• Best (10/5): Great place. Love it - Location, staff, everything That there is no onsite breakfast for when it’s raining but that’s a tiny gripe
• David (8/5): Good value hotel near the beach at Sanur - The Aquarius is very clean and the rooms very spacious. The hotel has a very pleasant pool. The hotel is good value. It's about 200 metres to the beach and many cafes and bars nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good air conditioning and comfortable bed. Good television. There is no breakfast available at the hotel. Wifi a bit patchy - but this is the case in most accommodation in Bali. The hotel is very good value if you are happy with older style.

• Michellemg2000 (6/5): - Great size room . Shower was big, hot water. Breakfast at Luhte was good, its our favourite place. Air conditioner barely cooled room, overhead fan didn't work. Only stayed one night thank god. We were upstairs , to many stairs for me. No real view.
• Patricia (8/5): Great location. - The location was really good, easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the room clean. We had a 2 nd floor room and it only has stairs. If you can’t climb stairs then book a downstairs room. Breakfast is a 10 minute walk to a cafe on the beach. Most of the guests were over 60 and it suited that age group. Breakfast was ok but got a bit boring after a week. We had a pump of some kind above our room that was noisy early morning.

• Claudia (4/5): Good location but unpleasant smell - Great location, short walk to restaurants, shopping, beach, night market I am sensitive to smells and my room (12) smelled very damp/mouldy. I found it not pleasant to be or sleep in the room at all. Also room has no privacy unless you close the curtains and need to turn on light.

Rooms are spacious but I found the bed and pillows really hard and uncomfortable and there was an army style blanket on the bed which was too small for the bed to give adequate coverage. The shower floor filled up quickly with water when showering and took a while to go down the drain. It was really difficult to lock/unlock the front door with the key.

So strong, in fact, that I woke up the next morning with pain in my lungs. This was truly unpleasant and unhealthy. In addition, the bathroom ventilation makes a terrible noise, and there is a constant ticking sound, as if there were a clock somewhere in the room. Finally, if you close the bathroom door, you cannot open it again. In case of an urgent need to use the toilet, you first have to find a staff member to reopen the door. The staff member immediately knew which room it was and came with a whole bunch of keys. It is a pity, because everything looks fine in the photos, but these issues make the stay very uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately they cannot resolve these inconveniences. • Ole (10/5): Fantastiskt sted og ikke mindst god beliggenhed - Et dejligt roligt hotel tæt på stranden. Morgenmaden var rigtig god og bliver serveret på stranden. Dejlig badestrand og billigt at leje solsengen for en hel dag og poolen og pool området på hotellet var også helt i top. Mulighed for både sol og skygge hele dagen. Lige overfor hotellet ligger Warung SPORT, de har et stort og godt udvalg af både indonesiske og vestlige retter til yderst rimelige penge. Ikke det mindste .. kun godt

• Ilse (7/5): Leuk hotel voor een paar weken. - Het is een goed hotel met fijne grote kamers met goede bedden. De kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt en eventueel worden de handdoeken vervangen want dat is niet elke dag nodig. In de avond werd het licht in de kamer aangedaan en werd de deken omgeslagen! Ook werd er dan iedere avond een beetje verdelging voor de muggen gespoten. Aardig personeel en vriendelijk. In het hotel zelf is geen restaurant en dit kon je 200 m verderop aan het strand doen. Dit was een heel leuk restaurantje waar je ontbijt, lunch en diner kunt doen en betaalbaar! En dan een natuurlijk een pracht uitzicht over de zee. Als we wilden douchen in de middag moesten we eerst kijken of er genoeg druk op het water stond en dat was jammer. Want soms kwam er niet meer dan een mini straaltje uit. Hierdoor moesten we dan ook bijna elke dag wel vragen bij de receptie of er gezorgd kon worden voor meer druk. Dit bleek te komen doordat men ook het zwembad spoelde daardoor nam de druk op het water in de kamers af en dat elke dag weer. Dit vind ik een minpunt, dit zou men anders moeten regelen.

And preaching Moses from the bible. Not the hotels fault. Just Aussies being typical obnoxious Aussies, thinking that the pool and lounge areas was just for them. Not thinking of others that may have wanted to share that space.

Highly recommended. No twin configuration downstairs, only stairs to next level ( hard for older people) which makes it hard with family or friend travelling together.

• Breanna (5/5): Located 2 mins from Sindhu beach - - Great location, 2 mins walk to Sindhu beach - Has a pool - Good aircon rooms - Rooms are very big - Staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating - good for a few nights stay, not long term - beautiful gardens - gazebos upstairs are nice - water pressure is non existent, dribbles out, sometimes no hot water (upstairs rooms) - pool is hot because there is no shade - amenities limited, no hairdryer or shaving kits - No phone in the rooms to ring reception - Beds are very uncomfortable, old and springs stick into your back! - scratchy brown army blankets for the beds, no doonas/quilts for comfort, just a top sheet and scratchy blanket - overpriced for the low quality and lack of amenities available - unfortunately won't stay here again despite staffs efforts to make us comfortable, highly appreciated though
