- Jennifer Metzer (6/5): - Very clean room Windows wouldnt close or lock
- Kriner (6/5): - It was clean, the bed was super comfy and it's convenient to everything. The pool was not opened nor did I see a work out area.
- Joseph (10/5): -
- Bob (2/5): Dirty, grimy, run down - Dirty, grimy, run down

- Erika (10/5): - The owner was so so kind to me..Ive stayed here a few times..The customer service is A-1! only thing i dont like is that there is no bathtub...everything else is exceptional!
- Devan (1/5): -
- Rey (10/5): -
- Nathaniel (8/5): - Room was great. Many items had run out at breakfast and no staff available to ask.
- Norma (10/5): - Right away I felt comfortable with the hotel staff being professional and courteous. The room was inviting and clean
- Phil (8/5): - Nice quiet pet friendly place. Good value. Very updated rooms in a 1960’s property. Just fine, would stay again. We always get into town so late anyhow. Great bed and good blackout shades are all we wish for.
- Elin (4/5): The bed was comfortable, room was clean enough. Breakfast dissapionting - Room was located next to busy road. It was loud in the early AM. Breakfast was poor. We expected a little more breakfast items for $90 / night. Weak coffee, it was like drinking weak tea. The breakfast was so poor! ..Some multigrain bread ( even from frozen) would have been nice. The yoghurts... maybe a natural, unsweetened yoghurt as an option to the Yoplait sugary one.
Green bananas? that was the ONLY fruit available.
- Sienna (10/5): - Great place to stay for the night on the way to Mammoth Lakes. We arrived around 11pm in the evening, and the front desk agent was kind enough to help with our luggage and walk us to our door. The staff member that helped us that night was incredibly kind. For sure would stay here again!
- Joseph (8/5): - Comfortable room. Great Wi-Fi
- Rebeca (9/5): - Todo
- Joseph (2/5): - Total confusion at check in
- Hannah (10/5): - What i enjoyed about this property is that the staff if very nice and respectful aswell as its very clean
- Dawn (10/5): - Rooms was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool needed cleaning though.
- Edward (6/5): - ok place on a budget
- Tracy (6/5): - I was fooled by the Clarion name for this motel. Based on the name, it appears that Clarion bought a bunch of Motel 6's ( my son confirmed that this property was a Motel 6), painted the rooms, and cleaned things up a bit, but it is still a Motel 6 at its heart.
Very small shower and no coffee maker. Not a lot of move around room.
There was a small refrigerator and microwave.
Check in was difficult as someone received the money for our 4 day reservation but it was not logged into the properties computer so they had not record of it. Fortunately I always bring receipts so 40 minutes later it was finally straightened out. The young man that was left manning the desk was very pleasant but he was out of his depth and the manager never returned from his "bathroom" break in the entire 40 minutes. This same young man was the only staff I ever saw or interacted with in the entire 4 day stay.
I usually only schedule an overnight in these types of motels and choose much nicer places for a 4 day stay. I will not select a Clarion Pointe again and may skip all Clarion properties in the future.
- Valerie Currier (8/5): Wonderful stay - Nice and clean very nice staff
- RaistCH (7/5): -
- Rurik (7/5): Good - Comfortable king-size bed, clean room, blackout blinds that worked, budget-friendly, ice machine worked, and easy to get to, friendly staff. The included breakfast was non-existent. During my 3-night stay, no waffles, breakfast meats, or eggs were available. The shower stall is not friendly to plus-size individuals.
- Kevin (9/5): Restful sleep - Bedding was excellent Cleaner floors
- Ron (6/5): - It was ok. Talked with management about issues. They were very kind and helpful.
- Gatchalian (8/5): Very good - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Surrounding area was well kept and clean. Honestly no complaints really other than the TV was a bit non-responsive.
- Joseph (6/5): - Only reason I stopped by cause I had kids and saw there was a pool it said open online prior to booking. Get there and pool was closed
Hoping to get some kind of money back for the inconvenience
- Evon (10/5): - comfortable bed & clean room
- Sharon (10/5): - Excellent experience at a great price point.
- Eric (6/5): - Ac war etwas laut.
- Joolee (3/5): Poor - The staff was accommodating and the location was convenient. The shower didn't work as the water would not turn on, a light bulb was missing, the phone was not connected which required multiple trips to the office and the room key had to be programed three times.
- Anne Maarit (6/5): Okay stay - The room were pretty small for four persons. AC was so near other bed that it blew really cold air other bed and in the other bed people said that it’s too warm. So it was hard to find propare tempeture in the room.
Kids waited the pool but it was out of use. The breakfast were okay, nothing special there. The guy who worked there didn’t speak anything. When we were at breakfast, he came in and we tought that he is an another customer. But he went behind the desk so he might be the employee. He wasn’t there when we were leaving, so we left key card there. But the young woman, when we checked in were really nice and friendly.
Good parking area.
- Kay (6/5): - Stayed one night; solo female traveler. There’s nothing pretty about Ridgecrest and it was beastly hot!!! Room was clean and bed and shower good. Many constructions workers staying here. Minimal breakfast offering of waffles and corn flakes, coffee; that’s it.
- Genis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Genis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (8/5): Very good -
- Laura (1/5): Bad - I was charged a mystery charge from this hotel to my work credit card two weeks after my stay. I called several times to request a receipt and it was never provided to me. Now I have to pay out of my own paycheck for this charge because I couldn't provide a receipt on my expense report.
- Debra (8/5): - The front desk clerk was lovely and efficient. And the room was very clean and comfortable. We were extremely worried that we picked a bad spot, though, as their front sign was in tatters and made the place look abandoned. Sadly, the pool was not clean enough to swim in. But, again, the room was much nicer than one would have expected based on the sign and pool. If you just need a good room at a good price, this is a great spot.
- 959juliannap (8/5): Great time - The gym and pool were great surprises i didn't expect to have upon arrival. This was a cheap option located close to alabama hills, fossil falls, and rademacher hills! It had a comfortable bed and wifi was decent. I would def come back because of how cheap it was and comfortable i was!
- Terri (9/5): I chose this hotel cause it was close to my friends and it was not as strict as others for my dog and I greatly apprecia - Very nice employees I love the way they were very accommodating for my elderly dog It could use some up grades. Toilet rocked when you used it. Molding along the bathroom floor could’ve used some fixing up but the rest of the room was good
- Blowers (3/5): Poor -
- Nancy (5/5): Out of 5 different hotels we’ve stayed at on our trip, it was the worst. - Easy access from the highway. The room was clean. The outside looked rough. A lot of traffic noise, racing cars. The sign was tattered and nearly unrecognizable. The one staff person was pleasant. There was a big bag of trash left outside overnight. The room was small but clean.
- Genis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sara (9/5): Superb - The beds were the best Breakfast items were not restocked.
- Lori (8/5): - The room was nice but pretty small and the shower head was way to short and I am only 5'5".
Everything seemed newly remodeled and the bed was comfortable.
My husband enjoyed the waffles at breakfast but I am dairy free and didn't have many choices. The staff was able to get me a bagel though.
Staff was very nice.
- Maria (2/5): Very poor -
- Helene (8/5): Very good - Breakfast could be better.
Room are very nice and clean.
The street is very very noisy.
Staff is very nice Breakfast
- PATRICK (10/5): Clean, Safe, Quiet, Friendly - Stayed for a week and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. For the price, it's impossible to beat in Ridgcrest. The room was spotless, and all towels and bedding fluffy, clean, and fresh. i enjoyed the fitness room very evening, with its treadmills and big flatscreen. The pool is not heated, but is clean and well maintained and makes an excellent cold plunge. Free breakfast of toast, bagels, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee and teas. Staff was friendly and courteous and even the cleaning staff were just the nicest people. i had a great stay and will definitely stay again.
- Amy (10/5): - The room was nice and clean but the sign was broken and the exterior property needs landscping work. But otherwise it was a good stay.
- Jacques (4/5): - The property was not as advertised. Yes the rooms have been renovated but the building is still run down and the room was tiny. There was no one there and there was construction. It seemed desolate. We chose to move to another hotel.
- Biswajit (10/5): - Amazing stay. Not very big rooms but very comfortable and clean. Kids absolutely loved it.
- Janice (6/5): - Didn't know that the property was under construction, and the walk ways were uneven and very noisy place. Would not stay there again. The gal at the desk was very nice to us.
- Jennifer (10/5): It was great -
- Susan (10/5): - The room was very clean and updated. The hotel was safe and quiet. We stayed one night on our way to Death Valley and it was a great location.
- Berry (8/5): Awesome - Great . Normal . Could be a little better but .. Variety
- Randy (8/5): - This Hotel was very nice for my 1 night stay. Great service, nice remodeled rooms and good price. I would stay here again.
- Jaime (7/5): Otherwise it was pleasant. - Price, location, comfortable bed,and big tv. We specifically asked front desk to please clean room.We let her know after 10:30 am we would be leaving for several hours.Got back and it wasn’t clean.Saw the cleaning ladies. They said they weren’t told to clean it.So they did but we obviously couldn’t go in our room for 20 minutes or so while they cleaned it.We were ready to relax but waited outside.
- Mandy (8/5): Nice and quiet - The remodel of the hotel was pretty good. We had no issues with the room. The cleanliness was great. The amenities were okay. It was nice and quiet. However, they had no bowls for the cereal, no syrup for the waffles, and they were pretty much out of the waffle mix and bagels for the continental breakfast. But compared to what that motel use to be, HUGE improvement. I would stay again. Overall it was a good experience.
- Holly (8/5): - Great price for a quick trip into town. Rooms were updated and clean. Breakfast was ok.
- Larry (10/5): - Bed was really comfortable
- O1977XZjoeyd (10/5): Dependable & Reliable - My family was displaced by a small fire in our home. Clarion Point had availability and was pet friendly. Their price was reasonable and the accomodations were perfect for our needs until we could get a more permanent roof over our head. The staff were nothing short of professional, kind, and customer oriented. Thank you again Clarion Pointe!
- Frank (10/5): - My room was on the backside of the building, I couldn’t see my car from the room.
- Sharon (10/5): - A nice clean place to stay at the end of a long day of traveling. We loved the pillow top and actually ordered one on Amazon we hope will be on our doorstep when we return. Went to a restaurant across the street for dinner. Meh. But breakfast waffle was good, wish there had been some fruit.
- Patricia (10/5): - .
- toddinparis (2/5): Dirt, filth, and grime in BOTH rooms - Booked a couple rooms and paid over two hundred bucks, regrettably. An old, used “Our members clean up” bag is provided as a courtesy for your laundry — and you certainly will clean up because the staff evidently does not! In fact, I spent half an hour myself cleaning out heavy grime from the bathroom sink. Something resembling blood was spattered all over the shower. Cracked ceiling plaster and mildew stains surround the shower stall. Sticky dirt stains are all over the floorboards. The window blinds have spattered dirt stains and heavy wrinkles. The gadgety TV had no pre-set stations or instructions for use — and the motel staff was unable to figure it out or assist - so I had no TV service during my stay. Sticky, stained sidewalks are at the entrance to the room. Watermark stains (from prior flooding) are on the floor. Air vents are caked with dust and filth. Long hairs were on the bathroom floor and on the bedspread. Shower was scalding hot; turning the faucet knob had no effect on temperature — could not shower. Desk chair was missing. Breakfast bar was out of coffee, inattentive service, lack of diverse or fresh food items. I reported the room issues to the Assistant Manager in the morning - he said he would report them to the General Manager for a refund, but I neither heard from the manager nor received any refund. I will never go back.
- Cannon (2/5): - Has the potential to be very nice just needs cleaned better
- Robert (4/5): - Front desk woman was nice, however she put a family with kids above us and they were running and possibly jumping upstairs disturbing my sleep...this was a Monday night and Tuesday morning and the place was dead...she could've located the family in the first floor or 2nd floor somewhere not near people
-Room 126 has orangish-yellow stains on the ceiling in the bathroom...it also has little dark brownish spots on the wall, next to the bed closest to the bathroom....it could be food, best case scenario, or blood spots, worst case scenario...whatever it is, it should be cleaned off
-the housekeeping lady banged on the door at 9:45am, as if she was the cops announcing they have a warrant! I guess to see if we were gone yet?...check out is at 11am...she startled my son, we were sleeping and I told her we would be staying right until check out time of 11am
-they don't have those signs you can hang on the door to say "do not disturb" or else I would've used it.
-i mostly likely will not stay here again
- shamim (10/5): - Easy to access as it’s on main road. Best way to reach Death Valley.
- Rupesh (4/5): - Uplifted property but very small rooms and tiny bathrooms. Selling for 4 star prices with 2 star property
- Mark (6/5): - Honestly you get what you pay for. They have definitely made an attempt to refresh the property with paint, but the floors are disgusting both inside and out. Again, for $50-$75 a night, this is what you get.
- Jack (8/5): - The rooms were very clean, modern. the sheets were clean and spotless, the pillows were soft and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and modern and the water could get very hot, which was very nice for how cold this location can get. the heater and ac worked wonderfully and kept the room as cold or as warm as we wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful and very accommodating when we arrived. Overall a really excellent place to stay and right on the main street as well!
- Becca (6/5): - Said on Expedia that breakfast was until 9:30am. When I went to get breakfast before this time, they said it closed at 9am.
- Alan (5/5): It was just for work but when you work 12hr days you want to come back to the hotel and be able to do laundry not have t - Room what ok They said they have a gym and laundry but there not open to guests
- Mark (10/5): - Thank you for letting me stay near my friends.
- Betty (5/5): Ok, expected better. - Price Not completely renovated. Had to change rooms because the door latch was broken. The shower knob was broken and the TV didn’t work. The continental breakfast would’ve been OK if there was only two people in the lobby. Probably won’t stay there next time.
- Ashish (8/5): - Stayed 1 night while on a 10 day road trip. Overall good for a night stay as a layover before moving on to our next destination. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was kind of small but manageable.
- Lizzette (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Mariana (2/5): - Rude unhelpful snippy
- Cirilo (8/5): - Like: clean room friendly staff at check in..
Did not like: room to noisy you can hear everything that goes on the neighboring rooms and the people going by the room also the street traffic and my room was at the back of the property!!, the room can use some longer shower curtains to prevent water from spilling into the floor that creates a falling hazard, the staff at the time of check out had a lack of attention to the needs of the breakfasts items and the cleaning of the food area also to the customers they did not care who comes or goes into that area
- Colette (10/5): - The walls were very thin. I could hear the guy next to me talking on his cellphone.
- Brad (6/5): - You get what you pay for.
The bed was clean and comfortable.
Shower was about the size of an RV Camper shower and the shower curtain railing was installed incorrectly, resulting in the shower curtain ending up on the floor during the shower. Water pressure and temp were great.
The breakfast was basically cereal or waffles.
Overall, it was average.
- Alessandro Alberto (10/5): - Modern hotel probably recently renovated, clean and spacious room. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good breakfast but little choice.
- Michelle (8/5): - The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the parking was right next to the room.
- Bruce (10/5): - Simple and clean. Nothing to fancy. Will stay again when i need to go to Ridgecrest again
- mary (6/5): - Breakfast area was very messy, dirty
- Fatih (1/5): It was terrible experience - We didn’t like anything about the hotel. The room we booked wasn’t given to us; we reserved a room with two separate beds, but when we arrived, they said they didn’t have such a room. We ended up booking another hotel for $85. They told us that Booking would refund our money, but now they’re not responding to Booking representatives, so we can’t get a refund. I definitely do not recommend this hotel; they really left us in a difficult situation. We didn’t like anything about the hotel. - Andy (10/5): - Clean room, cold AC, easy check-in.
- Danvarsh (6/5): - Poor breakfast option. Only self cooked waffle and ready made oat meal was available. Bed was not comfortable to sleep
- Weronika (4/5): - We had to request a different room because the bathrooms in ours were filthy, hair in the showers and stains all over the toilet. Our sheets were stained and had hair on the pillows. The receptionist was a young woman who was kind and apologetic, she got us a new room but it was not much better. We would not recommend staying here. Our plan was to spend a night here to rest and break up out long drive but we were better off sleeping in the car rather than these rooms. If we hadnt pre-booked we would have left immediately and demanded a refund.
- ireland (10/5): - Everything was perfect the bedroom is clean and the bathroom amazing
- bill (10/5): - Nice
- Arun (4/5): - crap location (but the LED TV and room was very nice) , this guy kept leaving and parking all hours of the night, crap truck made so much noise, and they dont empty the trash can that that stupid breakfast area.
- Hakan (6/5): - It’s a nice hotel. The room is clean. One problem: there is no coffee maker in the rooms. It’s such a simple and cheap thing. Why not have it? For breakfast they ran out of waffle mix. Hot water was out. A staff member came 10 min after I got there for breakfast and boiled water. Not the best breakfast experience!
- Jeongyearn (10/5): Exceptional - new building, clean none
- Natalie (2/5): Won’t stay here again - Nothing
