• Terence (1/5): Avoid apartments 1 and 2 at all costs. Otherwise average. - Nice pool area with great view and convenient walk from back of pool down to the beach. Avoid room 1 and 2 or walk away - our apartment was one of two on the pool deck, no sea view unless standing due to extra high privacy glass (but not high enough to stop people by pool looking in when they stood up). Due to its poor design zero sunlight got to the room windows and only a tiny strip made it to the veranda for an hour or so a day, so it was COLD in the room. Being May the hotel heating was switched off so we couldn't stay in the room for long, they did give us plenty of extra blankets though. They tried to deny the room was cold - and indeed it was about 6 degrees warmer in reception, which was 9 floors higher up. Obviously we asked for a different room as soon had been to the room but apart from the gaslighting denial that there could possibly be a problem were told no other rooms available. Thankfully was only 4 nights, with hindsight we probably should have left and argued about refunds afterwards. Parking - once we were lucky and found a space 5 minutes away. Next time circled for 15 minutes and then had to park another 15 minutes away.

La chambre était propre, confortable et très agréable. Le vrai plus : la magnifique vue sur la mer, vraiment incroyable surtout au lever et au coucher du soleil. Une expérience reposante et mémorable, je recommande vivement cet hôtel Incroyable

Access to 24 h small market by reception Aerobic sounds from hotel next door at 10 am in the morning was definitely too laud and not necessary. Would be nice if small amount of spices are provided in the kitchen, salt, pepper, sugar. Pillows were in Spanish style long and flat, not my type. Other than that it was perfect stay!

В виду того, что ремонту 10 лет выгоревший текстиль! Шторы нужно заменить! Из-за отсутствия ковриков, каких то мебельных атрибутов в номере гуляет эхо! Слышимость 10 из 10! Хорошо, что еще дискотек нет рядом! Завтрак соответствует 3 звездам, в принципе, как и все остальное! Слышимость, акустика, старый текстиль, отсутствие предметов мебели и аксессуаров!

• Charlotte (7/5): Séjour agréable à cette période de l'année - Nous avons apprécié la vue de la chambre (sur mer), la chambre spacieuse et la terrasse avec vue sur mer pour le petit déjeuner. Le jacuzzi est très agréable aussi. L'emplacement est idéal pour les personnes sans véhicules (pas de parking) - tout peut se faire à pied : courses, restaurants, sorties nocturnes, plage. Dans la chambre : les lits sont fermes et pas si confortables. Ce sont des lits individuels (type sommier sur pied). Dans le salon : payer près de 300 € pour que nos filles dorment sur le canapé n'est pas raisonnable et surtout abusé. Je pensais qu'à ce prix là elles auraient un lit, un vrai. Il n'y a pas de parking, ce qui rend compliqué de garer sa voiture. Le quartier est vite prit d'assaut et les places sont chères.

• Lily (10/5): The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at - Gorgeous sea views, huge rooms and comfy beds. Cleaners were fantastic and the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Such good value for money too we couldn’t believe it walking in! Pool was gorgeous too. Close to everything but far enough away there’s not a lot of noise. Honestly couldnt recommend enough !

• Tamara (1/5): - I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this hotel. Even though I had fully paid for my stay, I arrived one day later and lost that prepaid night. The only thing I asked for in return was a late check-out, but my request was refused. What made this even more frustrating is that it was clearly not peak season, and I am confident there were available rooms — in fact, the room next to mine was empty. This kind of attitude towards guests is very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

Facilities in the room is just what we need. Personnel à la réception qui est très agréable, le service du ménage au top. Nous remercions la Direction et son équipe pour son geste commercial. À bientôt. Manque de traduction en Français ( dépliants, menus à la cafétéria etc…. ) donc pas facile pour la communication même si il y a l anglais :) . Manque de stationnement autour de l hôtel pour garer la voiture.

• Rupp (9/5): Super tolles Hotel mit fast keinen Mängel. - Die Lage war Top bis auf den Hügel den man bezwingen muss um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Der Strand ist 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Zimmer ist bis auf die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Nur die Sauberkeit und den Gestank im Badezimmer habe ich soweit nichts zu bemängeln. Das Wasser das aus der Dusche kommt könnte noch mehr sein, um sich richtig zu waschen reicht es nicht richtig aus.

Tuvieramos que puntuar sólo el apartamento, le daríamos un 10. Aparcar es muy complicado y el hotel no dispone de parking. Las paredes son muy finas y se oye a las habitaciones contiguas.

• Vaiva (6/5): It was okay; property need to work on cleaning and transparency over facilities! - The property has rooms with amazing views - we stayed on the 8th floor and the panoramic view of the beach, the little island and the property was amazing!! Pool is also open all year round apparently, sadly this leads to assumption that the water is heated and it is not - not even in Jacuzzi!!! It was okay for the amount we paid - it was not yet season time so cost was low that's why we didn't complain. The main issue is cleansiness, and overall property management - electricity issues and lack of information about pool specifically! How come a pool is not heated nor the jacuzzi?? This should be said on booking.com - the 2nd reason from choosing room for the view was pool!! SO COLD!

• Mihai (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at HSM Sandalo Beach - The hotel is positioned so that all rooms face the sea, having a wonderful view of the bay and a nearby small island. The reception staff was very friendly and offered valuable advice for our stay, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable and the cleaning staff did their jobs well. Although there was a bar for hanging our clothes, we could not find any clothes hangers.

Гарні коктейлі внизу на барі, є вихід до моря, Гарне розташування готелю (є поруч супермаркет). В номері є все потрібне, щоб відчувати комфорт. Ну і найкраще -це вид ! Він неймовірний! Лежиш на ліжку і дивишся на море 😍 Є одне зауваження, щодо блакитного прожектора ( я розумію, що це підсвітка готеля), але спати було можливо лише з зачиненими шторами. ( останню ніч мого перебування його вимкнули, і я відчула взагалі «райську насолоду»)

• Deepak (9/5): Awesome 4 days with an ocean view. - The staff was extremely nice and friendly. We had a delay with our flight and we had to check in after midnight. The receptionist was there and even their own mini supermarket was there. Moreover the location was near to the beach and they even had a swimming pool which was not overcrowded. Overall a good experience. They even booked a taxi for us to go to the airport when we were going back. We told them that we have to reach the airport early in the morning and they told us that they will take care of that and booked the taxi for early in the morning. They even told us where to rent a scooter and in case we don't find any parking places, where to park the scooter. They even provided maps to those places. We found them extremely friendly.

Even if I mentioned it and asked to kindly get at least a air fragrance to spray, the staff said they’d mention it to the cleaning team but nothing has changed in the week i stayed there and the smell was there for the entire week. The curtains were very dirty and you’ll have to touch them every time you want to open the window. The microwave was very dirty too.

• Conxa (7/5): Agradable - La ubicación es excelente,pero es un problema el aparcamiento,un grave problema.Al final opté por dejar el coche abajo y tenía que hacerme la subida al hotel andando. Los desayunos poca variedad,no había yogour,ni frutos secos,la fruta escasa falta un microondas Tampoco aceite para las tostadas.Y muy caro.Hay que poner una cafetera en los apartamentos .

• Mária (10/5): Rendkívül kedves személyzet, szép panoráma - Gyönyörű kilátás, illetve rendkívül kedves személyzet. Takarítás szinte minden nap. Egy-egy alkalommal hangoskodás éjjel a szomszédos szobákból.
• Katarzyna (7/5): Hotel super na krótki wypad, w mojej ocenie raczej jako baza wypadowa niż plażowanie/ basen w nim. - Widok z balkonu, już na 4 piętrze był cudowny. Mrówki w pokoju i skromne (ale świeże i smaczne) śniadania
