• Inès Grangé (8/5): Agréable séjour - Personnel très sympathique, parties communes propres et bien équipées, logement spacieux et propre (lave-linge et lave-vaisselle inclus). La piscine et le café juste en bas sont un plus. Supermarché et centre-ville accessible à pied. Idéal pour les familles. Equipement en vaisselle très sommaire mais suffisant si vous ne comptez pas beaucoup cuisiner, literie un peu ferme.

Oft sind es die Nebensächlichkeiten, die einen großen Unterschied machen: wir durften früher einchecken, es gibt einen kostenlosen Fahrradverleih (gegen Kaution), man darf den Pool auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten nutzen, es gibt Grills zur eigenen Benutzung, Parkplätze. Es war sehr entspannt und das Personal war super freundlich. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Und der Poolbereich ist wirklich sehr schön.

Do dyspozycji gości duży taras z basenem. Pod samym obiektem market EuroSpin. Na szybką kawę można sie udać do baru koło recepcji. Miasteczko i okoliczne plaże godne polecenia. W tym Punta Molentis. Do stolicy 1h drogi. Jeśli mielibyśmy wrócić na południe wyspy to właśnie tutaj.

• MatiX575 (10/5): Miły pobyt - Świetna lokalizacja - w okolicy mnóstwo plaż, świetna strefa Barbecue, bardzo miły personel - można było się bez problemu dogadać, a nasze wszystkie życzenia były spełnione - polecam serdecznie :) Wi-Fi - w nocy i rano działało bez problemów - natomiast wieczorem - nie działało wcale - przetestowane na kilku urządzeniach - w sumie chyba jedyna rzecz do poprawy.

• Jíťa (10/5): - Krásně čisté a vyvoněné ubytování, vybavení kuchyně dostačující pro jednoduchou přípravu jídla, lednička , mrazáček, mikrovlnka. Jen drobnost - chybí skleničky na víno a vývrtka (přece jen jsme v Itálii 😊), ale víno vám ochotně otevřou. Skvělý bazén (otevřen 10-13, 15-19) s lehátky, barem. Od autobusové zastávky cca 10 minut, v blízkosti COOP, euro spin, conad. K moři se dostanete procházkou cca 40 minut. Při příjezdu se vybírá záloha 200 eur.

• Paula (5/5): Not what we expected - In photos this place looks great but only in photos. The apartament was run down, dark, with dirty fridge and rusted bathroom features. The only AC unit was in the living-room over the sofa bed, which made whoever sleeps on the sofa freezing cold in order to keep the bedroom comfortable. Zero decor, empty walls, dark dirty balcony overlooking garbage area. Not sure why people love this place so much? We chose it bcs of the great reviews. It wasn’t cheap either. This was our last stop on our 1 month long Italian trip and it was disappointing. It’s a 15 min walk to centre which isn’t horrible. Overall not impressed and would not stay again. What we liked about this place was the staff who all were very friendly and the pool. But with the beautiful beaches all around us we didn’t have time to use it much Rooms- dark and dingy

• Alena (5/5): War ganz ok - Der Pool ist groß und man bekommt immer eine Liege, das Personal war sehr nett Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft, die Betten sind sehr hart, alles sehr abgelebt und herunter gekommen. Leider kein gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist sehr spartanisch und hat nur das allernötigste. Man bekommt nur 1 set Handtücher für die ganze Woche. Es gibt auch nur 1 Zimmer Schlüssel, bei 5 Personen auch schwierig. Die Putzutensilien sind kaputt und sehr dreckig.

• ZofiaAda (6/5): We expected better - Having read the reviews of this place we expected better; especially for the price. We had a one bedroom apartament, located on the 1st floor. Traveling as a family of 3 with a 10 year old. The apartament itself looks tired; kitchen was lacking basic necessities like salt and pepper. The fridge had a huge buildup of ice on the walls (the actual fridge not the freezer). There is only one AC unit in the apartament. It is located above the couch in the living room- where our daughter slept. In order to cool the bedroom down you need to run the AC high in the living room, making the person sleeping in the living room uncomfortably cold. On our 4 night stay our towels were not refreshed once. The shower fixtures are old and rusted. Balcony was messy and crammed with stuff, not a lot of room to sit for 3 ppl. Overall we expected better based on the reviews (bookings) and the price we paid. The pool was a big bonus: it was clean and the area was very well maintained. We spend our down time at the pool.

Går sommar bad buss till flera olika stränder, hållplats 5 min promenad från lägenhetshotellet. Mysig by med många restauranger och glasställen.
• James E (7/5): Expected a better place, 35 minute walk to the beach. - The kitchenette was good with a great oven and moka. Parking was free and on site. Two great supermarkets right across the street. The bathroom was in a very strange place, past the kitchen and past the second front door. Air conditioning was in the kitchen and had to be directed into the bedroom. Pool was 6 feet deep for about 70% of it and very cold. Vacant supermarket downstairs was pretty sad.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Would definitely advise anyone to stay at Residence Le Fontane. The help of Leandro was invaluable, he should be treasured by the management!

COOP and Eurospin next to Residence. Fully equipped kitchen including microoven and classic oven. Even washing machine. Towels and bed linen included . Good coffee in cafe with friendly staff.

Overall a great place to stay and explore all the fantastic beaches around the area. Only downside was a building site across the road from our balcony but that was a minor issue.

The bar by the swimming pool was most of the time closed ,not enough choiceand to expensive.Same for the reception,nobody was there in the afternoon. A few optional things were missing in the appartement . The place in general is nice ,but the price is a bit to expensive, for what he offers.
• Aleksandar (1/5): We can‘t recommend this place! Book elsewhere where you get real service for your money! - The swimming pool, and free Parking Achtung! Attention! Внимание! No room cleaning, only at additional cost 30Eur per Day, not mentioned by the booking and additional 10 Eur for towels and sheets that are not properly washed. After asking we we told that we‘ll get clean sheets and towels every week, but it didn‘t happen! We didn‘t get clean towels and bed sheets for 10 days. Many facilities at the apartment are broken. No soap or shampoo were at disposal. The toilet was not working properly and was disturbing. Late check out was approved and at the check out day denied! The bar at the pool doesn‘t have any coffee, when you need a afternoon espresso you can head to the village.

Excellent croissant and coffee in the reception coffee shop. 7 minutes drives to many excellent beaches (Simius, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentas, Columbus, Punto Lungo and more, Porta Ruxi. Walking distance to main strip with many bars hotels resto. In Sardinia need to book in advance resto's very strict. Amazing pool. large and clean over looking the mountains WIFI only works in common areas - this should be an easy fix, not sure why we don't correct
• Zsofi (10/5): Fantastic stay as always but please get WiFi for the rooms - We love this place. My mam sister and I have come here before and it's always such a pleasure staying here. The rooms are self sufficient and have everything, the bedrooms are really comfortable not to mention how amazing the staff are. They're all such lovely people. The only issue I have is there is no WiFi in the rooms. While it's good in a way to be offline for a while I'd love to stay here and work from here some time but it's not yet a possibility.

• Debbie (8/5): Wonderful Family Stay - The apartment was clean,spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The washing machine was an added bonus. Also having bikes free of charge was fantastic. The pool was quiet and not ideal for younger children who want to play and have fun.

Very small balcony, we could not squeeze in. Surprisingly, the location does not have any garden. Nothing green around the house.

• Mateusz (9/5): Superb - Very nice and helpful staff, great contact already at the booking stage when we needed a late check-in at 11 p.m. Large apartment with a kitchenette, balcony, large bedroom and bathroom (all as described). The kitchen is equipped with the most important things, the only thing missing is an electric kettle, a microwave or a frying pan. There is a supermarket right next to the residence equipped with everything you need, including accessories for the swimming pool and beach. The facility's swimming pool is large, clean and guarded by a lifeguard. There are sun loungers with umbrellas around the pool. The facility is fenced, with plenty of parking spaces. 10 minutes by car to the beach, we recommend spiaggia di Porto Giunco and spiaggia Punta Molentis. 10-15 minutes' walk to the town center, but 2-3 minutes away from the facility you can find very good restaurants.
