhood less than 5mins walk to the Metro-Cipro station -about 15mins walk to Vatican Museum, 25-30mins to St Peter Square. The area is quiet, noise from outside is limited to the garbage truck that comes by every morning. Traffic noise is almost non-existent. The building is secured; 3 keys required to get to your room-building key; Unit key and room-key. There's a lot of choice of small-restaurants around the area. The room works well with couples or up to 3 people, more than 3 and it could be cramped. The room itself, clean, good air-conditioning, very spartan; bed are comfortable; toilet is clean. The owner was very courteous and friendly. For someone who just need to a room to sleep in while in Rome -this is a good place to stay.
