• cristina (3/5): Do not recommend!! - The campus was relatively clean. The bed was awful. No fridge, no microwave, toilet seat was coming off and one particular concierge had an attitude when requesting ice or clean towels. Not a good look.

The room was DISGUSTING‼️ - No seat on toilet! - ROACHES‼️ - You gotta do something about that - DISGUSTING‼️ - Tv screen smeared / dirty and tv surround dirty!!! - Shower missing baseboard around tub -And paint that disgusting dirty ceiling in the bathroom. - Bedsheets were stained - BOTH BEDS. - Electrical boxes in the wall with exposed wires and no cover. I will never stay there again and I will warn others not to on social media. I really thought being a motel 6 there was a standard of decency to meet. Now I know better. As I said that room is DISGUSTING‼️ We felt TOTALLY RIPPED OFF FOR THE MONEY WE SPENT‼️ That rating you got on booking .com is a joke. Who did you pay to get that. We were totally duped. I will definitely do my part to warn other travelers to Pamona to "STAY AWAY FROM MOTEL 6 BECAUSE THE ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING‼️"

• Wesley (4/5): Friendly employees but a maid either didn’t do his/her job or our room wasn’t cleaned/looked after before we got - Staff were super friendly, and are happy to help. Whether it’s Ice or switching rooms. The many plants make it welcoming, and private from the outside. Many spots for shade The floor was dusty when I first walked in, we could see hair all over the floor. The curtain was broken, so when we tried to open. It looks like someone just put it back up rather than actually fixing it The toilet made a high pitch sound whenever we used it, and the shower head had to be a certain way so it didn’t make the same sound Many many bugs. Spiders, flies, Beatles, cockroaches, pincher bugs get in the room. And dead nats were all over the roof of the restroom. I wouldn’t want to come back here. Though I heard the second floor is more clean.

• Andrea (2/5): Cheap. - No breakfast. Coffee was not available until after 6 am. TV was good and lots of available channels. Fenced property and abundance of lighting made us feel secure. There was no cleaning of the room. I was told they only clean every 3 days. I had to return the bath towels myself to the office for fresh ones every day. We were only allowed 2 small bath towels. There was dog poop all over the property. I mean it looked like the property landscape crew never picked a single pile. I know it is the dog owners responsibility but the small area of lawn were absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them and you could feel the springs in the bed nearest the TV. I will not stay at this motel ever again.

Got woken up a couple fighting and arguing early in the morning. We could our the people above us stomping back and forth all night. The property smelt like cigarettes as people just smoke right there
• Willis (7/5): Meh, you get what you pay for - Staff was super friendly, management was accommodating when I added my dog. Shower was hot. Bed was clean. Tv was TV-ing. Air conditioner was broken (really the only thing Im mad about), the bathroom light was flickering like it was on its last life. There was a burn hole in the shower curtain. Sounded like a fight occured outside my door and there's a dude chilling in his car definitely selling drugs in the back corner of the lot.
• raul (9/5): It’s kinda like home away from home - The property is in a great location next to the freeways, easy access. The grocery stores are not too far. Gas stations are right there. The staff here is awesome.

• cecily (1/5): Staff needs to respond faster to complaints - The beds were comfortable and close parking spaces. The smoke detector alarm went off in a vacant room next door at 4am. I was woken up repeatedly throughout the night because it kept going off. When I called the front staff she said maintenance is not on site but she will do her best to turn it off but it didn’t solve the issue.

• cecily (5/5): I love the location and lots of parking spaces - I liked the beds, super comfty! Only two towels and can’t get extra until those are given back every two days. There was a lot of random holes in the walls which gave off sketchy aerie feeling. A random smoke alarm went off at 4am twice. I couldn’t go back to bed, I was pretty upset.

• Yvette (5/5): It was decent - Location was fine. Parking was fine. We were followed by someone and waited in the car until they left so they didn't know our room. That was weird. Sleeping was fine. Shower was okay. Didn't use the t.v. I know it's a motel 6 but still. I don't know what I expected. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and paid $101 for one night on a Thursday and was given a room with only one queen bed. I'll never book through booking.com again. $101 when a typical night on a Thursday costs around $58. Ridiculous

THE A/C SMELLED LIKE MOLD & MILDEW ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT!!! I REQUESTED AT 4AM WAKE UP CALL THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!!! THE ICE MACHINE WAS LOCKED, SO DESK CLERK HAD TO SCOOP THE ICE!!! ROOM 162 DISABLED ACCESS!!!
• Dawn Marie (8/5): I stayed in a few motel 6 is around Southern California and I should say this is probably one of my - The staff is really friendly and really attentive to anything you need. I I like the location of the hotel and I definitely like the landscaping it's beautiful it's got huge about plants everywhere which I love so I'm a fan of that and I have pets and they say free so all in all it's a good place for me to go.. and they have laundry facility on the property There's no microwave refrigerators in any of the wheels here which makes it difficult not to spend your money on fast food all the time

One girl practically ran up to one of my guest saying she needed her id. My guest wasn’t even coming in.
