Pusryčiai - kruasanas ir karštas gėrimas pasirinkimui, šalia esančioj kavinukėje. 10val kruasanų jau purma dieną neliko, vadinas pusryčiai kava. Nemanau, kad verta rinktis - su pusryčiais, kada gauni kavanir kruasana. Vonios kambarys labai jau prašo remonto.

• flaviacodias (1/5): The worst experience of my life. - None. I travel frequently, and I have never, in all my years as a guest, experienced anything as frightening and disrespectful as this stay. Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation experience of my life. I made the reservation requesting a triple room with three single beds, as I was traveling with two friends. Upon check-in, we found one double bed and one single bed — not what we had booked. I contacted the host respectfully and politely, hoping to resolve the situation. Instead of any kind of dialogue, I received a barrage of rude messages and, worse, a voice call where he started screaming at me like a crase person, repeatedly aggressively saying I was wrong. His reaction was completely disproportionate. Minutes later, the host showed up at the apartment, speaking loudly on his phone, and knocked on our door demanding we leave. When I opened the door, I was faced with a very large, intimidating man who ordered me and my friends to leave immediately. He said he had already canceled the reservation, that we had 5 minutes to get out, and that he had called the police. He even blocked the door when I tried to close it. As we were leaving, he mocked us, asking sarcastically: "Where are the single beds you asked for?" His behavior was irrationally aggressive — as if he was having some kind of breakdown. It left me and my friends feeling deeply scared, insecure and in shock, especially as three women alone facing someone who was clearly out of control. We didn't stay to wait for the police — the sense of immediate danger was overwhelming. I strongly recommend that this listing be banned from the platform. Hosts who treat guests with such hostility and psychological violence pose a real threat to anyone's safety and well-being.

Отличное расположение: рядом супермаркеты, магазины, кафе, остановки общественного транспорта. Немного слышен шум с улицы, слышно соседей.

• Roccuzzo (10/5): Bellissima esperienza! - Posizione strategica, la fermata di bus e tram è di fronte al B&b, la colazione al bar è ottima, anche in casa si può preparare caffè, tè, ecc... e ci sono anche torte, frutta, biscotti. Alberto ci ha permesso di accendere alla struttura autonomamente, non l'abbiamo mai incontrato ma comunque è stato sempre super disponibile e ci ha anche regalato l'uovo di Pasqua!
• Duboscq (8/5): - L’emplacement permet de se promener soit à pied soit directement en transports au pied de l’immeuble. Le confort de la literie était très bien. Et les petits biscuits offerts dans la chambre. Le personnel de ménage nous a même proposé de faire notre chambre chaque matin. L’isolation phonique (nous entendons énormément le bruit de la rue, comme si la fenêtre n’était pas fermée), et IDEM pour les autres voyageurs présents dans les autres chambres. La chambre étant devant l’entrée, et contre la cuisine, nous entendons tous les allers et venues.

• Lara (9/5): Ci ritornerò e lo consiglierò a chi visita la città! - Soggiorno davvero ottimo! Io ero nella stanza con letto matrimoniale + 1 letto aggiuntivo e il padrone di casa ci ha permesso di dividere il matrimoniale in 2. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua e snack. I servizi erano puliti e ben riforniti, la camera essenziale è perfetta per 3 persone che vogliono unire un viaggio a Roma e una comoda permanenza. Nella mia formula avevo inclusa la colazione al Bar Giselda, bevanda + cornetto, molto buono. Inoltre é possibile utilizzare il bollitore e la macchinetta del caffè in un soggiorno comune adiacente, dotato anche di lavandino, cucinino e stoviglie varie. Il padrone di casa é rapidissimo nella risposta, disponibile e cordiale. Ci siamo trovate bene, perfetto per amiche/amici. Non ho nulla da dire in negativo.

Pulita e nonostante le finestre affacciano sulla strada non si sentono rumori fastidiosi. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottimale, con fermata del bus a pochi passi. Per la colazione danno un buono per un bar li vicino. Molto carino!

Il personale gentilissimo e la posizione era super se si vuole stare a Trastevere. Non c'era la ventola nel bagno e purtroppo questo è una grave mancanza. La pulizia in bagno non era il massimo.

Stanza rumorosissima, si sente tutto ciò che succede fuori (tram e passaggi di mezzi vari) ed anche tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze. Gli altri ospiti presenti nelle altre stanze erano molto rumorosi, qualcuno addirittura si è messo a parlare in corridoio in piena notte. Consiglio di installare doppi vetri e portoncino blindato per le singole stanze.

Caretaker of apt. very helpful with instructions on getting to apt. from airport, I.e. taking train to Roma Trastevere station and taking tram to apt.

• Cristina (7/5): Good - Very beautiful property, super clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and we had everything we needed. The location was great too. I had a very stern talking to about not eating in my hotel room which came as a surprise to me as there were no indications of these rules. It was quite rude and I was being talked down to. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Da consigliare. Forse un po' di manutenzione in più all'immobile non guasterebbe. Il bagno da rifare. Ma il palazzo è molto bello e storico. Difronte al Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione vicino al centro della Romanità.

• FRANK (8/5): - La ubicacion perfecta para disfrutar de todo un poco. El check in fue totalmente autogestionado y eso me gusto Las fotos de la publicación no demuestra exactamente la realidad, aunque no estuvo mal deberían ser más realistas

Reserve 1 cama individual y 1 cama doble, y cuando llegue era un sofa cama super enano y una cama doble. Lo cual es incomodo porque no viajo con pareja y no me gusta dormir con gente. Vuelvo a publicar la reseña ya que por tu comentario parece que no entiendes. Los sofas camas no son camas individuales, dejad de incluidlos en la descripción porque nos engañais
