chiara (6/5): Nice place to stay but ditch the Basil Fawlty attitude. - Location was good. The staff we were dealing with were quite abrupt in the way they dealt with us. Being pleasant in the way you talk to guests who chose to stay would be my recommendation. Nothing to do with language as I speak fluent Italian and my wife is Italian. No need to continuously repeat by Whatsapp that we have to leave by 10am before we have even checked in. Really..... Also. There is a kitchen in the property. How about a small fridge there and may be some kitchen utensils to prepare breakfast?

La camera è splendida, molto accogliente e romantica, strutturata con un soppalco davvero delizioso. Rispecchia fedelmente tutto ciò che viene promesso nella descrizione. È comodissima e super accessoriata, dotata di frigorifero e bollitore con una selezione di tisane. Un grande valore aggiunto è stato l'host: super disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a rispondere tempestivamente a ogni nostra chiamata. Consigliatissimo!

Benedetta (10/5): - La struttura è ubicata in una posizione centrale, vicinissima ad alcuni dei siti di maggiore interesse artistico e culturale della città di Ravenna. Inoltre, a pochi passi è presente una buona caffetteria dove fare colazione. Il bilocale era accogliente e ampio, dotato di un bagno con doccia e bidet e di uno com wc e lavandino. Ci sono televisore smart, appendini, portavaligia, bollitore, bicchieri e bustine di tè e tisane, nonché una bottiglia d’acqua. Il letto era sufficientemente comodo. Essendo affacciata su un cortile interno, la stanza non era molto luminosa, ma per me non è stato un problema, dal momento che ho trascorso il tempo per lo più in giro per la città. Pulizia ottima. Gentili i gestori, che mi hanno prestato un ombrello e dato indicazioni utili per la visita e l’enogastronomia (in stanza ci sono consigli al riguardo, oltre a due guide sui mosaici e le principali altre attrazioni della città). Disponibile il deposito bagagli.

L'appartamento è molto ampio con due camere da letto e il bagno è molto grande e luminoso. La presenza del terrazzino è un confort in più! Il proprietario ci ha inoltre permesso di lasciare le valigie anche dopo il check out. Tutto ottimo, lo consiglio.

Great location, excellent service from owners, very readily available. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it was fine. There is no elevator so it can be a hassle trying to carry luggage up the stairs. It would be great if it had a kitchenette to maybe cook simple meals but it’s also fine as is.

Botticelli's area (10/5): - La posizione: è centralissimo e c'è possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento li vicino a 3 euro e 30 centesimj al giorno. Inoltre la stanza ha un salotto ampio dove rilassarsi, oltre alla camera da letto.

La camera è situata al secondo piano di una struttura senza ascensore, con scala interna nella stanza per accedere al bagno. Sarebbe stato opportuno accertarsi che non avessimo una qualche disabilità. La mancanza della colazione (anche un semplice caffè idrosolubile) si è fatta sentire. La stanza era inoltre molto buia.

NATALE (8/5): - Posizione ottima per visitare Ravenna. Nicolò sprizza simpatia e cordialità tipiche romagnole. Struttura accogliente. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata su alcune zone delle pareti.

Stanza pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort (cuscini extra, cassaforte, kit bagno, bollitore con tisane, guida della città, ecc...), esteticamente molto bella e ben tenuta, spaziosa e con balconcino privato. Sistema di check-in anticipato e ritiro chiavi in loco molto comodo. Cuscini e materassi un po' duri per i miei gusti, ma è molto soggettivo.
