- Joel (4/5): Great if you have an emergency stay but not good for comfort. - It was clean but very strange policy’s. Cash deposits and if you leave any stains on bedding ,towels , or use to many towels you don’t get your deposit back. Everything can be changed to keep your deposit.

- refujio (4/5): Bad check in. - It was close to multiple places. The check in was not good, we had to wait more than an hour cause the room was not ready. This was past the check in time.

We told the front desk lady who already had an attitude when we first came in to check in and she wasn’t apologetic AT ALL and told us it would be at least 30 minutes to get housekeeping to clean our room and proceeded to tell us we could just get a refund and go elsewhere…….We booked this room months in advance for a music festival and were planning on finishing getting ready in the room so this caused us to miss our favorite artist. They price gouged these 2 nights so bad and we couldn’t even get the bare minimum for a hotel. To make things worse, the fridge looked like it had black mold in it and there was an alive ROACH in the fridge. The floors were so gross, our feet became so dirty after walking around the room for like 5 minutes. Completely disgusting place I would never stay here again.

Ruido constante proveniente del freeway que está al lado del hotel. Precio excesivo para lo que recibimos. No volvería jamás.

- Sherry (5/5): - Very clean & comfortable The downfall is although it's located in convenient location the traffic and freeway construction is definitely unsatisfying.

The area is terrible Everything is bad we have to take pics the first 15m to make sure any existing stains dont come out if the $60 cash they ask to give u the key even though the room was paid for with card on file

- Isabel (1/5): Won’t ever go back again, nor recommend - N/a Guest services was bad, they don’t even provide a receipt if they are keeping ur deposit. Also the mattress are already stained with blood and they still keep them that way, but they have the nerve to stay with my deposit of $60 for a sheet my daughter accidentally threw up on due to not feeling well overnight. I asked for a receipt since they were keeping the deposit & the receptionist refused to give me one at check out which was around 8am today. I didn’t mind paying for a sheet that they’re going to throw in bleach anyway and reuse it cause not even the mattresses looked sanitary. Instead the receptionist got mad and argued about the fact that I wanted a paper stating that my deposit was kept for the linen! Very unprofessional and was on her phone while I was talking to her ! & yes I did take out my phone afterwards to record for my record cause I needed a receipt in order to be reimbursed for that deposit kept!
