Possible de laisser Les bagages avant de partir. Rien. Pas de contact physique avec le personnel mais pas vraiment dérangeant compte tenu de leur disponibilité par whatsapp et de la précision des explications.

However, in our - The location of the accommodation was excellent, very close to the Colosseum, with both metro station and bus stop nearby, making it very easy and fast to get around the city. The hostess was extremely helpful and always replied immediately to our messages on WhatsApp. She also assisted us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, as we were able to leave our bags at the accommodations corridor, which made our stay much more convenient. As for the room, it was clear that it was being cleaned. The cleaner came every day and emptied the trash bins. The room itself did not feel truly clean. There was humidity and mold on the walls both in the bedroom and in the bathroom, and the toilet had permanent stains that seemed impossible to remove.

• Michael aus W (8/5): Gerne wieder, dann aber ein anderer Raum - Die Lage war gut. Auf der Seite der Nebenstraße lag ein kleines Kaffee, das auch von Anwohnern genutzt wurde. Es war sehr nett und auch sehr günstig. Wir hatten den Raum 3 und der Schrank für unsere Kleidung war zu klein 50x50 cm mit einer Kleiderstange im oberen Bereich. Somit Platz in nur 2 Schubladen

Il n'y a pas de store mais juste un rideau en tissu donc la lumière rentre dès le lever du soleil ce qui pousse a se réveiller tôt c'est bien si on veut profiter de la ville 😅

• Alexandru (8/5): Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. - We had a great stay and honestly nothing to complain about. The area was very quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated the daily room service with fresh towels and bed linens, which you don’t even get in many hotels. The room had everything we needed, including a kettle and tea, which made it feel very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short 3 minute walk to the metro and about 13 minutes to the Colosseum. There are also buses and trams nearby, so getting around is very easy. Everything was very clean, which was very important for us since we have allergies. We didn’t have any issues at all. The host was kind and responsive, always quick to reply, and the Wi Fi worked perfectly once we scanned the QR code on the door. The price is very good for the location, and we also felt safe leaving our luggage thanks to the video monitoring. The only small downside was that the bathroom didn’t have ventilation, but it wasn’t a big problem since we could just open the window.

Deposito bagagli disponibile, servizio molto apprezzato! Camera grande e pulita. Posizione molto comoda per girare la città! Bar Molino di fronte per poter far colazione ottimo! Segnalo solo che essendo un primo piano i rumori esterni si sentivano. Problema risolto con i tappi acquistati nella farmacia a 50 metri 😊

Czajnik i lodówka w pokoju. Bardzo blisko metro. Niedaleko koloseum, Forum Romanum, Wzgórze Palatyn. Piękne uliczki i architektura. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Można zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu jeśli ktoś ma wylot późnym popołudniem lub wieczorem. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Zdecydowanie polecam !

• RICARDO (9/5): Muy buena opción. - Buena ubicación, a la distancia perfecta del centro para no sentir su agobio. Zona con todos los servicios de tiendas, bares, supermercados, transportes... Bastante ruidosa pero en el hotel no llegaba nada de ruido. Habitación y baño grandes, con cama muy cómoda. Además hay una cocinita y cafetera común en el pasillo, muy de agradecer. Únicamente, TV y WiFi no iban bien, pero creo que no es algo importante.

• Medea (8/5): - Stanza davvero molto ampia, pulita e confortevole. Bella accoglienza con una caramella per ogni ospite (un piccolo gesto, ma molto apprezzato). Due televisioni davanti ai due letti sarebbero state davvero un lusso, ma una non aveva il telecomando ed entrambe non erano collegate all'antenna. La TV principale era smart e sarebbe stato fantastico guardare qualcosa su Netflix, ma la connessione era scarsa e alla fine entrambe le TV erano praticamente inutili. La stanza era piuttosto fredda, viste le temperature piuttosto rigide e la presenza di un'unica fonte di calore nella stanza, ma abbiamo risolto con le coperte aggiuntive presenti nell'armadio.

• Pittau (7/5): - La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, vicinissima a due fermate della metro. Inoltre è molto pulita. La camera è piccola ma accogliente. L’ingresso in struttura è semplice e immediato. La porta del bagno non funzionava bene, si chiudeva da sola. Il soffione della doccia è posizionato troppo in basso e per una persona alta 1.85 risultava parecchio scomodo. In bagno non era presente la ventilazione ( data l’assenza della finestra).

• Lorena (9/5): Genial!! - La ubicación estaba genial, a dos minutos del metro de san giovanni que está a 3 paradas de termini y la zona es muy buena, con sitios para comer y desayunar. La cama era muy cómoda y calentita y dormimos super bien. La habitación tenía armario para guardar las cosas y nevera y la ducha tenía unas luces rojas y azules muy chulas. Si que es cierto que no es un hotel con recepción 24 horas, pero los dueños fueron muy atentos y respondían por whatsapp cualquier duda. Tanto mi pareja como yo estuvimos genial!! Lo recomendamos encarecidamente, sobre todo calidad- precio!!

La Nespresso, presente nel corridoio, offre la possibilità di farsi un caffè. La camera non ha il riscaldamento e si può riscaldare solo con il condizionatore..all'arrivo era fredda.

Nel pomeriggio qualcuno è entrato per alzare la svolta del lenzuolo e cambiare il tappetino doccia e credo nient’altro

• Oscar (9/5): La perfección no existe pero si cuidarán ciertos detalles casi la tendrían. - Todo por wasap, cómodo e impersonal. No es crítica es un método válido. A mí me gustó. Limpieza de la habitación a diario y muy espaciosa. Yo volvería. Faltan perchas para colgar ropa. En la recepción ponen como cortesía, cafetera sin cápsulas, agua pero vacías, había 2 botellas vacías de agua y agua con gas y no se las llevaron cuando hacen limpieza, eso denota dejadez..., hay una pequeñita cocina tapada con un estor pero era para enredos, que no sé si está para uso de las habitaciones. En general bien, pero pequeños detalles que debería el responsable pasarse para que la que limpia se ponga las pilas, seguro que ni lo sabe.

• Zakaria (9/5): Très satisfait - Hébergement très agréable, facile d'accès et le personnel nous donne toutes les informations nécessaire avant d'arriver, même pas besoin d'eux. Chambre très spacieuse et salle de bain suffisament grande. De plus, bus et metro à proximité pour aller visiter la ville et les monuments. Extrêmement satisfait dans l'ensemble ! On entend les bruit de douche de la chambres juste a côté ainsi que les interrupteurs mais pas au point de ne pas reussir a dormir, bruit assez rare tout de même. Le seul aspect un peu négatif c'est que le lit grince légérement et ça c'est un tout petit peu dérangeant mais sans que ce soit abuser.

• Pedemonte (6/5): Ancora valida ma in declino. - La camera molto grande. La posizione stragica vicino alla stazione della metro ed au parcheggio per auto.il prezzo concorezziale. Bagno poco funzionale. Bidet in pratica quasi inutilizzabile, doccia priva di maniglie all interno e con doccia senza supporto di sostegno e i colori restavano fissi. Utilizzabile solo quella a pignone fisso poco comoda. Tv che non riceveva i canali e anche dopo l intervento dello staff i canali mediaset non erano visibili. Nel complesso struttura che rispetto a 10 anni fa quando la visitai per la prima volta, avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione accurata ( anche la maniglia della porta d ingresso resta in mano).

• Negro (8/5): Dober kraj za počitek po raziskovanju Rima - Všeč mi je bil ambient in velikost sobe. Glede na to da v času bivanja ni bilo komuniciranja v živo, so bili gostitelji odzivni, ter se odzvali na naše želje in vprašanja. Zelo mi je bila všeč tudi lokacija, saj je metro zelo blizu. Stene sobe so tanke, zato se je v sobo slišalo zvoke iz sosednjih sob, poleg tega pa je tudi postelja malo škripala, vednar to ni precej vplivalo na bivanje. Čistoča ni bila ravno najboljša, očiščeno je bilo bolj površinsko, vseeno pa so bile brisače in rjuhe sveže in čiste.

Clear instructions from the host of how to access the place, and easy to talk to about other matters. Spacious room. Was good for us as we didn’t spend too much time in the room other than sleeping. Wifi was very weak tried 2 different networks. Barley connected near the front door and did not connect at all anywhere else in the house. Shower pressure was a little weak and toilet didn’t flush well

• Amália (7/5): Alapvetően rendben volt minden, de a bejutásnál nem volt senki a helyszínen, fel kellett őket hívni, és whats app-on kül - Kényélmes ágy, minden nap takarítottak! A képeken és a valóságban egészen máshogy nézett ki a szoba, a felszereltség, a stílus, és minden, de nem volt vele gond, tiszta volt az ágy szerintem kényelmes!
