- Scott (3/5): I couldn't get to sleep until after 3, then got locked out of my room by faulty lock. Maint good - The maintenance man came and let me into my room after the locking mechanism ceased to work during my stay. Staff gave me another room while I waited for him to fix the problem. Both desk staff and maintenance guy were great. The morning desk staff made me wait until 3pm to check in. I had specified i would be there to check in between 12 and 1. That place was NOT that full they couldn't let me a room before 3! The lady was rude and condescending to me and my fiancee when we tried to see if we could have the room at 2 o'clock, then was nasty to us when we insisted on our room at three as promised. I work nights. I was VERY upset by this woman and her attitude.

Remote not working and door wouldn't lock. I was switched to a better room where everything worked.. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Property needs some upgrades.
- Adventure Nomad for Nature (3/5): I paid $45 online, you get what you pay for. - $45 on line. Clean sheets. Friendly front desk staff. Nice shower in the evening. Very run down place. Difficult to get into room as card key machine didn't work right, and handle and door difficult to get the hang of. Could have been dangerous for a woman alone at night, struggling to get into her room. Also, the shower was great at night, but I couldn't get any cold water to mix with the hot water in the morning, so couldn't shower, instead I got a steam bath. Mattress was too soft. Place was run down, but what I expected.

- stephanie (9/5): I look forward to staying here again when I return to Yuma. - Staff were all excellent, from Colby at check in, to Theresa who I spoke to on the phone twice regarding a small bag I left behind (which was returned with everything in it), to housekeeping who cleaned the room after checkout and returned the small bag I left in to the front desk. Even the gentleman who returned my bag, days later, was warm and friendly. Lovely people who made my stay great, and make me want to return and stay there again. I only stayed one night, but during that brief stay, there is nothing I would change.

There is no breakfast or even coffee in the morning. The room was not very clean. (French fries on the floor, etc.) The toilet in the room was not bolted down so it moved around when getting up and down. The bed frames also moved when sitting and getting off the bed. The property/location was not great either. We took a walk and noticed someone had hit the building as there was a big hole (you could see into the building thru) with chicken wire around it .

Last 3 times I have apparently booked wrong room, even when I booked what they told me to, and it has been wrong! have had to call the booking company (IE: Expedia/Booking.com) to try and fix issue. Was corrected thru Expedia, but Booking.com said fixed, charging me more $, and issue still wasn't corrected when I arrived back to the motel to get my room after running errand (took 2-3 hours).

- Stefan (6/5): - Hotel itself was OK - no complaints, and continental breakfast was pretty varied, even though they had run out of milk for the coffee and I was told 'they had no more', which is something that should be addressed. Also no leeway at breakfast - as soon as the clock chimed nine the desk lady got up and put everything away. Didn't find the desk staff friendly at all; no smiles, greetings, hello's or good mornings. All of local native descent so maybe a cultural thing, though I doubt it as the cleaning lady was smiley and helpful. All in all a fair place to stay for the price, though some staff customer service training seems to be required.

- Jorge (2/5): - Checking inn was not that great, staff was not friendly at all straight to the point. The A/C in the room was not working was hot, there was a part of the ceiling that was was falling down. The thermostat was very old and did not work, I called the staff to let them know. She said a maintenance man will be going to the room to check it out. She did not offer to change room, nor to give a fan while we wait. One hour passed and nothing. So called again and she said he is in another call. So we packed our things and check out. Very bad service did not care. She told us that we did not asked her to move rooms. Last time I checked that's her job. Please don't go there its cheap but i guess that's what you get. This was at 9pm and i had to go to work early morning. We also ask for a refund and she said no. Very rude talked back defending herself. What happened to Customer service, Hospitality ?

- Jan (10/5): - The hotel was very clean and had very good air conditioning. There was also a very nice pool outside. At this price, we were positively surprised. We recommend for other travellers.
- Parker (7/5): Good - The room I stayed in the a/c unit ceiling is damaged needs repairs and old ceiling needs to be replaced and painted windows don't lock needs to be replaced with double pain Windows the pool area has a pad lock on the gate it should have a place for a gate card to use the pool service ok grounds ok

- Chentille (10/5): Exceptional - The receptionist is didn't get her name but she was there at 8pm. On Tuesday may 20th she helped me due to a pipe breaking in my place i needed a room quickly to rest and she helped with my reservation and was quick and pilite
- Douglas (4/5): Bad Honeymoon! - The lady at the front desk was rude, no name tag. Seemed annoyed when I asked for more towels. It’s was the Honeymoon suit but it wasn’t much of a suit. The hot tube was dirty, I cleaned it before we could use it. The only chair had stains on it & the room was to small.

- Brigitt (1/5): It's disappointing, not worth 20 a night. - I stayed 2 nights. The 1st night no a/c and later that night no hot water which ended being without throughout the stay. Went to the front desk on all issues. The gal there claimed to be asst. The manager was so horrible she had no people skills she had no solution. 2nd night, they finally moved me rooms with the idea the hot water was going to be on soon. Well, long story short, I asked for a refund for 1 night. I thought that was fair. I couldn't get the manager to call me back. The asst. Manager was 0 help. I will never stay again. Not to mention that going through booking.com was ten dollars more than going up to the front desk. Asst manager. She was no help she was rude. I would've. She has no business being in a customer service type job.
